The resort is amazing, but poor management!! I’ve stayed in villa 82 for my honeymoon, on my arrival day there was two wedding taking place in the resort, and the sound of the music was really load, but i got an apologize letter from the GM for that, yet i feel they are looking to generate more revenue even if that will destroy guest satisfaction, more over the bath top was not closed properly, the shower was broken, the room was to hot and i was sweating all night and i think the AC unit not enough for the villa size. The staff and the duty manager were kind and invited me to complementary dinner but i refuse since i’m not looking for a compensation, all what i was looking for to have a luxury experience during my honeymoon, but unfortunately the resort is not up to luxury standard Abdulhameed.

Views are nice but that's about it. Staff is very friendly, however the service is very sub par...for the price you expect more of a luxury experience. The water in the showers have a weird smell...when we order food/drinks everytime they either get the order wrong or it comes way too late and by that time we're not interested anymore..The towels are sometimes dirty, the bed sheets aren't changed...as it stands save your money and find another place..

We stayed an extra night!!! We had a wonderful time. The staff are very genuinely nice - they are all extremely conciencious and well trained - all work very hard to fulfill your needs! The food was really fantastic. The rooms and the whole resort was very clean. We did have a little problem but the Manager was exceptional and fixed it straight away - he went out of his way to help us - very thoughtful!! It's a great location and the view and sunset is spectacular from the Cliff Top Bar. The infinity pool is glorious and we also really enjoyed our pool villa. We will definitely come back again.

This resort is literally a dream. The sky pool suite is spacious and luxurious, with an amazing view. The internal design of the suite is well thought through. I am truly impressed by the level of dedication of every staff at the resort; service is curated with your personal needs in mind, with each service staff anticipating your needs before receiving your request. Thank you for being so thoughtful and for making my stay at Six Senses such a memorable and impeccable one. This is an experience that I would never forget!

My wife and I were staying for 3 days. This villa style hotel is breathtaking. A bit expensive but totally worth it. We are completely satisfied with the services they provide during our stay. Staff were super friendly and kind. We wish to write as a 6 starts hotel if it exits.

Where do I start with six senses it’s a hard one the service we received was unbelievable from the restaurant house keeping the service desk you name it and these guys were just amazing I’ve never felt so much love and loyalty from a resort like six senses adi was just a stand out as well I honestly can’t wait to go back there the views are breathtaking the food in the resort 10/10 the hospitality towards my daughter is unbelievable I stayed in the villa and was so clean and private and the hotel general manager we meant was lovely and gave us lunch on him at any restaurant we wanted that’s what you call caring for your customers keep up the great service guys and definitely will be back and recommend you to everybody ❤️

We were just eating in the Restaurant, but the service was 11/10, the food was perfect and the place is the most beautiful in Bali! Next time I am going to book a room here. If i could give 6 star, i would give! Thank your for the amazing lunch today! Levi & Viki
