Restaurant by the sea, really cute as can be seen in the pictures. The staff was really nice. The food was the best pasta we had in Sri Lanka. The bruschetta was also really tasty. Would come back again!!

Came back after 6 years, this place has changed a lot (moved location, different atmosphere). We drove all the from Kabalana for dinner and did not regret it. This is by far the best fish I had in Sri Lanka on any of my trips here. Drinks and desserts were also incredible and the was a cool live show by a very talented musician. And on top of everything, prices were very reasonable. A must visit for any food lover

From the warm welcome, excellent apportioned seating to the fantastic menu, there wasn't a single thing to complain about with this meal but indeed a lot to love. The food was actually incredibly tasty: well thought out menu including lots of inventive and yummy local dishes. The staff were so unbelievably kind that when I complimented them on their cool work t-shirts, went and found me one in my size to take home and refused any form of payment. The cocktails were so good. The view amazing. The music choices were excellent. I cannot fault this place. A must try.

Best meals I’ve had, went twice. They had a live band on Saturday. Always order the fish that’s on special. It’s fresh and delicious. Staff is so friendly would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dinner

Splendid food and view. We ordered the crab curry which was good, but messy to eat though. The fish burger is a must try- super fresh and crispy fish. Great service. Also, very sustainable - didn’t notice even a single piece of plastic being used anywhere.

If you are looking for something special, this is your place! Restaurant on the beach, with a very varied menu and fresh fish of the day. The staff will show you the fish before preparing it. The seafood noodles are awesome, and you can’t miss the margaritas!!

Great place at the beach. Even though it’s close to the main road you only hear the ocean. I had great seafood and fish. Nice cheesecake and brownie. Friendly staff 😉 Not to many vegan options.

Really great dinner date spot near Mirissa. The food is absolutely delicious - we had the tuna steak which was perfectly seared and rare. The Negombo crab curry is super flavorful. They have some lovely locally inspired cocktails as well. The service was 10/10 (thanks, anthony!!) Pricier for Sri Lanka but still value for money for the quality of food. Overall wonderful experience 😊 Worth a visit if you’re in Mirissa!

This place is a gem! I had randomly googled nearby restaurants and decided to go to this place one afternoon for lunch.....and my oh my i was blown away....!! About 3.5kms away from the busy Mirissa beach (towards Matara), this beautiful chic restaurant is located by a quiet beach and has a very upmarket yet earthy ambiance. While enjoying your lunch or dinner, all you can hear is the splashing waves, birds chirping and soft jazz/pop music in the background. Mirissa has many nice beach shacks, but this one was quite unique for sure. My stomach wasnt feeling too well that day so i decided to order some simple sides only. Garlic rice, stir fried veggies and mashed potatoes.....and it was absolutely delicious!! Well balanced flavors and textures. The cucumber, mint & pineapple smoothie was so refreshing. So tasty that I didnt miss the regular food...🤩 Food prices were pretty fair accoording to the quality and service provided. The staff was courteous, efficient andspoke english very well. And also they didnt intrude my space with unnecessary chatting (that happens in many shacks) when i was enjoying my meal. It cost me LKR 400 by tuktuk for each side but totally worth it! All in all a very good & different experience! Im sure to go again.

Wonderful food, amazing staff and a great view (even in the dark). We walked in for a table of four and were greeted by the amazing Sandy who led us to our on beach table. The menu is fabulous and caters for most every palate. We ordered the starters of the calamari, the fish and prawns. In rapid turn around our meals were on the table and we were enjoying the flawless selection offered. The prawns were plump and juicy, cooked and seasoned to perfection. My favourite was the fish, complemented by the lime and sauces complementary to the this meal. The calamari was cooked also to perfection and again complemented well with the sides. For main we had the tuna steaks, the slow cooked pork ribs and I had the prawn curry as recommended by Sandy. My prawn curry was Devine with a great combination of coconut rice, a sambol and a chilli chutney. The prawns where cooked to perfection and the curry itself was delicious. The tuna steaks were tender, seasoned well and also cooked to our liking. Complemented well with vegetables, this was an amazing dish. The slow cooker pork was cooked to perfection also. With exactly the right marinade combination combined with the sides, this was a delicious meal. We couldn’t resist completing the dinner with a passionfruit cheese cake and I’m glad we did as this was such an exceptionally tasty dessert. Right on the beach, even with the sun down you’ll be entertained by the various crab varieties including hermit and sand crabs scurrying for scraps both from the restaurant and the ocean. A big shout out to Sandy for providing wonderful service and making our last night in Sri Lanka the most enjoyable!

Such a beautiful resto on the beach. The menu is incredible, makes it hard to choose on only 1 item. We had the prawn curry & barramundi. Both swishes were delicious! Highly recommend if you are in the area

What stood out the most was the friendly staff at this location. Zephyr was located walking distance from where we stayed and was recommended to us by the hotel staff as well as some of the guests at the hotel. Nice ambience for a either a romantic time or for group of people to enjoy. The food was fresh and tasty.

This restaurant is located by the beach and has an amazing view of the ocean. You dine overlooking the beautiful blue water. The food served is unbelievably fresh and flavorful. The fish is cooked to perfection. Words cannot express how fantastic this place is.

I don't even know how many times we came here for lunch/dinner during our stay in Mirissa. Their prawn curry is undoubtedly one of the best dishes we have been lucky enough to try in Sri Lanka. And the people are great! Thank you Zephyr for feeding us so many times and taking such good care of us!

Our experience was very good, went there twice. The food was well presented, tasty and brought in after a decent time. The ambiance is excellent and the background music. I didn't like the forced service charge in the bill. Staff quick to assist and friendly.
