It was my 1st time in thus hotel.. as a hotel guest, i was surprise was told by guard on duty to park my big bike at the public motorbike lots. Upon registration, i checked with Farhana reception "y as hotel guest i had to park at public lots and not hotel lots where a few lots is empty?" Oh she replied cause its reserve only for car..huh.. really nt professional in explaining. There was a additional charge of $10 Rm without resit as tax aside from a $50 Rm as deposit (verbally no written or official letter from Hotel).Really cant understand.

Hi, I'm one of your customer tonight, 30 Jan. 2022. I'm just curious why I couldn't park at your hotel parking since your security said it is for hotel's customer. Your front desk was okay and nice since already assist me on this earlier. But ... I'm your customer, how come i couldn't park there since it was an available parking, looks like your security already booked the park to maybe your FAVOURITE CUSTOMER. Or maybe that customer paid on him?? It was not a good way to attend your customer. I'M SO FRUSTRATED. It was not fair. Why you need to choose your customer and why couldn't you assist us on this matter fairly. It's make me feels don't wanna stay here anymore. Please assist your customer fairly. Thanks.

I'm excited to call this hotel cause there’s a banner said looking for a receptionist but when i call i talk nicely but the one who received my calls today said “ takde, takde kerje kosong, “ is this how you talk to external calls from outside “ the one who answer my call voice quite slow , i can’ hear anything.. that’s it

This is my third or fourth time at this hotel over 3 years, usually after spending a day at Legoland theme park. Hotel has maintained consistent quality. I booked a standard room and a twin bed room this time. The standard room has just enough space for 1 queen bed but it has a window with a view of the road in front. The room with twin beds was slightly more expensive, more spacious but it has no window, hence very stuffy and a little smoky. I like the air-con besides it is individual unit, just like what you have at home. You can control the temperature, unlike centralised air-con in higher-end hotels. Overall, clean room, TV working, shower heads working, and room has basic requisites like a kettle and a 2 packets of instant coffee. No fridge and no safe. Staff was friendly.

Very new hotel. Officially opened on October 2015. Very friendly hotel staff, nice comfy room, reserved but limited car park for hotel guest. Lots of dining places and convenience store nearby. Walls are rather thin, can easily hear noises from the next room; water does not drain as fast as it should be. Now much view, since it is located in a business centre. Only 3 stories, including ground floor.

Highly recommended for budget travelers. Stayed here 3 nights to attend a training course nearby. Good enough for me.

The hotel was okay, but the staff is not friendly at all, at least you could do is smile to your customers. The lift was very dangerous, when the lift door are opened, it will quickly close by itself eventhough we did not press close, sometimes we did not enter in the lift yet, the lift just close by itself, it also hit my 1 year old head with the lift door because its just suddenly closed, we did tell the receptionist, but yet, no apology from their side. Dear hotel, if you want your business to maintain your sale, please do improve your lift and your staff's friendliness. TQ

We booked for a Saturday night, 2 queen size bed, it cost sgd$62. The foyer looks posh and the sofa was comfortable. There are shops nearby which makes things a lot more convenient. At 12midnight, my girl wanted food and there was a prata place a minute away. That was great.

I have something to share here, I have been your regular customer for past 4 months since September, today i came here for my work purpose and i want to check in but the reception told that i have been blocked. The reason not given what a useless answer. During my last visit i make a complain at reception that time a Chinese lady so call manager of this hotel was in charge i told her that your contractors have been banging the wall since 8am and i couldn’t sleep she did not reply me anything proceed my check out and i left today I came back I have been blocked. I would like to speak to someone from upper management regarding this issue your hotel receptionist is not giving me a proper answer for this. Even during my stay i always hear from your staffs that the manager is very rude to everyone how can she does this 😡

Wasted money! just have 2 channels on television! For shower things they just give shampoos!No given toothbrushes, shower caps, and more! The hairdryer not working, when calling the receptionist they never pick up the phone! need to call again and too! the toilet was really bad! They don't have a mosaic for the toilet!

Late night forgot my house key. Ended up in this hotel. Overall is nice. Bed is comfy But tv only have limited channel.

Yesterday was my second time to this hotel reasonable price room was clean I'm very comfortable with the room but the management should teach the staffs to be friendly with the customes the way they're talking is so rude the staff was not even give the money in my hand I'm Standing front of the reception but she just put it on the table there very rude even i like the room but im not gonna visit again because of the staffs here the evening staff also rude yesterday when i check in.. PLEASE ASK YOUR STAFFS TO SMILE AND SAY THANK YOU these people are not qualified to work in hotel industry or any customer care industry.. even after i said tq she is just silent and doing her work very disrespectful !

Plenty varieties of good food. Room service could be better. There wasn't any bar soap, toothpaste and brush. Also no coffee and tea provided. But overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Hi Good Day. To management please do train your staff how to respect and give proper manner to them.The rooms is not enough clean and provide more coffee cups if more than 2 people in a room. The air conditioner is not enough cooling maybe can do service. Overall my family members not happy to this trip. Lucky it's only 1 day stay. It's quite expensive (RM165.00)for 1 night .please do concern above this issues. Thank you.

First time in Gelang Patah. Wasn't expecting much in this town or the hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The location is great - right opposite Mr DIY and some street food stalls and around the corner from different restaurants. Great food visitors who come without transport. It was easy getting Grab in the morning around 8am and after work at 6pm to move around or go to the airport which is about a 30 minute drive away (Grab fare: RM38). The hotel room was clean and spacious and provided all your usual amenities like towels and toothbrushes. The front door is locked with a security out front so it feels safe and secure. There's also a pharmacy and MyNews (that has an ATM inside) next to the hotel. 5/5 will stay here again.

The deluxe room is clean and comfortable. There are few nice restaurants close to this hotel. Very convenient to get a foods. The problem is a location near the main road and a bit noisy at night time.

A decent place for business traveller like me. It was new, most local amenities was around it.

i extend from 12pm till 6pm and they charge rm54. its okay. but i late check out because waiting for maghrib prayers. 7.20 i going down. then staff told me, i must pay another rm54. no ones staff bagitahu late checkout after 6pm must pay for whole day but they charge me for half. just late about 1 hour korang charge rm54 ?? charge kena bayar tapi tak boleh stay in pulak !! check in dekat jam 11 mlm the day before. kalau charge 1 hour late rm25 its reasonable jugak. langsung tak berlebih kurang.
