I bought two chicken noodles on 22nd june 2021 via Uber eats . The chicken pieces are fully burned. and I found that noodles didn’t Cook properly. I am really disappointed with this food.

Totally disappointed with the service. They are taking pre orders and once we come to pick the order, the ordered food are not available. These people should not take pre orders if they cannot provide waht we order. Even the customer care is now very bad. Had to stay for very long period for pick the order. Several customers face the same situation same time. Sometimes they bring raw chicken to cook when the customer is waiting in queue. Once this was a good place. Now this is turning in to a disgusting place.

This place is a nice little place to eat almost authentic biriyani. Its crowded most of the time but service is fairly good aswell. However, there is a bunch of photos and videos around the Internet of this place showing how unhygienic it is. Rats, dirty dishes and dust.

Not value for the paying 1200/- for a BBQ chicken biryani , it's just a coloured rice comparing to there competitor Al reem, I'm really don't like to review restaurants like this but fortunately have to write the truth, hopefully they will improve, Quality of the food 5/10

I ordered a mutton biryani from this place. Since the price was Rs950 I thought the quality would be good. But to my surprise I found only 3 pieces of mutton in the biryani. And the mutton has not been cooked long enough for proper tenderness either. The meat was so tough and it was very difficult to bite. Normally mutton takes much longer to cook. I complained the staff about this afterward, but only feedback I received was just a wierd look. The place was not that clean either. Too bad they rip off people like that. My advice is to highly avoid this place at any cost. I won't spend my money here again!

Got butter naan today and found a stapler pin in the naan. What if a small child ate it? Are you guys this careless? There were nothing with staplers because even naan was wrapped in foil and the gravy was in plastic containers. Then how did the stapler get inside the naan?

Biriyani taste is good. But they didnt wash the plate that served to me. Totally dissapointed with that even though biriyani was good.

One of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. The plates and glasses were not washed properly. Black stains were visible in the plates. The tables were not cleaned for months I guess. Food was terrible. 🤮 The biriyani rice was sticky and was giving a weird taste. We were the only customers in the restaurant, however we had to stay for more than half an hour to get a menu card. Worst customer service. Please do not recommend anyone to visit or order food form this place. Note to the owner: This is not a fake review/message. I visited the Rajagiriya branch and as a customer I am really really disappointed. Give us GOOD FOOD for God's sake. Just go through your latest reviews. All mentioned the same thing. Which means you have not really taken them seriously and taken any corrective measures yet to resolve the issues faced by the customers.

After seen buy one and get one free offer on Uber eats I placed for chicken biryani and paid Rs.880. And as usual considering all the bad reviews below only one potion arrived. I tried calling the resturnant but they were making no sense saying there was no such offer(picture attached of the offer) then went ranting on how expensive ingredients are and cannot afford free ones and ask call Uber eats. Tried to call the head restaurant as well but receive the same ranting. So be careful when ordering!!!!

quality of the food has dropped. they use the same chicken biriyani and add other curries, then sell it for higher price as mutton biriyani or other. no card payment available. there are better options down the road. price of the food is also high

Rich and flavorful biryani, generous portions, careful service. We enjoyed so much we had a take away for dinner as well. Yummy!... The restaurant is pretty close to Emmigration Department, so if you're around to extend visa it is really worth a visit!

The service is terrible. I was asked to wait for about 5 minutes to get my order, even after 15 mins it wasn't ready. When I asked after 15 mins, I was told it would take another 15 mins - the cashier/ manager said that I should understand that there's a delay or cancel the order. When I cancelled the order, the guy got so aggressive and almost got into a physical fight. I had my kids waiting in the car for me, so I backed off.

The food was mouth watering and tasty , the staff were kind and the atmosphere felt just like home , will definitely recommend !

I tried Chicken Dum Biryani. The taste is average. The food portion is enough for one or for two lite eaters. But overall, the price is higher for what they offer. Card payments accepted.

Hopeless. It was not valued for money what you paid. Food was not tasty at all. Served cold food. Disgusting. Do not ever try this place. Would never ever recommend to anyone.

The nasi Gurang wasn't good. It was about the taste. But the BBQ was good. I think nasi gurang has not many flavors in it. You might have to do something with the recipe. Otherwise it's good and the customer care was very good. It's just my feedback I hope you got something.

I ordered Dum Chicken Biriyani and I was utterly disappointed as there was no biriyani taste at all. It was not warm. I felt I should have had just rice and curry from somewhere rather that paying just 1200/= for worthless dish.

Located near rajagiriya flyover next to cargills. Very expensive meals n had to wait so much time for meals. Cant satisfy with customer service n tasty. service n taste in below level as their high prices. desserts available. Card payments accepted. No parking spaces. Cant recommend this place

Ordered a BBQ chicken fried rice through Uber Eats. Delivery time is reasonable, but the food is not tasty. Not recommended.

Their chicken biryani is very good and it is better than most 5 star hotel restaurant biryani in terms of flavour. Better for takeaway than dine in.

Worst service ,waste of money.i was ordered 2 mandi potions today.the rice is fully dried.there is a bad smell on chicken. management please take any action regarding this issue ⚠️. Otherwise u lose ur markets or customer.beacuse last couple of years we visited all other branches.but first time visited to rajagiriya.not satisfied with service and food.

Worst experience. Biriyani is ok but i won't recommend to anyone. Their hospitality and services very poor, they don't have enough menu, most of the food in the menu that they don't have, You couldn't find any beverages here, also can't to card payments. This is not enough capabilities to call restaurant, something like very normal roadside hotel in Sri Lanka, don't get disappointing with your family and friends by visiting this place.
