Paul from Longs Jewelers along with the rest of his colleagues were amazing to work with. My fiancé and I were searching for our wedding bands and we could not have done it without Paul. Paul offered an unbiased and honest opinion along some invaluable guidance and knowledge around jewelry. Plus he has a great personality and made the overall experience more fun. From the moment you walk in the door you receive a warm greeting and feel right at home. We really put them to work with multiple different requests and all exceeded our expectations. Jane at Longs Jewelers was truly amazing. Jane made an overwhelming experience very approachable and enjoyable. She really broke down all the pricing, carats, and clarity’s to help me understand and pick the perfect engagement ring for my future wife !!! On Christmas Eve when I proposed the ring was too small, Jane had me come in right away that day and she fixed the sizing to make sure it was perfect for our Christmas Eve Celebration. I was there recently with my wife who purchased a gold ring and had a diamond replaced on one of her other rings. I’m a big watch guy and I have been in the market for a Rolex Submariner date to commemorate a new job and my upcoming 35th birthday. I was lucky to chat with Devin who was super polite and, after talking watches for a bit, helped me try on a few different pieces. He was upfront and honest about wait times, which I appreciated. I first started going to Longs when I knew I wanted to marry my wife. I have always been meticulous. I researched and knew Long's was by far the best. I ended up getting my wife’s engagement ring, wedding band and mine as well. I liked there non aggressive approach they want to make sure you are fully happy. I have been and continued to come back through the years. I brought my wedding band to get cleaned and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Paul Webber, we looked at watches and when he came back from cleaning my wedding band, I was floored mainly by his calm demeanor. He informed me that he” couldn’t find my wedding so I gave me a new one”. It honestly looked better then the day I bought it. I am not exaggerating when I say this. I completely elated when I first laid eyes on it. I will continue time and time again to recommend Long’s jewelers to everyone I know because the service is a step above always. My wife was so upset when she saw my ring because, she wanted hers to look as stunning. I am a firm believer that you need a good barber, tailor and mechanic but I have added jeweler to that equation. Mr. Webber is the best hands down and will always get my service without a question.

I have been dealing with Shirley Doyle in the timepiece section for several months. We have talked about Rolex, Omega, Tudor, you name it. I have been waiting patiently for a couple of pieces to become available from Rolex. I am still waiting for some of those. I did just purchase a new Tudor Chronograph from her and all I can say is that Shirley is wonderful to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and down to earth. She is also very patient as I have been emailing her and coming in to the store regularly. She has always responded timely and graciously. I highly recommend Longs and Shirley in particular if you are looking for timepieces! You really cannot get better service in my opinion.

Unexpected Surprise! My sandal broke on Saturday, August 12, as I was entering Long's Jewelry in Peabody. I took it off and as I entered the store, the alert security guard took it and said he would fix it for me. About 10 minutes later he brought my sandal to me all fixed and slid it on my foot. Who does this! His action was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. He is a very special person to care so much about a customer. Everyone at Long's is exceptionally helpful and friendly. During today's visit, Josh and Joyce waited on me and I couldn't be happier with my purchases and with the way I was treated. I knew I would love my jewelry, but I didn't know I would have my sandal fixed while shopping. I am sorry I don't know your name, but thank you for your kindness.

My dad recently passed and left behind a box full of watches that I was pretty sure weren't super valuable but just wanted someone to take a look and maybe repair one or two. I came in about 20 minutes before closing, and while I wasn't expecting any service to be done right then and there, I was braced for the type of disapproving attitude that comes when you walk into a higher end establishment at the end of the day. I couldn't have been more wrong. Everyone who helped me and even those who didn't made me feel super welcomed, and they were happy to help. A few nerded out on the "coolness" of some of the watches and I was given a mini appraisal on them free of charge. I left some of my own pieces for battery replacement/repair and at the last minute asked them to take a look at my dad's class ring which I've been wearing and that had a bit of a loose fixture on it. They fixed and shined it up right then and there, again, on the house. After many recent subpar customer service experiences across the spectrum of high to low end, it's so refreshing to know that there are still places like this where people really love what they do and do the little things to help make people feel appreciated. It was a simple, 15 minute visit, but Long's Jewelers has a customer for life.

