Got my regular Baja steak burrito, hubby got the same but with chicken. Food was good, but service from Herminia, Ivanna and Edward was even better. Especially Herminia, she was bubbly, charming and professional!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but went here for lunch with my coworkers. Everyone knows it busy at lunch. I actually was just thinking excited as I’ve never been disappointed when I come here until this was $10. When I said something about it I just got looked at and asked what else did I want on it. All 3 of us were surprised at how little meat we got. We like this place but I don’t know about going back if they keep baby Spooning grown adults.

As a person with a vegan lifestyle, the options were available and the server was able to inform me if something was vegan or not. I did not experience any cross contamination during this visit which is very nice. The food was fresh and well seasoned. I joined Willie’s membership and received 50% off on my order making my burrito $5. Def will return and order from this location again.

I was very pleased with my experience with Willy's. They provided food for an office luncheon, and it was a great experience. We purchased the Burrito box, it was the perfect choice! The food was delivered hot, fresh, and on time; the delivery driver was kind and courteous. Willy's is now on the department list for luncheons!

The first time I tried Willy's I got the Baja Burrito, and it was so good! I also had an event coming up, that needed catering. So I chose Willy's to do the catering. They were great! I've been to this Willy's 3 times now, and they have been fast getting the food ready, have great customer service and delicious food every time!

Ordered a chicken bowl. It was delicious. Herminia and staff are very courteous and professional. Our office is close by, so we go to Willie's often. Thank you Willie's

The food here is great but don’t come in when the Old white man name Graham is there. I walked in and it was pretty busy and you can tell the employees were struggling. They had no more Adobe chicken or Steak (which are my favorite). They told me their manager was cooking the meat and when I looked over he was just blankly staring at the chicken cooking instead of helping us customers. I had place to be and this man was taking his time wrapping my burrito. I feel bad for the other people working there.

The food was alright. Horrible experience, I asked an employee for the manager because there was a concern with my order. The manager named Graham, was absolutely unresponsive and not helpful in my situation. He was extremely rude to his own employees and just stood there doing nothing while the employees were stressed during rush. As someone that’s worked in the fast-food industry, I believe that this is negligence towards the Willy’s company and their employees. He should be removed from his position.
