If you’re planning to take a ride on the tram beware that it only runs twice a day at 10.30am and 2.00pm. Each ride takes 75 minutes. There isn’t much to see here other than the tram ride. A ticket office opens only during the time of departures and arrival of the tram. The store also sells some souvenirs and snacks.

Great service from driver - he provided info and asked questions with answers that can make you smile. We enjoyed the service. Approximately 75 mins for return trip including 25 mins for walking in the cascade. Beautiful scenery. Have a visit, when you are in the area and if you like to hear history of tram use and timber, view scenery along with playing in the cascade's river. Support local business.

Great experience for a young family with two young kids. Adam was very informative and wasn't shy of a joke or two. Would recommend for people of any age. Stop at the cascades was a good stop at the midway point

An absolutely beautiful day out on the late 80’s built tram. The Pemberton Tramway Company takes you on a guided historic voyage of discovery, through the towns history with the timber milling industry and the stunning Marri and Karri trees that the area is famously known for. You’ll also see the Cascades, which are a natural formation of earth and rocks in which the Lefroy Brook waters pass over, creating lovely rapids and the perfect spot to stay a while, especially with a picnic basket. All in all a trip worthwhile, fantastic operators look after and take pride in the history of Pemberton and delight in retelling the towns story.

What a great way to visit The Cascades! Ben, our driver/tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining, and the trip was through lovely scenery and forest. It's great to see Ben and his family reopening this attraction and we wish them all the best. Awesome trip and highly recommended! Thanks

This was a lovely activity to do with our 3-year old granddaughter. There was one stop where we could all get off and walk around, before the return trip. The driver was entertaining and had lots of information about the area which made it really interesting

We are so pleased that this business has been resurrected by new owners! You don't need to be a tram or train enthusiast to enjoy the beautiful scenery or to appreciate the knowledgeable and humorous commentary. A great experience. 😀

We had such a wonderful time on tram yesterday. Beautiful welcome by the team at the front desk, open fire to warm you up on a winters day, hot drinks provided whilst waiting for the tram, great souvenirs, really interesting commentary from the tram driver and fantastic journey through Pemberton and the amazing Karri trees. Definitely recommend to both locals and tourists for a fun experience in the majestic south west forests.

We had a wonderful time on the tram. We came over from Sydney and didn't know what to expect and absolutely loved it. Adam the driver /commentator was very funny. He informed us of the history of the tram and what we were seeing. It is certainly pet and family friendly. A lovely small business that is keeping our history alive.

Was probably the best experience of our journey down south. We did this in day 4 of our honeymoon and was an amazing experience. The driver is what made it. Great informative commentary with great sense of humour. I wish the new owners all the best with the business 🙏. 🚂

It was a historical ride experience for us, and the tour guide/driver was very instructive, telling stories about what we saw. The best part is going down to the cascades and seeing its beauty. Good family business that kept the history alive 🌟💕

Reopened and restored by a passionate family. The trip isn't very long out and back but is very scenic, and the commentary is informative and humorous. Good opportunities to take photos and dip your feet in a cool forest river (October) at the Cascades. Definitely worth checking out

I'd say this is a must if you're in Pemberton. The tram leaves from a lovely old station and takes a gentle ride through the forest to The Cacades, where you get 25 minutes to explore this pretty bit of nature. Obviously, you'd experience a lot more cascading water if you went before summer sets in. The driver gives an excellent commentary all the way. On the way back, it's more of an express ride, and just as much fun. Highly recommended.

Great experience exploring the nature, the train went on the bridge with stream lake under us, then the train stop at little pathways that lead to the beautiful waterfall, so beautiful.

Beautiful scenery. Kids really enjoyed. Nice stop at the Cascades just keep a close eye on your kids, fast flowing falls and slippery rocks.
