It looks beautiful in the pictures, but when you start looking around you can tell just how old and outdated and how damage the hotel is. The room is big and spacious and the bed was comfortable, but you can see dirty fingerprints on the walls. Also the nonslip pads in the bathtub are dirty looking. The corners of the room are dirty. Although the pool is very beautiful, when you start looking around the pool you can see how much damage and maintenance is needed at this hotel. I don’t think for the cost of this hotel that it’s worth the price. I definitely wouldn’t book a dream vacation to Bali, and stay at this hotel. This is a nice place to stay for one night if you want to be close to the airport, and is walking distance to the beach! The hotel staff are very nice and very friendly and they even remembered my name. I’m not saying that they’re not working hard cleaning it, it’s just that it looks like it needs a lot of maintenance with painting, and and upkeep. The breakfast buffet was lacking luster. And the spa prices are very expensive for the quality of the hotel. There’s a beautiful spot in the pool with a flower tree blooming that was magical! The hotel at night, when the lights come on is so pretty! Beach access is only about 1 minute walk. I felt safe at this hotel. But really wouldn’t feel safe walking around the town surrounding the hotel alone.

Of all the Marriott properties I have been to, this one has the best customer service by far. Ms Neysa greeted my wife and I at check-in and personally showed us to our room, every staff member was polite and fast to help with anything. Breakfast has a lot of options, the restaurant is good and there are lots of seafood restaurants right outside at Jimbaran beach. Loved the berry mojito they make at the pool bar. If you have status, points or upgrade nights this is the place to use them. I'd like to thank Ms Neysa, Ms Ari, Mr Mas and Mr Smiley from the staff for making our time here 5 Stars. They all gave us the VIP experience, we will definitely be back with family.

Couldn’t rate this hotel enough. The staff absolutely made the experience. Especially Smiley, Axel, Alit and Puspa. By the end of the holiday they weren’t staff to us, they were friends. Every single day they brought smiles to our faces and accommodated to all our needs/wants. Every other guest also felt the same. All other aspects to the hotel were also fantastic, our room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable, rooms were clean and food and drinks were great. We’d love to stay at this hotel again in the future, we hope the staff will still be there especially the ones listed. Opposite the hotel there’s about 10 restaurants that are right on the beach which is a 30 seconds walk from the back of the hotel. The hotel also has a roof top bar that looks over the beach and is great to watch the sunset. Also, when telling the manager about the staff, he was so happy and appreciative, it just made everyone so happy. The manager mentioned to us that they had been closed for 3 years because of covid and have only been open for the last 3 months, that’s why it is a little outdated, we’re understanding people so that didn’t matter to us at all. One of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed in. Highly recommend the pool access. The staff are also lovely. Though the hotel staff said they weren't allowed to put any of our purchases on the room bill and wouldn't explain why. This felt like they didn't trust us to pay the bill? Would have been nice if they had explained. Also the water from the showers could be smelly for the first few seconds. Other than that the rooms are huge, clean and quiet. The Rooftop bar is also great for watching the sun go down and you're right across from the beach.

We stayed for 4 nights in Sep'2022. So happy we had free upgrade to a much bigger room! From the entrance, there's a short buggy ride up the hill to the reception area. Once you check in, there's a short cut path to walk from hotel to the entrance, so no buggy needed. In the morning, go up to the roof top to talk a walk with the nice view of the pool and the sunrise. You can see the beach from there too. If not, just 2 mins walk from the back door to the beach. They have a huge pool at the ground level with floating bean bags, and a bar counter. So cool. Breakfast was good too, with wide selection. The staff were friendly too. Only thing is that the chinese porridge looks a bit weird, like steam egg.

We had to check in early and were here only for the day. The reason I've given rooms only two stars is because we were first moved into a smaller (and kinda run down and messy) room than the one we paid for. It took a bit of time for us to be moved into the lagoon access room we paid for. But the pool, pool bar, service and breakfast more than made up for it. The lagoon access room is totally worth it friends. The pool is just so beautiful and refreshing. Check in is fairly late and you're charged for early check in. Jimbaran beach is a short five-eight minute walk from here, and the airport is a short 23 minute drive away. So the location is also quite good. Definitely coming back here for a longer holiday!

