    Can't go wrong with Dunkin's menu. Clean space, friendly and helpful staff. They were very busy with customers that came as drive through and people who walked in like myself.

    I go here sometimes because it's near my work but I usually leave disappointed. Staff is not very friendly and sometimes six people will walk by and look at you before one of them comes back to take your order. I've gotten drinks with spoiled milk in them twice so now I check it before I leave and would recommend doing the same. They could definitely be doing a lot better.

    If I could have given this place no stars I would have. Corporate should look into this location. The lady at the drive thru was dropping the f bomb as if it was the only word she knew and throwing stuff. The guy at the counter that took my order was definitely on something. His pupils were the size of a nickels and couldn’t even take an order. It took him 5 minutes to put in my order for an English muffin with butter. I’m not exaggerating. I’ve never given a review but this place definitely deserves one. Very unprofessional and disorganized place you’ll visit.

    Horrible service. Horrible preparation of drinks. Customer service is virtually non-existant. I ordered a frozen iced coffee with whipped cream and it was served to me as though it were an iced coffee with a melted foam. When I asked them to remake it properly, the MANAGER, told me he was too busy and if I wanted a new one it would take about 15-20 minutes. I held up the cup, poured it out in the trash can before I walked out! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!

    Weird service. The guy stood a the cash register to take my donut/coffee order and kept going for the wrong donut. Would have been easier if he had let me point out the donuts I wanted. Also, I had to say “large black coffee” multiple times to get the message across. Once again, I have confirmed that DD coffee tastes terrible. Rest room was clean.

    my favorite place!!...people are so friendly,as well as make a great ice coffee!!! This part of review is 4 yrs later,and let me tell you,STILL my FAVORITE DD,everyone's friendly AS WELL as my coffee is ALWAYS RIGHT AND SO GOOD!!..keep up the fantabulous work,luv pink nana(car with eye lashes)..wish this dunks could be my every morning stop,but I only go there when my husband is meeting his boss there to commute to work in boston!!🥺 Can you PLEASE call Dunks in Salem(Washington st) and give them pointers on not only how to make good coffee,but as well as good manners,people skills!!! luv yu guys!!

    Had to wait approximately 5 minutes for somebody to go into the lobby area to ring me up for a single soda. Both employees were outside doing who knows what

    They got my order wrong and we're I thought kind enough to fix it only to found out they gave me the wrong bagel and burnt it to a crisp not a nice thing to do I won't go back not that they really care

    Waited over 5 minutes at counter , nobody even said hello , white kid was working drive thru looked at and did nothing, black kid was moving like molasses, looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me . So I waited another few minutes, then left because obviously the employees don't give a care about their customers. Absolutely horrible experience, I won't be back .

    Their policy of putting the employee who speaks the least English combined with no previous knowledge of computers on the drive window is very confusing to me. Its not like they’re using the worst possible person for the job over and over because they are stupid. They know exactly what they’re doing. There’s obviously a well thought out strategic business plan Coming from deep in the company.

    saturday i ordered 15 minutes ahead and gor an iced chai with a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and 2 donuts for my cousins. i went in and grabbed my order and noticed the easiest thing to put together (the donuts) werent there so i had to wait to get somebodies attention and tell them i needed my donuts for my order. they gave it to me and i went along with my day. today however before work again i got my same order but ordered some more stuff for my mom, sister, and cousins. my sister ordered a bagel with cream cheese and my cousins got 2 donuts once again. my cousins did not get their 2 donuts once again so i had to ask somebody to get them for me . and my sister did not get her cream cheese for her bagel so we had to go back in and ask. an employee saw we were about to walk in so she opened the door for us and once the other employees saw us walk i heard one say “oh my god” in a loud annoyed tone. im usually not one to write reviews but this experience at this dunkin donuts was definitely awful. i would not recommend coming here.

    Worst “coffee” ever. Burnt acidic brown water is a better description. Had to throw it away. Completely undrinkable. Avoid at all costs.
