This was the best time ive had at a burger king. We got our food quickly, the kiosks made it super easy, and everything was right and tasted great. My friends got the spiderverse burger and it was awesome. They loved it, said it tasted great, and thought it was hilarious. On top of that, the place was clean and the staff was helpful. We'll be back within the week.

I use to love eating their food. But lately their food is cold, and their soda tastes disgusting like they are always watered down. And I've been hearing rumors that I hope aren't true and if they are, they need to get new employees. Gross. Also, stop hiring snobby kids who always have an attitude to there customers or managers. We went to get our food replaced because it was cold, the manager was sweet and helped us, and she she ripped the cooks a new one, they gave her nasty glares. Fix your employees. I work customer service so I at least know how to act.

Food and service were great. What I didn't like seeing is that while most were cleaned and maintained to attend work, a few workers were not. A red head younger gentleman, has gross long nails, that were filthy and some rather large, fresh love bits on his neck. If you're going to work in the public, this isn't acceptable.

Normally use the drive through 9+/10X. Have set inside & it was nicely updated, clean, efficient. Don't care for the recent trend of self help kiosk ordering stations. I'm sure it helps free up expensive employees to be more efficient & cost effective elsewhere, rather than 'wait' on customers who hem & haw, ask questions, slowly decide & order (formerly known as 'customer service' - tell the kids), but at least you get a quick, brief retro glimpse of that w/ the DT. Plus the closest (fast) thing to a cookout burger (w/'real' meat) around. 'sgood 4me!

Clean and streamlined with kiosks to take orders. Good experience no different than any other Burger King I have been to.

This is the most unbelievable experience I have ever had in my history of eating fast food. First of all, when I was getting my drink this employee was yelling at these two teenage girls who were just doing their job in front of the whole restaurant. It was completely unprofessional and the trashes were piling up and there was a mess everywhere. On top of all of this they didn’t even get my order right. I’m never coming back here again. The managers seem like they don’t know how to manage a restaurant at all, especially the red head one. Completely unprofessional.

today we had the worst experience in bk payette, it was still 10:30 in the morning when we went to order breakfasts, well the person through the dri-thru told us that they no longer had breakfasts and there were only some pieces of food left, aren't they supposed to make fresh breakfasts when a person orders it? or do we have to have breakfast leftovers? that's a little disrespectful

Came in today for lunch and ordered a royal crispy chicken sandwich. Food was good, staff was friendly and accommodating and the store was clean. Great place to stop for a quick meal.

Stopped on my way out of Payette, ID, right as they opened. My croissandwich was cold and the cheese was still rubbery, but I was starving...I'm always kind of reluctant to point out fault with the food because, well, what do you expect? Arguably, first thing in the morning, you should be able to get a hot steamy sannie, but not today. It did the job, but I've had better. The coffee was good and very hot. The drive-thru attendant was very patient (I just couldn't decide) and got the amount of cream exactly right.

I went through the drive thru earlier with 2 coupons I simply asked if I could use both coupons and the lady said very snotty like " I guess I can try" I said okay I gave her the codes and after I gave the codes I wanted to order some more and she cut me off completely she didn't even ask what I wanted to drink with my meals. I got up to the window told the man my drinks and gave the money. The lady that took my order handed the bag very aggressively and didn't say nothing. I feel that that was very poor customer service and that she shall work on it. Thanks bk y'all are usually amazing.

Food was good. Ketchup spilled on floor. Told crew. They said they'd clean it up, but was still there by the time we left....kind of a safety hazard really....

I've never had a bad experience here. I wish they could do more about the crazy amount of flies. Would order again.
