Easy check in process. Room is ok for the price paid

Room not properly cleaned ,toilet is dirty ,bed sheet not properly washed, croacroach corpse can b seen , won't go back in future.i feel it's over priced in this town .

The best in Pekan Nenas

I have never experienced staying in this hotel since my home is near this hotel. But, I believe this hotel is quite comfortable for visitors. Surrounded by a local shop, food stalls hypermarket, laundry shop etc.

roon environment not so clean, especially toilet. not recommended if u r looking for a cozy place.

Staff not friendly, the bathroom in the room not clean, water heater cant operate, wifi can’t assess!

Okay. Not bad lah.. The only hotel at Pekan Nenas, i think..

We found bedbugs, spiders, ants and other insects all around the room and we alerted the staff but they just did a "room cleaning" and we had to sleep with the bugs. Woke at 3am and thankfully the present staff was understanding and gave us a new room to stay in. Check attached photos
