Treatment is really good and hence we visit this hospital regularly. One day, we came for regular consultation from far away place but we were late due to unexpected traffic. Our appointment was cancelled and the answer was very rude from reception. Their answer is “Doctor will ask me to check your baby if I give you an appointment now”. I did not expect such behaviour with people.

The hospital is very clean and well maintained and the doctors and nursing staff are very friendly. My wife was delivered here under Dr. Punima ma'am without any problem and all the staff are very good. But specially the insurance department has no idea how to behave with a customer. And zero knowledge in insurance, they don't have minimum basic knowledge in insurance, I Strongly recommend you guys who are waiting to join in insurance I said no. Further Everything else is good

I delivered my baby 7 months ago.... Dr. Poornima mam done awesome job....They gave diet chart for healthy baby.... Dr. Dignesh sir, Pediatrician done a very good job by taking care of my newborn baby.. I was disappointed with Phototherapy and associated nurses (phototherapy)..... Gynecology department of Boduppal Ankura Hospital is Very Co-operative Including Nursing,Housekeeping,PR departments & some of them are treated us as their family members _ during our admission period of 4 days.

After seeing good feedback for this hospital I had decided to admit my wife for the delivery of our baby . We have a mixed experience here . A lot of good experience and lot of bad experience. Suggestion to Management is Please educate your health care staffs to speak in English atleast if not Hindi .It will help a lot for the non native patients who don't understand telegu . It was really a very difficult journey here being a non telegu speaker . As a patient we have right to know what procedures/treatment are getting done for us.There shouldn't be any excuse in this . Communication gap which is a major concern of this hospital can be solved by doing this .

My spouse was admitted for pregnancy delivery. Poornima mam was so kindly and patiently treated my wife. She got natural delivery. Overall services are good but the insurance department has to make the arrangements for room availability as there are shortage of rooms.

Waste Hospital Money oriented Hospital. Speciality of this Hospital is Evry month they are Increasing the Consultation fees From past one month they are increasing the Fees from 300 to 450 - Every month 50 rs are increasing. And night time- 350 to 750 -this month increased to650 to 750 rs. And Doctors also not listening the Patients problems. Simply they are they. Are try to achieve the profits. Hi Ankura Hospitals, I would like to describe my concern here. As I thought it was nearby hospital and dr. Poornima is specialized in normal deliveries. I was visiting the doctor since 7months of pregnancy. Right now I'm in 37th week of pregnancy, my delivery date is sep 11th, about to delivery. She was shouting at my mother not even giving us few seconds to talk about our concern. My reports were very clear with no complications till now, I'm looking forward for normal delivery. She was like join on 9th Or 12th i will not be available on 10th &11th who is looking forward to operating c-section. We want any other doctors available with proper care. She was so rude, sarcastic and arrogant and most importantly no patience at all. In the last moment is it the way to frighten the patient who visits you, I was feeling like I have visited her unnecessarily. Try to give proper guidelines. Try to solve my concern. Ankura patient.

Pls don’t go to this hospital - majorly if you are opting for insurance than you are gone very pathetic experience you won’t find any senior personal to listen to us - it’s all running with junior / fresh staff who even don’t know to check mails / queries of insurance - night power cut no one to Turn on genset - very very pathetic and disappointed - even monkeys enter your room - my little kid was very much frightened with this issue and no one bothered to respond on this Our doctor Sindhuja garu never visited patient not spoke to us (parents ) about issue or treatment all the junior doctors are visiting and doing there practical’s on our kids - senior management pls wake up - don’t just work for money have some basic ethics - it’s all about life of kids

The hospital seems to be more focused on making money than providing care, and Dr. Vijaya Poornima doesn't seem to have the time or interest to listen to patients. Perhaps she is not well-suited for her profession.

I've admitted my 9 months son here for 3 days, I always consulted doctors at ankura for every small issue. While most of the doctors are good I did not like Dr Sindhuja's suggestion. I was always advised to admit my son, even for common cold too. Consult another doctor before admitting your child. Though the treatment is good, ailments like cold, cough respiratory track infection are cured by taking medication at home.

As it is our first baby , everyone in hospital helped us during entire period , cleared all our queries. Very good hospital for services for gynic and children We are associated with this hospital for more than 3 years ...through out this asociation they maintained good services , but what I feel is but from 1 year onwards fees are high . Only fee is bit high. Otherwise everything fine.
