This store is not trustworthy. When we first went in, they were very helpful. We got a recliner picked out, and "we carried it to our home in Wink". Then it hurt me to use it, so I called about returning it. No problem at all. They offered to come pick it up, but since it was in Wink, they chose for us to bring it back to them. We even helped unload it. When I purchased it, I told them I wanted payments due on the 15th, but when she rang it up, they were due on the first, so I went ahead & paid extra to have the payments due on the 15th. But when we returned it, only having it a few days, in the same condition except I forgot to dust off some dog hair, (only a few hairs, not covered or anything), he said they would not refund the extra money I had paid, even though it was returned before the first, and we drove 45min both ways, twice, getting and returning the item. We DO NOT RECOMMEND these folks. They lie and do not abide by their word. Even after I called and they said they'd take care of me. My husband was extremely unhappy with their service. He said to make sure to let folks know that they lie. Be careful!

This company is fine. They have solid options for those who may not have the greatest credit but wish to make big purchases. Same as cash is a lovely option that I take advantage of every time. However, I did have some issues that I had previously stated that I was then assured by the regional manager he would address. He also went above and beyond to help make sure I was compensated for my time and inconvenience.

Talk about just screwing people. I stopped in to buy a TV. Not lease but BUY and they wanted 700 plus for a TV that is 300 at Bestbuy. It was also used. I order one off Amazon. Folks do yourself a favor and save your money till you can buy else where. The sales lady was rude and did not care one bit.

Good place with nice choices.

I bought a washing machine and a dryer at the beginning of August. 1 week after I purchased them they both quit working. They gave me loaners to borrow until mine were repaired. It is now October 22nd and I still do not have my washer and dryer. I have had my laundry room flooded twice and the loaner dryer doesnt even dry my clothes. This place is a joke. I would recommend buying anywhere else.

They can't keep delivery promises. I cancelled order because of this. Very bad for business. Your best choice is to go to the other Aaron's stores or go to Lowe's and get appliances.

Got a couch last month from them realized when they were cutting it with a knife they sliced the bottom of the couch. I called them and never received a call back from them. On top of that when they delivered the couches they took my whole apartment door off saying that’s the only way to make them fit. I will be returning these couches and not buying from them again
