Great place to relax and unwind, and great value for money. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there's a daily cleaning service. The spa facilities are great, there's a sauna, steam bath, a mineral pool and a jacuzzi in the sun lounging area outside which is great. The restaurant is very well priced and offers Bulgarian staples, nice salads and different dishes.

Surprised! We were expecting less from the hotel, but we're positively surprised. The rooms are mid size, but clean with TV and fridge. You got free compliment bottled water and coffee\tea. The pool is small but clean and with good water jets. The mineral water is about 30 degrees and the air was warmed to 36. Very comfortable atmosphere. There is dehumidifier which makes the air at the pool warm but dry and fresh - unusual for a SPA pool - very good! The external jacuzzi is old and clean as possible, but with the small amount of water, many people and external leafs etc. I cannot recommend it. The breakfast is served in the restaurant on the other side of the street from a breakfast menu with good choice. All done at the moment so warm and good. I recommend the hotel. For this price you get clean room in the center with small, but nice pool, sauna, salt room.

A great value for money! The spa center has everything you want and is one of the few hotels in Pavel Banya with real mineral water. The rooms and overall hotel were very clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I didn’t love was the restaurant, but again they were a very friendly staff.

The restaurant is very cheap which is an advantage. But as you expect quality is not perfect. If the place is busy you can expect to wait. Options in menu are traditional nothing surprising. No live music. Very central and popular. In the town there is a hotel with the same name which is nearby.