The pool wasn’t quite as big and amazing as the pictures however the vibe and service was spot on - Ali and Smiley at the pool are an absolute asset to this hotel, always up for a chat and looking after whatever you may need. The room was nice, clean and spacious although a couple things missing here and there. The gym is small and simple but refrigerated towels and cold waters was a nice added touch. Downsides - The bed and pillows were huge but too hard for my personal preference. We were also missing a bedside table on one side which was a little annoying but dealt with it, bathroom was very nice although i think the room we got was very basic for $200+ per night, couldn’t even sit on the balcony it was so small and no furniture out there

The hotel staff are so friendly, the penthouse room is great with its own swimming pool and terrace on the top (great to gather the whole family there-:). even with these lagoon access rooms would be great fun too. The smoky bar is a nice place to sit around, drink and enjoy the best sunset in Bali. The famed local beach seafood restaurants are right across the back entrance of the hotel. We ended up there couple of times during our most recent stay. we also had dinner and lunch at the hotel when we just want something simple with local favourite dishes like crispy duck and BBQ pork. That wedding chapel on top of the hotel is a romantic place to take photos during the sunset. The water reflection with ocean and sunset in the backdrop is priceless. Ming from Australia.

Me and my fiance stayed here for my birthday. The rooms are nice and loved the direct access to the pool. See the food next to the hotel is great. The food of the restaurant is nice. Happy hours cocktails were not great. There was one particular lady staff who pushed us to pay at the checkout where as reception told us to pay as we go. The rest of the staff was amazing.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Quiet area with quick access to the iconic fresh bbq seafood Jimbaran is known for. Very large pool that never felt crowded and the pool access room added to this experience with private balcony access. Hotel is also great for weddings with a large wedding venue on the roof which comfortably holds 70 people. We had our wedding here and was very happy with the decision and will be returning to stay at the hotel when we come back to Bali next time.

Great hotel to spend a couple of nights to end your trip. A nice quiet location compared to the hustle and bustle of Kuta/Legian. Extremely friendly and happy staff, close to restaurants on the beach which was my favourite part. Bed was super comfortable, the shower water has a smell to it when you first turn it on but disappears after a while, same with hot water, takes a while to kick in. Overall I had an amazing stay here, a special mention to Ari and Smiley who were the highlight of my stay.

Very kids friendly hotel with spacious room, love our room that connected to the lagoon pool directly. The staffs are really friendly & helpful, especially Yuni & Krishna , Smiley and all other staffs. They provide baby sitting service and kids love the kids club too. Not to mention it is really close to the beach & seafood restaurants center in Jimbaran.

Room is great. Location excellent, though Jimbaran beach is not the best beach to swim. The breakfast though is lacking for a 5star hotel. The hotel itself is a little dark. Dark corridor, dark swimming pool, kind of run down, perhaps due to covid, and other newer hotels that open, makes this less than a preferred hotel.

Nice but old 5 star hotel. Room itself was in excellent condition and big size comfy room with a comfortable bed. The main areas would need a bit of maintenance. But overall a nice hotel. Hospitality could be a little better if i compare with other 5 star hotels.

It was fun staying here for a couple of nights. Staff was accommodating for my different requests. Loved the upgraded suite with the private entry, private pool, vaulted ceiling, and partial view of the ocean. Nice to be steps away from restaurants and the beach too. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

We just stayed here for 6 nights. What a magnificent hotel. Great staff and service, sometimes a little slow especially at pool bar and restaurant but we swam while we waited or used their magnificent wifi. Breakfast fantastic, best coffee I've had in Bali. good variety for westerners and local foods location is awesome, right opposite seafood restaurants and walking distance to heaps of other places like mini marts and warungs etc. Few things in room could have been better, tap spurted a bit when used and air conditioner didn't seem holding up to the heat too well on some days, but it was very hot during our stay and I don't like heat haha, outside table wobbly, couldn't put a beer on it, not major dramas at all. Excellent pool and pool bar, we had lagoon access and was magical. Sky bar was great also. We'll be back next year for sure.

