Tonight has been the last straw. There have been several shootings here. Several! Winston by Windsor has not ONCE informed us, the residents, of these dangers. I have a little girl. People have kids. Let us know the truth instead of hiding it. That's disrespectful, and clearly, you don't care about the safety of my family and the families living here. It's gotten to the point where we drop to the floor whenever we hear gunshots or anything close to it. I have to run and check on my daughter every time. We don't even walk around inside the Winston property anymore. Tonight, there is a random ALL-OUT HUGE party, and who knows what's happening. I heard gunshots, maybe fireworks, maybe both. Another stressful night. Another sleepless night. For my daughter too. Music is BLASTING through all hours of the night to the point that my daughter doesn't sleep well. Constant gunshots and loud bangs. It's ridiculous! There are no gates! Two entrances where anyone and everyone drives in and out without a care. No cameras anywhere. No protection and no safety. People ghost riding at night and driving with other people surfing on top of their cars. Nothing ever happens, and the craziness continues to escalate. Every family I've spoken to thus far has not renewed and has said they're not renewing. I've seen so many people move out. Especially because of the high total rent here, none of this is acceptable!

My move in was horrible. My apt reeked of smoke and when I mentioned it to the leasing manager Emely who escorted me to my apartment she said she couldn’t smell it. I’ve spent the first month of living here trying to get the smell out with cleaners and other remedies. It has not been a pleasant experience. The A/C filter was covered in bugs and not changed in months. The leasing staff did their best to try to remedy things after I complained further about the smell and state of the apartment but admittedly they were not urgent on the matter. The changed and cleaned the air duct and had an ozone machine in my apartment overnight which made the smell worse. Overall, I’m not pleased with my move in and I am not pleased with the building either. The stairs and walkways are filthy. Hopefully this changes soon.

So far very satisfied with my move to the Winston! Julia was my leasing agent and she was excellent the whole time, a true model of professionalism and exemplary when considering the many other leasing agents I met while looking for an apartment (the other reviews praising her are true). The office staff are excellent as well, Val and Emily (with some help from Rosea) were extremely helpful with coordinating my move in on a hectic weekend - they made it as seamless as possible. All very sweet. So far I have felt comfortable and safe in this new home. I very much like the design of the apartment for the price point. It is modern and well-structured. All in all, very impressed.

My experience was great with the employees at The Winston by Windsor especially with Rosea. She did her job very well. She knows how to deal with customers. Good job Rosea 👏 and happy birthday. May God bless you.

We had the pleasure of meeting Valerie P she was crazy helpful with the whole application process. She showed Us several units and the differences between them. If your looking for an apartment give her a call.

All the staff in the leasing office is super nice and cool. Valarie in particular is very helpful my experience with her was very quick and effective. The community is also very safe with lots of amenities.

The maintenance team is the best. I put an emergency work order request for my Ac and Eduin came out right away to service my apartment. Very grateful for such a hard working team!

I just moved into the windston and so far my experience has been absolutely amazing, from the staff to the residents everyone is super friendly and extremely helpful. This community has everything that you could look for multiple gyms, and pools and a beautiful scenery I absolutely love it here
