DON’T EVER agree to wait for the chicken to finish cooking! Before the stated minutes are up, they’ll bring out your order with the chicken not cooked thoroughly!!! They take it out of the fryer before it’s finished cooking and give it to customers anyway! Original chicken is NEVER FRESH! It’s nasty! Spicy is great IF it’s been cooked thoroughly. They will give you just whatever flavor or pieces of chicken they have ready, no matter what you order. Be sure to check your order well BEFORE you leave! Their ownership company has repeatedly been notified about things going on here. They never correct the issues! They say to take the food back for replacement. It’s just replaced with more food with the same or different issues, so that does absolutely no good. It’s really sad and pathetic that they won’t do things right. Church’s is delicious if the food is prepared correctly and it’s fresh. It’s really a gamble what you’ll get and whether it’s edible.

As some who LOVE Church's Chicken and lives in a place where they are barely there. This chicken made my YEAR! 😂 Grease was clean and the chicken was hot! I got my fix. 😆

Omg 😳 this is the place to be. I use to eat here when I visited here. It’s so good. Delicious I say!!! Customer service is excellent and professional. I am visiting the town and seeing my friends and family at the same time. The place is so clean and very well professional. Come and check it out.

I go here for that smoke house when I’m at home. They have been a lil skimpy lately. Looks more like a half Cornish hen instead of chicken. The line be long but they kinda quick.

Best chicken around. When I go to Pearl, I get some thighs thru the drive through. I got 2 of the shrimp meal box 7.99 each & chicken thighs last time, but they forgot my chicken after I asked to make sure it was in the bag. The girl said it was. Got home & no chicken. I didn't want to drive all the way back from res so I had to do without.

Order the three piece leg and thigh spicy. I asked for spicy three times, and out the window came orginal. Not happy at all. Drive they order.

Not a problem I am used to but the food was all so hot that nobody with me could eat it there. We ate it at home, but kinda wasn't the point of eating out

Worst Church's I have ever had! The chicken was hard as a brick and looked like it was fried in fish batter. This was my first time eating at the Pearl location, and will be my last.

Pick up order. Food is always great. Some employees smile, and some don't, though. Kinda feels waited.

The customer service was on point! I love it when people can bring in tjat southern hospitality into a work place. I ordered the 3 piece dark and added okra and biscuit. Everything was good and hot except the okra. It wasn't fresh. But the over all chicken and biscuit made it better. AND TO ADD.....the chicken was seasoned!!!! Most Churchs aren't good at all bc the chicken is bland....no flavor. But this location seems to season their food!
