I have been visiting only Abans Elite for all my requirements whether it is electrical appliances or household items. This is due to excellent service provided by Mr. M Rajapakshe. He is customer service is top rated and could be counted on to provide with updates with latest products and promotions. Also he does not end his customer relationship by selling a product but he starts his relationship after selling a product with excellent after sale service as well. Apart from him the rest of the staff are too excellent and always provide with best of service. It is actually a privilege to visit such a centre as we are aware that we get our moneys worth due to the excellent service provided by all staff at Welisara Abans elite centre

Had a very poor experience where we bought a 12kg LG washing machine (this is a big investment for us). At the store, we were told this machine INCLUDES a rat guard. But afterwards, a rat had eaten through the wires and when we complained, we were told that these machines don’t include the rat guard. This is extremely disappointing, customer service is poor and the retail assistants are completely misinformed about their products. Highly advise to train these employees because they are responsible to guide us for our bigger investments: very disappointing and we will be reconsidering purchasing from Abans in the future.

Abans here is one of a biggest with a large Verity of home electronics retailer in town. They offers good discounts for their products and iffers a pretty average after service. They also offers good installment options for Thier Customers. Their main selling brand is LG and it's one of world's biggest brands with good Verity of others brands as well, especially for entertainment side. They too have a good display of Apple products as well if you're in to that soret of stuff.

Wide area & spacious

I was a regular customer since 2012. That was mainly because of the 2 great sales personnel we met namely Ashan and Malinda. But after sales services of Abans is very very poor. We visit large companies expecting better after sales services even when the same product available for lesser price outside. Top management of Abans needs to relook at their after sales services and should have a better mechanism to gather information on customer experiences. They cannot run like in the past when customers have more choices and demands.

I've visited Abans Welisara to look for some sound system and also to buy earbuds and I experienced one of the best service from the staff specially from the Apple executive ( Piumi ishara). She guided me through the products specs and helped me with choosing the best suitable item to buy. Worst customer service ever. I bought a cooker hob and once I set up it for the first time one burner switch did not work. When I contact the showroom to replace the cooker hob they said they couldn’t replace it if they are able to repair it. So when I called to the abans service center they said, they don’t have parts to repair it at the moment. But Welisara showroom was keep saying me that abans service center has parts to repair it. Welisara showroom staff was keep saying lie to avoid to replace new cooker.

Very bad coustomer service after 7PM even this show room will open till 9.00PM. Manager's response also unsatisfied. No salesman for apple phones and accessories purchasing.
