This place makes some very good pizza! I can't believe this was our first visit and they've been here 16 years. The cheese pizza was perfect! Crispy, but dry crust with a tasty sauce and just the right amount of cheese! The whole small pizza was loaded with veggies and just so good the next day!

Placed my order on Uber eats and they waited until 8:59 to cancel it on me. Why run a business that won’t accept my money ? Why accept my order when your only intention was to let my family wait for 30 min then go hungry ? 0/5 for customer service, 0/5 since food never arrived to rate and air is bland.

I’m really disappointed in my last order. I have been going to Plum Tomatoes for years and it’s always been my favorite. My last pizza was absolutely disgusting. The gentleman that was working told me he recently “bought” Plum’s and some of the food is changing. I’m not sure if that’s true but it would explain a lot. The cheese was awful, the sauce was gross and the pizza dough looked crazy. I should have taken a picture. The crust tasted like cardboard. I don’t mind paying $20 for a pizza. In fact, I’ve always love supporting this local business. The owner is awesome. But; if it did sell, I won’t be going back. And I think most people will agree and probably not return after getting one of these pizzas. I’m sad. But I will be going somewhere else.

This place still turns out excellent, tasty pizza made of good quality ingredients. But the original owner sold it recently and the quality is definitely down a notch or two. Still good. Just not as good. The search continues.

Buffalo wings were amazing! Flavor was great. The chicken Caesar salad had a great portion of chicken. Also the Plum Tomato pizza was huge and really flavorful. Overall great food you won’t be disappointed!

Beyond delicious pizza! My fiance and I were passing by on an East Coast road trip on our way back to NY and we were craving local hole-in-the-wall pizza. We ordered the Melanzane which was garlicky and had fried eggplant on top and it hit the spot. Were so happy to have stopped by. Very good food and definitely recommend!

This used to be a great place!! Great food and friendly staff. My husband and I got a pizza to night and it was the nastiest place! The food is not what we ordered, the staff is rude , you can’t understand them and they can’t under you either!!! They messed up our order and the pizza was cold and burnt!! Never going there again.

We’re visiting from PA. We had their pizza last night. This is delicious pizza. The crust was crisp, the pepperoni has a nice kick and there was plenty of it and they use fresh mushrooms. The plain cheese is loaded with very good mozzarella and a delicious sauce. It’s a cute little place. Definitely worth a visit.

Perfect!!! In town from out of state visiting the area and specifically ordered from them, as last trip it was amazing. We just arrived in town late and ordered immediately and yet again the pizza is AMAZING!!! Highly Recommend and will return whenever in town!

I'd say a medium sized sub/pizza shop. The food is really good, at least most of it. I've had a few not so great subs, which is likely cause I like them a certain way and that's just not how they make it. Really good door dash, Uber eats, etc place for late night well since late night is considered like midnight ever since covid.

Such good food! Especially their pizza having it cold for lunch there next day! Can’t beat it. I’d say definitely the best pizza when cold(and hot, lol)Usually others place’s pizza is terrible when cold. It’s the opposite for this place

The pizza from Plum Tomatoe in Peabody, Ma. is always cooked to order. Perfection is an understatement, in my opinion, when it comes to ordering a "simple" cheese pizza from here. You should order yours now.

9 out of 10 times I get 2 orders of those Bomb Wings and a Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza...Everything is always perfect. Great crew no matter what time or day I go to Plum Tomatoes Pizza. The staff is incredibly friendly and they all care about every order. I'm from Brooklyn, born and raised...so I know good pizza...but anytime someone mentions Pizza, I've gotta throw Plum Tomatoes in the conversation...It's my neighborhood go to spot...As always...Great job guys!!! Small neighborhood pizza shop, in a strip mall on a busy street. The mall has two trade contractors, several take out restraints and an ice-cream shop. There is plenty of convenient parking. Food is decent, well prepared and made of good ingredients.

The owner was so friendly and warm and the pizza looks and tastes amazing. So much better than the typical greek pizza around this area. All of the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and I only ordered a large half plain half pepperoni. The crust was PERFECT in every way, thin(but not too thin) and crispy with an amazing taste from the brick oven. Even the drinks were good, the polar soda in glass bottles was refreshing and sweet. I will DEFINITELY be back many many times. Thank you again!!!

The pizza is great, but the customer service is horrible to say the least. My wife ordered a pizza. They told her 17.39$. when I picked it up and paid cash (supposedly with a discount) they charged me $22. When we called back to confirm the price, they quoted $17.39 again. When we asked why I was overcharged they claimed we were given the wrong price and that it's 19.99$ and maybe I ordered something else. I made it clear that it was just the pizza and they told me that they had other customers and can't do anything to help me.

One of my more recent favorites (as of Dec 2022) is Plum Tomatoes. They're one of our new go-to options for pizza & calzone. We ordered from them a few times some time back, but it had been a while because we had another (slightly closer) place that we just happened to like the most. That other slightly closer place was sold earlier this use & is now under new management. There was a noticeable difference in their food, so we sought out a new place. We tried Plum Tomatoes and really enjoyed their pizzas, calzones, cheesy bread & Greek salad. Haven't made the full rounds on the menu yet, but so far we like everything we've tried. I gave a top rating on food & service, but a mid rating on atmosphere only because it's a tiny customer area mainly designed for takeout. It's a nice place, but really made to get in and out with your takeout order. Only one small mishap was with a Greek salad that didn't come with the pita bread. That was the only one-time minor issue. Otherwise they're great. I would highly recommend.

Picked up two pizzas tonight, a Margherita and a Kitchen Sink. The pizzas are excellent, especially for someone who loves thin, crispy crust pizza. The Margherita pizza had fresh mozzarella and basil and the fresh tomato sauce was excellent. I added artichoke hearts....YUM!! The Kitchen Sink is basically a meat lovers with peppers, onions and mushrooms added. We're talking WHOLE STRIPS OF BACON HERE!!. This pizza was excellent too. There was only one issue. The bottom crusts on both pizzas were soggy and floppy. They were properly cooked so I'm not sure why they were so soggy. The edge was crispy and delicious though. If they could figure out some way to fix the sogginess, their pizza would be 5 star easily. Oh, and on Mon and Tues the pizzas are buy one get one half off!!!

Came in yesterday and it was my first time ever, order a small pepperoni pizza and I gotta say it was better than amazing, I wish i could give them 10 stars, the pizza it self was better then most places I’ve ever been to, I also had a accident the day before at work in which I needed my pizza to be cut into squares and when I asked they didn’t it with out no questions asked, even when waiting on my pizzas the two gentleman ( Im so sorry I forgot your guy’s name already) were friendly with every customer that came in and actually seem like they both wanted to be there and were happy to be working, even when i came in I was welcome with smiles and etc… the two guys in the kitchen definitely know what there doing, I will definitely come back to this place again, Thank you guys for making my first experience the best!!

The signature plum pizza is to die for. Usually they have the ripe cherry tomatoes with rich flavors. It does not need sauce. But be specific because or not they'll give you a regular pizza with sauce and regular tomatoes. Don't get that.

Best meatballs next to my mom’s. Sauce is perfect, not too sweet or too spicy/salty. Food is fresh and delicious. Service is great. I love their meatball sub with mozzarella but their pizza is awesome too.

Grabbed a large cheese pizza, Buffalo pizza extra blue cheese and a meatball calzone. Copped the 5% discount for paying with cash and enjoyed the food. Helpful staff, clean spot and quick with the goods…… will definitely go back!
