Very worst service. The reception staff is very arogant. They charged me 2500/ as a penalty because there were kajal (black) stains on pilow and bedsheet. If coustomer uses bed it is but obvious slight stains or bedsheet gonna get dirty. I never had such worst experience anywhere else.

The worst restaurant I've ever visited. Serving time of the food is very late and by waiting anyone would lose interest in eating anything. The taste of food isn't good, it was like food made by a toddler. There was no parking availability as we parked our car at different lane from restaurant. The only good thing to visit this hotel is for the A/c .

Pros: Good location, very close to ring road and Bangalore highway. Food is good, reasonably priced with good quality. Clean and spacious rooms. Cons: Service is slow. Basement parking is limited. Noisy if the party halls are having ceremony. Breakfast options are limited. Power issues, frequent power cut. Backup is not reliable. Cable channels are really limited.

Good customer service. Loved the sambar rice. Served hot and tasted yummy. Valet parking is available and located in a decent place. If you are travelling towards Warangal a decent place to have food.

Worst behaviour by staff , very arrogant. Had an event in the banquet hall. Staff will turn off the lights, AC and sound , They will disturb the event if the event isn't completed in the timings given by them. Banquet Hall looks good but chairs are very stinky after making multiple requests also they haven't changed the chair covers. Food : Good Ambience: 2.5/5 Overall had very unpleasantful experience.

We visited the banquet hall for a birthday party. The ambience is good, but the food wasn't cooked well, all of our family members didn't feel good after having lunch. You need to have a quality check serving to the customers. I'm sure you have charged for the services & banquet hall.

Hotel SVM Grand is the best place you can party and dine. The environment is very good and the prices are reasonable for everyone. This is located at Warangal highway. The food is too yummy children can enjoy the food and I love to eat biryani here.

Recently we have performed our niece marriage in Hotel SVM Grand Banquet hall. The ambience, hotel management cooperation, service, food and hospitality totally awesome and amazing. Not very expensive and at the same time a very grand look to the entire event. Thanks to the hotel management and their staff for giving us a lifetime experience. Rooms are also very neat and spacious.

Decent place to dine out with family. Affordable prices with good taste. Also has a separate bar with a comfortable ambience - offers 20% discount on alcohol. However, taste of the food served in the bar is not up to the mark as it is different from the food served in the restaurant.

Fortunately, the day we entered the restaurant, they had organised A candle light dinner for all the guests.. I really like the idea coz for one day they have saved energy electricity and contributed to the environment. Staff is amiable , food tastes good, service is quick and reasonable

Worst food, worst service, people do not know manners how to speak, Mr. Wilson Manager is worst fellow, he is not giving respect to people, Insects observed in food and they are not accepting to cancel the order. Do not come to this hotel uf you dont want spoil your health. Requesting food safety officer to inspect the hotel suddenly.

Liked the food here. The restaurant ambience needs to be better. It's too dark. All these restaurants need to understand that modern restaurants are flourishing who have a very bright room

Took a take away of mutton biryani family pack which was Rs 700, was not at all worth the money. There was more bones and masala rather than rice. The taste was also not good. Worst experience and waste of money

Would have rated minus , I have visited this restaurant for veg food and ordered the veg fried rice and while eating got chicken pieces in it . When spoke to the manager ther are like it is multicuisne restaurant it happens mostly and was saying if you want pure veg go to the beside raghavendera restaurant. They have asked to park my vehicle out side and the glass broke . They say it's not there responsibility. I didn't like this place before. They have renovated it recently and it's nothing like before. Food tastes good, at normal prices. Earlier it was costly for no reason. Service is good. Robotic machines keep getting the cutlery whenever needed.

The food was amazing i purchased motton biriyani and chicken biriyani family pack along with chicken curry, dawat ka sweet and tandoori roti. All tested amazing. Thankyou.

Nice ambience with aquarium veg biryani is not so great but egg manchuria and chicken kabab chicken chilli kaba and nice and biryani chicken biryani or also nice cause like 3 star hotel service till 4:00 p.m. for lunch working facility available with standard cost.

It's a very big disappointment. Visited this place 2nd time after 2 years hoping this time it will be a nice experience. But it's more then worst experience. There was a lot of noise by the floor manager and reception guy. They were literally shouting and fighting for some reason. Management need to look into such type of incidents.....

it's my regular place , SVM special biryani is popular here, it comes with mutton and chicken pieces combination , I suggest this you will enjoy definitely, by the way I didn't tried ever other items.

Quality of bathroom is not good. Bathroom rods were broken. Wash basin was cracked. Linen provided was not clean. But they replaced those after we made a complaint. Reception staff behaviour could be improvised.

Good hotel. Food in restaurant is very good. The only problem is that the room service starts after 7.30am only. For a cup of tea before 7.30am, you have to look for nearby tea stall.

Ordered spicy prawns, Garlic fish and pot chicken biryani. The supervisor had no idea on what was available. The fish was super spicy and the biryani was just plain rice. Terrible experience with food with decent ambience.

Good ambience at standard market price. Food was Awesome with Kakinada spices i loved to eat Kali mirch kabab regularly Banquets were marvelous with seating capacity of 700-1000pax Running can manage upto 2000pax.

Good hotel with restaurant, room's to stay and banquet hall for conducting events. Only 2 banquet halls among 5 seemed perfect for events. Where as the other 2 small banquet halls with less capacity seating..... One with 150 capacity seating and other with 150 and above capacity seating; seemed less worthy, for the price and minimum must (minimum number of members) capacity they are coating(here only the number of plates per members of buffet is charged, but not for the hall... I.e, the banquet halls will be assigned as per the no.of guest's and buffet will be charged with no.of plates as per no.of guests). There is also another small event hall in the ground floor for a capacity of 50 guests. The Dias of the 150 above capacity was thrown to a corner i.e, it was towards the left side of the hall, with broad pillars obstructing the middle way towards the Dias., Which I seriously felt is not in alignment (i.e, with the entry way and the Dias). They also felt conjusting for the capacity they are claiming. The buffet menu for the events is not much vast, and also seemed bit pricier for the item's they are providing per plate during the events. There are also no changing room's besides of the Dias provided in the smaller capacity banquet halls. For the events they would give 2 of their hotel rooms which are present in another floor. But it's not much functional, as I feel... the room's (even smaller one's) besides the Dias would be much convenient for changing, baggages, washrooms etc, etc... But the good features over here are having convenient handwashing basins and washrooms for the guest's in the banquet hall. After arranging the buffet tables, there is only little space available to stand and eat, as well to move freely among the crowd. Food is also okayiiish... Here. But the car parking space is good, though the parking staff are least bothered in managing the parkings. The ground floor has reception towards left side of the hall and lounge area look lavish, well decorated, hygienic, refreshing and comfortable.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is responsive too at any time of day or night. But the food is very bad, no great taste at all. It tasted below average

Had biryani here not upto the mark but ok can have it..and a big aquarium placed near dining area where children can have fun...and seating is good...