Long’s is the best jeweler around! I shopped around at several other stores in the area and kept finding myself coming back to Long’s to find the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend. I worked with Carolyn and she was extremely kind and helpful! She didn’t push me to purchase anything and educated me on the different options I had within my budget. After we found the perfect ring, we celebrated with champagne! This was a first class experience and Carolyn made this a special moment in my life that I will never forget!

Had an excellent experience purchasing a watch here. I worked with Devin, informed him of what I was looking for, and he notified me shockingly fast that the one I was looking for was in. Devin was patient and communicative throughout the whole process, and when I was able to come in for the watch, he and the rest of the team there were very kind and welcoming. Devin was also quite knowledgeable about the watch I purchased and many others which helped with my multiple questions. There was also no large sense of pressure to complete the purchase which I appreciated, but luckily for them, I had my heart set on this one anyway. I definitely look forward to purchasing another watch from Devin and the rest of the Long's team in the future!

I've got to say, I very rarely write reviews but I am compelled to share my experiences with Long's Jewelers in Peabody. First and foremost, I am an avid watch enthusiast. I have a carefully curated collection of watches and I am always on the hunt for new pieces. A little over 6 months ago I just happened to be in the area having a vehicle serviced. I had heard good things about Long's and was very familiar with their Nashua location, so I thought I'd stop by and browse their selection of watches. I got to talking with a gentleman by the name of Devin, who happened to share the same passion for horology. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the subject and we hit it off immediately. We began talking about various brands and their history, movements and the rarity of certain watches, all while browsing and trying on different pieces. I never once felt pressured to buy anything, it was just a great conversation with a fellow enthusiast. Towards the end of our conversation he offered to put my name down on a waitlist for a watch I had been after for quite some time. I took him up on his offer, shook hands and left. Not a day or two later I received a text from Devin following up on our conversation. He confirmed my contact information and assured me he would reach out as soon as Long's received the item. Fast forward less than 6 months later, he reached out again letting me know that Long's had secured the watch I had so desperately wanted. We arranged a good day/time to receive the watch. He was more than happy to work around my schedule which was convenient and very much appreciated. Upon our arrival at Long's we were greeted by many members of the staff, everyone is incredibly friendly and more than happy to assist you. Once we met with Devin, we were offered champagne while the watch was being prepared. Not 20 minutes later I walked out of Long's a very happy man and haven't taken the watch of my wrist since. I have been to many jewelers and boutiques over the years and without a doubt the customer service at Long's is second to none. Everyone who works there takes great pride in their work and will go above and beyond for their patrons. Devin, thank you for keeping our line of communication open and following through for me, I look forward to doing business with yourself and Long's again very soon.

I have nothing but great things to say about Long's. I am a guy who knows literally nothing about jewelry. I went to Long's with my now fiance to get some ideas for an engagement ring. I was not expecting to walk in there and find the diamond and band that day, but that is exactly what happened. Jennifer was amazing to work with. She walked us through all the main aspects of a diamond and the band. Jennifer made the whole experience a blast while also being extremely helpful. I bought the ring back in July and it took six weeks to prepare, Long's even held onto the ring for me until the day I proposed in early October. I am telling all of my friends who are like me to head over to Long's and to work with Jennifer. The ring came out absolutely beautiful and my fiance loves it! Amazing overall experience.

So impressed with the service and quality we received at Long's in Peabody! My fiance raved about the experience working with Brian to purchase my engagement ring. When I went in to have the ring resized, Christina (who immediately recognized me from when she helped me with earrings two months prior - and she was amazing during both instances) made sure to put a rush so that I could have it back in time for an upcoming family gathering. They ended up calling me a day earlier than expected to let me know it was ready. We also love that this is a smaller business and not a nationwide chain. I can’t even say enough good things about this store. I was greeted by smiles and a very welcoming environment. The sales women Shirley was attentive and helpful navigating me through the watches I was interested in. I never felt like I was being sold on anything which was nice. She felt more interested in helping find what I wanted. It turned out the Rolex watch I wanted wasn’t available so I was added to a wait list. Surprisingly it only took a few months when I got the call they had received the watch I wanted. I met Shirley at the store the same day where she fitted the watch for me and walked me thru all the cool features this watch has. She took care of the warranty card for me which was a plus in my mind. The whole experience was top notch and I can’t wait to visit this store again in the future.
