Nice place to hike or for training, can either use the tar road or jungle trail, the jungle trail need permit and fees while the tar road no need , at the entrance there’s toll booth for parking the fees RM3 the will give coupon, park around the villagers house, I reached there around 9am already a lot of people and cars, ample parking space, saw people coming down from the tarmac already, toilet near the waterfall they locked up,most probably has to use at local restaurant before entering hiking place, not much water at the waterfall area still got people picnic there with family, Trail 5km up and 5km down, it gets steeper at last 2km, around an hour one way for regular hikers, those that bring children also there , they need longer time up, view is okay only nothing much. So picnic at the top. Beware of monkeys, don’t disturb them , avoid eye contact, don’t feed them as they will became aggressive once people feeding them regularly . Lots of lorries on the way there since nearby quarry. Overall okay place.

This place have public and privately managed area. As the weather was cloudy decided to go to the private area. Entrance fee is RM2 for children and RM3 for adults. Came here on Weekend. The private area have picnic and camping areas together with a steam that flows from the mountain area for kids to swim and play around. Overall it was well managed and clean.

Today, I went there alone to experience something new. I strongly recommend to everyone to try to go alone or with friends or family members to have quality time. The view from the top was breathtaking. Worth the effort to climb up there. Don't give up in the middle of the way.

Hiking elevation (600m) distance (4km probably). Waterfall total : 3. Alright let me explain in detail now. if you cane for hiking here, even in the google map said open 8am, just came here at 7am its already open. so anyoyplan to came here for hiking, can come early. take around 1 to 1 1/2 hours hiking for a normal speed. you will be hiking on a road, tar road. ao better use running shoes etc. you will meet many monkey during the hiking. worry not they will not disturb you unless you brought plastic bag. they are keen to steal plastic bag! so don't bring any plastic bag. the view on top 600m is beautiful. descending will probably take around 25-40 mins of you walk faster while descending maybe 20 can reach bottom already. after hiking you might want to dip yourself in the waterfall! very cold water fall here!. there are 3 waterfall here. if you just came down after descending, the 3rd waterfall, the highest one, you need a little bit jungle trekking but not so much as there is already a path so just follow. the you will find the waterfall. the other 2 is just below it. have fun! REMINDER! If you came for waterfall, came around April -July when the weather is hot. don't came when the season is raining. the place is closed during that time. have fun!

To arrive at the peak you need to climb about 600m mountain elevation or need to walk 5+ km. It will take a 2 hours journey for one way. But to arrive at the waterfall you just need to climb about 15-20 min using the road. There 's a lot of monkeys so better not bring any food because they will snatch the plastic food from you.

The river is just nice to chill with family and friends, not too dangerous and can picnic also. Most importantly, the place is clean. If you want to see the waterfall you need to go more further up the hill. Need to pay the ticket to enter the place.

Best for the weekend day hike. Many people, but not packed. I really enjoy the fresh and relaxing vibe of trekking up, going down and end trekking with dipping body in a fresh cool water downstream at the waterfall. Be careful of monkeys around the waterfall. Not advisable to bring food as they can snatch food from you. They may pose danger if they feel threatened by us.

The best place to enjoy trekking with nature outside Johor Bahru. The trek is an easy 5km (can do via trail or tarmac). A visit to the waterfall is a must for a cold and refreshing dip. The place is well-kept with facilities available such as parking, toilets, surau and food stalls.

About 1 hour drive from JB. Around 5-6km from entrance gate to the peak, and the path is quite steep. If you're a tourist and not driving a car, you need to think of how to get back to JB as there were no grab/taxi/public transport options nearby. There were many monkeys at the start of the hiking path, so beware of your belongings.

Entry ticket is just rm1 and parking is rm3.. if you intend to have a picnic, you have to bring your own food container because the security guard does not allow anyone to bring plastic (plastic bottles, polystyrene, food wrappers etc.)

Nice road trail albeit very steep. The downside of this trail is the toilet is totally not in service. There was no water at all, which means you have to use your own or get back down to use the toilet at the parking area. But the view at the top is nice though. Would be better if there were some signs of the altitude or distance along the road.

Good place for an outdoorsy excursion. The actual waterfall is quite nice, if somewhat difficult to access. The downstream is easy to access. Plenty of facilities at the Western entrance. A few good rainforest resorts around. Plenty of monkeys about but they're not aggressive. Parking is not a problem.

I visit this park every month. You can park near the entrance for 1 or 2RM. Bring water and a change of clothes. It can be very hot and sweaty. The path up is sometimes steep. You can see some animals and bird life along the track. The waterfall is pleasant to visit. If you want a challenge, take the route through the rainforest which is very steep at some stages but safe and well marked.

Love it, that got road for walking and relax, at the bottom have restaurant/toilet and parking. While coming need pay RM1 for entrance, and after that parking will charges RM3, toilet also RM1. Open on 7.00am, but u may come around 6.45, and warm up, breath fresh air. If want go top, maybe will take 2-3pm. Better don't eat before go, or will nausea.

Went there on holiday but they closed on that day without giving any notice online or even front entrance. We paid our parking fees and walk up to the main entrance only see the gate is closed. Very disappointed way to manage by the management. The place itself is very nice and recommended! Fresh air, nice view, small river and friendly people around.

Good place for hiking, take about half day can slowly finish the journey. Mountain route is better for going up, you can get more feel and experience. A lot of people, all very friendly. Will come back again.

Loving the scenery, the air was chill, generally its tar road, but the inclination is quite steep i would say, a total 10km+ up and down. Might visit again.

Decent hike near JB. Paved road is steep and will get your heart pumping. Pity that there is nearly nothing to see at the top other than the viewpoint near the power station. Go early. Parking was full on a saturday morning at 8.40am and many people were already on their way down. Took me about 1h10 to climb at a power walk pace, far less than the claimed 2 hours.

A great place to unwind! Hike up is pretty challenging . Every time I come back..it gives me a different fight to the top. ! I have been here 7 times.and it still gives me a fully soaked tee shirt each time . Followed by a deep at the waterfall to refresh before heading for have a cold coconut at the entrance .
