FACILITIES AND CLEANLYNESS ARE GOOD. SURPRISINGLY , FORT IS JUST SOME METERS DISTENCE FROM THIS BUILDING AND YOU ENJOY A SCENERIC VIEW FROM HOTEL. ATMOSPHERE IS GOOD. EVERY MENU WHICH I ORDERED WAS VERY DELICIOUS.

Foe those who visit Pauni only for wildlife. 2/3 kms away from Pauni gate. Hotel has many rooms but require maintenance. AC rooms are available. Food is good however need to improve on service. Very slow service.

We were not lucky enough to see the tiger. May be due to winter season but it was a good experience to move in jungle for about 3 hours. Food was good but lodging arrangements need some improvement.

Good Place, amazing lake view, i am sure you would love it. We stayed here for 3 days and it indeed was a very relaxing stay. Will surely recommend this resort for families & couples and the umred karandla forest is amazing too.

Most ordinary property. Stairs have no side railing and hence dangerous for little children and elderly people. Food is not up to mark. Manager is working as tout of Gypsy car for safari.

Last year the condition was good, now it is deteorated. Food quality is so so, rooms are available but ill maintained. Ok for a stop over during day visit.
