Absolutely love this place! Rooms are very well maintained, lots of complementary items, pet friendly, and the manager is the sweetest lady ever, she also has the cutest puppy who greets and hangs out with the guests. I 11/10 recommend this place to anybody looking to stay somewhere in Peace River!

Stay here. It’s clean, comfortable and Carol is the nicest lady you will ever meet. This hotel is definitely a hidden gem and despite being certain it was haunted, that didn’t seem to be the case!

This place is warm and inviting, clean and comfy. Best place I've stayed in a long time. I WILL be staying here again! Dog friendly too. :)

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs, especially with a little one. Clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The Owner was welcoming, down to earth and very accommodating. We completely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Peace River area.

I enjoyed staying here. The rooms were much better than I thought and very clean. I also enjoyed such warm hospitality from Carole! Overall it was a fantastic experience.

An absolutely beautiful amazing guest house to stay. Greeted with warm hospitality, spacious and home feeling suites and close to all amenities that Peace River has to offer via by foot or a short commute. I would highly recommend this for a one time stay or for accomodations requires for frequent return.

I can not say enough good things about this stay! From the room, to the extra touches within, It also has soo much to do with Carole, who lives onsite, she was a wealth of knowledge, and an AMAZING host/help during my entire week. I had vehicle trouble and Carole was able to help me get going again! 10 gold stars

Peaceful tranquility. Absolutely loved my short stay and wish it was longer. There's a spiritual energy and atmosphere here that grips you immediately. This is probably the nicest suite I've ever stayed in. You can't help but feel good about life after staying here. If I'm ever visiting Peace River again I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Third Mission Heritage Suites is a reason alone to visit Peace River. Mission Statement accomplished. 😉

2 star hotel?? Third mission is a Cozy, Clean, comfortable place to stay. Carole’s name is derived from how much she Cares. A historic, yet modernized building with homely suites. It feels like I’m staying at a friends house not a hotel/Inn.

This was a super comfy, cozy and convenient stay. I would love to stay here every time I come to peace river! Carole is so efficient and friendly. The place was beautiful, spotless and full of special extras!
