There is a bank and ATM as well. Somewhat Covid19 norms being followed. Staffs not so supportive or friendly. Wheelchair access os there. Senior sitizen desk also available. Ample space for 2 wheeler parking. One or two 4 wheeler may accomodate without trouble. Get all your queries prepared and ask, dont expect they will tell you all imporatnt pieces of information. It would be wise if you can visit another brand for same information on order to check of anything being mossed out. Happy Banking :-)

I have submitted an RTGS form attached with Cheque at 1:20pm today the guy sitting at the desk promised me with an acknowledgement saying that he is going to get it approved in 1hr time, now the time is 6pm still i didn't get any tranfer Reference number, please don't trust this branch.

Don’t open any account with axis bank. Worst service. Customer care is Chargeable , if want to speak to customer care you need to have main balance. They will charge IVR voice also. No toll free number for this bank.

Worst team. Don't know the customer service, they are busy in their system to show that they are working. Answering the quiries is a job, especially with counter no 2 person. As, a axis bank please look into that. When I asked about my courier return he is not able to listen my complete quiry and just simply say that it will get to your address. worst bank worst service no one replies i think they feel like they are providing free amount to people ….they provide Credit cards online without access to mobile and ask ppl to roam around banks for activation and bank staff are negligent they say they dont know and to come back after 3days 5days etc.

Can we encash or renew axis bank multi currency card brought through third party at this branch? I am trying to reach out but the number is not working. I don't want to waste my time if it is not possible here.

This bank automatically converts accounts to dmat account which keeps on adding the amount what kind of stupidity is this im not going to pay a single penny, you guys did not I form me about this when Im not using it how could u covert it into demat? A single signiture u never accept but guys will do what every u like, I request to provide worst review no additional benifits but all kind of stupidity do contact me and do resolve my problem or els im going to report this to higher authority

I already given the documents for KYC updation two - three times in the branch But till date not being updated and further they are asking again and again...they don't have coordination with each other...Asking again and again for KYC updation and account changes.very poor service

I wish I could give negative stars. Inward foreign remittances are withheld by the Tarnaka (Hyderabad) Forex team without reason. Writing to the Operations Head or the Uppal Kalan Branch Head (Hyderabad) is fruitless as they turn a blind eye and are not interested in resolving customer issues. No one answers the land line. Email queries are not acknowledged or replied to. Extremely poor customer service! Moving to another bank which respects and values its customers.

There is an issue regarding the amount blocking in my account and then I tried to reach over telephone and after so much of retries someone from branch attended the call and the employee said he will call me back post 3.30Pm and took my mobile number. It's been a week for now and I didn't received any call from that employee and the pathetic thing is that the telephone number is also not working now.. I'm not in a position to attend to that particular branch since I moved from that location. I had given a letter also in a branch near to my location to unblock and still I haven't got any resolution yet..

The worst service before taking business loan think 100 times please check with closure process with bank team and go for loan the worst situation what I faced is for loan closure staff no one have a proper information one of their staff guide me for closure loan to go for lb nagar and that to not exact location his not aware the exact location one other staff guide me to go ranigunj no one have a clarity just simply sitting and monthly getting let the customer face the problem they doesn't matter
