This coffee shop has a very long history. It uses charcoal roasting to prepare every cup of coffee and toast, so the flavour of coffee and bread is particularly fragrant, which is different from ordinary coffee shops. The price is not expensive. If coffee and bread can't satisfy your appetite, there is a stall outside the door where you can order fried kway teow and wonton noodles. As long as you come to this small place, it is recommended to come here to taste a cup of coffee and experience the taste of the country.

As you can tell by the table, we loved the coffee here! The old school coal fire toast is also delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

Your home toaster make better bread. It should be freshly toasted but came out cold and not crispy and forget about the charcoal toasted aroma, non at all.

22 Nov 2020. Heard about this place quite some time ago and finally today managed to visit this shop with my love one. We ordered tea and coffee which I think tea taste better. We also ordered traditional bread (with planta and kaya), one round bread (butter and kaya) and one piece of tau sha pia. Food all taste good especially those bread toast with charcoal and their kaya very delicious.

Kopi O Kosong +2 eggs (Total RM4.20) ok no complaints. Service also friendly and nice. But drain outside is kinda stinky. And toilet walls have thick clumps of dust everywhere. Never clean for 10,000 years... Lol... Parking no shade/trees ... Definitely the wrong type of kampong vibes...

Traditional burn bread @ roti bakar. Lots of senior citizen people loves to sit here and hang around with their peers. You can order steam bread as well.

This place is a must visit. An old authentic coffee shop. Using charcoal to toast the bread. It is amazing to see how they have preserved this place all these years. Almost feel dining in the 80's era. Senior uncles and aunties as waiter and waitress. Everything about this place is a must experience visit. Try their toast, coffee , half boiled egg and soups.

We paid RM 4.70 for 1 set of Roti bakar and 1 cup of coffee. Coffee is very normal, kaya butter toast is quite crunchy , kaya not too sweet. They only serve kaya butter toast, soft boiled egg and beverage in this shop but you are allow to order noodles / other foods from other shop. This shop is very old and it is not a very clean environment. Sit here to try the toast then ok la.. if u want to chit chat and drink coffee with friends, perhaps it is not very suitable (personal opinion)

One of the few traditional kopitiam left. The place is not renovated and preserves its orginal decor, reminisce of a time in the 70s to 80s? Kaya toast are baked over charcoals. Its doesn't get more traditional than that. Do bring your kids to try this place so they know what a real kopitiam is like before it all gets franchised.

Visited on a hot sunny day. The place was very cooling and windy. Had chicken rice and mixed rice on the wooden deck. Food was quite tasty and the price is on the higher end. People there are really friendly and we had a good experience.
