The staff are friendly. The wifi was good. You can fill out your water bottle from the reception. The room is not that clean; the bed sheets and pillows are ok, the shower and fan grill are not clean and they have mold. If they clean these areas a bit they can be five stars.

5 star for budget hotel, we take family room. Stay for 5 nights for work. Alot foods near by. Staff very friendly and accommodate specially Mr Ong , 3 lady staff and one uncle didn't get his name. Recommended for budget stay. Walking distance to a big eco setia park.

Small room space with Bad odour, smell cigarette. Blood stain matt. Poor bathroom, shower handle broken the uncle told hold with my hand. Non working tv remote uncle told midnight no tv show no need watch. The uncle beh tahan him, his actions tellin u dont like whatever lo what can I do. Terrible soundproof, even can hear clearly ding dong bell when ppl passing by at ground floor frm 2nd. When i w there nite, d uncle said system didn show my agoda booking, waited an hr. Dont take room 203 !

Easy to find, just upstairs of food courts. Just stay one night here but the room was too old but acceptable for one night for one pax. The toilet's window was opened and cannot lock, very dangerous and unsecured. Had strong smoked smell when passed by staircase, pillow case very old and looks dirty, please change!! No free wifi provide(staff never provide password), phone to call to reception and no hair dryer provide. Needs improvement

Location was good if you need food at your doorstep. Restaurants/coffee shops that serve breakfast, lunch or dinner. Little downside is that the vicinity will be little messy. Room was functional and everything works. No frills but aircon was cold, shower was hot and powerful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Value for money if you spend most of your time at work (or outside) and just need a place to sleep and be ready for the next day.
