horrible experience. I never comment on any food places but this was just too much. my visit here took longer than I expected because of how long they take to get you to a table while there’s many tables available and the place is like about half empty, the amount of time our server would take to come take our orders as well, and then have to wait for like about 30 more minutes to get our food. our server was awful and would barely check up if we needed anything and I’m sure she did only like once. My visit there took even longer when I was ready to pay and for some reason my server took about 10 more minutes to give me my change back. We were still even charged for a side that on the menu was labeled as being part of that meal. The food wasn’t the best and usually I would leave a tip but this server definitely didn’t earn with the service that we had. This isn’t a location I would recommend to anyone. I doubt I will ever be returning here again.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to even come in and take us to a table. Then waited over an hour for our food to come. Worst service I have ever had. Tables were dirty not even cleaned after guest left. Never coming back

We came in with a big party less than an hour before close. I don't remember our waitresses name but not only was she so helpful but kind too even though she was probably ready to go home. We had kind of a circus going on. One of my kids threw up and my wife ran him home. They put together a take out order so she could eat as well. I love good service. This gal knocked it out of the park!

This is a Must Miss. The restaurant was so cold, the staff were wearing coats. Microwaved English muffins, not served with butter. Requested butter it was a tiny little amount and rock hard for a cold English muffin in a freezing room. Pancakes served without butter. Everything prepared without seasoning - even fries and potatoes. My husband’s salmon appeared microwaved, his broccoli was cold. Protein pancakes would have been good WITH butter.

Took 10 minutes to even get seated at our table. When we asked to sit further away from the door because of the cold breeze, we were looked at Like he didn’t quite understand what we were asking. We were sat at our table, finally. And then we were completely ignored. We walked out after 15 minutes, but not even having our order taken. IHOP management needs to take a look at their employees. This is not OK. To IHOP OWNER: you have had enough negative reviews from enough people to know you have a problem at this restaurant with the employees. The tables were not being cleared, we were pretty much ignored the whole time we were there. IHOP owner, you know what needs to happen here.

I love this IHOP, and I met a really nice girl a few months back who was my waitress. She had dark hair, a couple tattoos and a few piercings and I could tell she was having a bad day. When I said thank you, she thanked me back and was really touched, and said she's been needing it because no one has said that to her the entire day! She's absolutely amazing, I'm just sad I can't remember her name.

Omelette was cold, French toast was cooked too long, and my scrambled eggs were horrible and burnt! The waitress wasn’t too friendly and hardly came over. I had to go get my own boxes because there were NO waitresses to be seen. Dennys is WAY BETTER!

This place has gone downhill, when it first opened it seemed like everything was good. We went tonight and our waiter was good but the chief had an off night our sausage was so burnt when you cut it in half both pieces went off the plate(I have video) bacon was burned, pancakes were colder than the butter. French toast was good, but definitely not worth the money...

Nice and clean, quiet atmosphere, Staff super friendly...Easy on and off access from freeway... just off exit 248....close to gas stations, a few minutes away from walmart, and Car wash, other restaurants close by..

It deserves its other reviews in that drinks were very late after two requests. It's kinda funny in that when we ordered, we ordered drinks but then it took over 20 minutes to get drinks to us, so we flagged down the host and another server who stood and discussed our request for our drinks and then ignored our request while our waitress brought out food for two other tables. We asked our waitress again, and she said she'd bring them after she brought out everyone's food. You might think that was to keep their food fresh, but our pancakes were stale and barely warm. I requested a refill when my drink was half full, and I guess she thought I was being sarcastic because ten minutes later, I had to request again. And the soda was too syrupy. They got my eggs right! Over medium. That's a good thing. And the waitress was nice, just... um... not really good at it, I guess. No one there knows that people are thirsty or need caffeine first thing in the morning. Most restaurants nowadays the wait staff is noticing empty drink glasses, but not this place. We got all you can eat pancakes and she never asked if we wanted more. We had to demand and wait for anything and only your waitress can bring you anything.

Extremely overpriced I won't go again I took my kids out for dinner and we order one kids meal some creeps, and a soup & salad for me... Along with a lemonade and a hot chocolate, the bill was $57 and with tip was a total of $63.00... if I'm going to spend that much money I will go to a good restaurant.... I have such a regret spending that much money and on soup.