Room was quite spacious, bright, and clean. However the hotel is very old and beach access is annoying; you have to walk through one of the restaurants to get to the heavily trafficked beach which is mostly just seafood restaurants. This hotel has seen better days. Service is friendly but not especially helpful. Check in process in particular is unnecessarily slow with the concierge on the ground floor who makes you wait until they can take you up to the lobby to wait again. Breakfast is very friendly (manager is really pleasant) but they were really struggling to deliver coffee/tea/egg orders on time. Breakfast also keeps the cheese and cold cuts behind the counter where you have to ask.

Had the best weekend at Le Méredien! The team here is so wonderful, special shout out to Smiley for putting a smile on our face every interaction :) The breakfast selection is amazing, it’s nice to have a selection of Indonesian food and other options to choose from. Also love that they offer Jamu at the entrance. The pool facilities are great too. In front of the hotel there are seafood restaurants, which fire up their grills around 5pm most days. You may notice the smell in the air, but it’s not a problem inside your rooms at all.

Had an amazing Honeymoon stay at Le Meridian! The staff went out of the way to make it truly special such as providing heart swan towels, pedals, fruit, and cake. Staff were always courteous and helpful. The property is beautiful and conveniently located a short (3 minute) walk to the beach and next to yummy restaurants (recommend seafood). There is a huge pool and sky bar with a view. Highly recommend the Breakfast Buffet with a huge assortment of western and local eats! Coffee was also delicious. Although I didn’t get to take advantage of it, the hotel also offered activities such as yoga and cooking classes.

It’s a great hotel We had a marvelous vacation in this place. The Hotel is very pleasant, neat and completely meets the expectations set at the time of booking choice. The room is spacious and nice, has a beautiful lagoon, which adds a very unique atmosphere. All staff at the Hotel is very welcoming, caring and professional. The service is great. A really wonderful holiday staying in a lagoon room giving direct access from the balcony to the pool which was brilliant. Wonderful breakfasts with a huge variety of local and western options. The staff were incredibly friendly and always very helpful. The spa was wonderful offering great massages and treatments. We are already planning next years stay and look forward to seeing Eva, Smiley, Alex, Boy and all the team at LeMeridien.

I have only good things to say about my stay at the Le Meridien. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and completely quiet for a proper sleep at night. The restaurant (Bamboo Chic) offers delicious meals, from which you can choose mouthwatering Indonesian cuisine or Western dishes. The Serenity SPA is a must-do! Best massage ever! All staff are far too kind and friendly, always doing their best to ensure you are enjoying the holiday. Plus, the hotel location is a 5-minute walk from the Jimbaran beach and restaurants! Ps: a big shout out to Smiley (best entertainer?!), Eli (Serenity), Edgar (reception) and all the staff at the Bamboo Chic! You are all incredible humans : )

We loved our stay at the Méridien. Our room was on the first floor which meant we had direct access to the pool. The swim up bar was nice (great happy hour deals) and the restaurant food was good as well. Plus, your only a few minutes walk to the beach if you want to relax or surf.

The room was really spacious and I loved the direct access to the pool from our balcony. The staff was polite and very welcoming. The breakfast layout was also really good. The photographer took some great pictures of us that I'll cherish for sure.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean. This hotel is very close to the famous seafood culinary center, Jimbaran Beach! Walk from the front of the hotel to Jimbaran Beach only about 250 meters. The back of this hotel is just opposite Jimbaran Beach. There is an entrance and exit. The service is friendly and fast. Only for breakfast, the menu variants are still not many and the taste is just standard.

The staff were great. We had some issues with our key cards when we were there though, and another couple was assigned the same room. That was resolved quickly. Otherwise, the service is good. Nice big pool, rooftop has a beautiful view. The international buffet was good as well. We ordered in room service and the portions were generous. Downside is there are only seafood restaurants behind us and nothing else.
