No mail box for over 2 months. I have to pick up my mails at the post office and of course missing important mails… I called the leasing office twice and they told me the manager would contact me and guess what… no one reach out. Front/ back gate are open for the public for the past months, I do not see the reason behind paying for security…. it takes months for this management to fix any issues but if you make late payment they will charge you 10% of your monthly rent as a late fee ( $206).

They don't deserve a 1 star. They deserve a 0 star review. The maintenance crew does not like to work. They find any excuse to do the job later on and close it without telling you if they fixed it or not. Parking here could get you roped up to a $75 boot because you backed in. It's an easy way for them to make money off you. The front desk does NOT care about you. They could care less if your issue gets resolved or not. The pool smells like pee. The area itself is not as clean. Please do yourself the favor and don't rent here. Trust me, it'll be the best advice you can get. Just because they are close to the mall doesn't mean anything. And lowkey, these apartments are old and gross. Renovated my butt.

Never have to write a bad review like this, but this time I have to. I would not recommended anyone who plan to move to this apartment. My mom have been live here for awhile and in the past, it was not awful like this. First, the gate is always broken and open, which make everyone able to access the community easy and cause more trouble as you know that there is a few shooting happened before in this apartment. Second, the apartment was so old and there is no update and the rent is expensive for what you pay for. Third, the neighborhood next to my mom is so loud and affecting other people as you trying to rest your night after a long day at work. I don’t think that they are doing the background check before they let other people to rent the apartment. Also, there is a lot going on with the apartment and we always have to request people down to fix it because everything is old, and it always took them forever to fix it. Also, the people in the office is not helpful or nice when we ask for help, especially the office next to the pool, the people working there are quite rude.

I moved in a little over a month ago and my overall experience has been great. The apartment is clean, spacious, the amenities are great, it's a family friendly community with a "home" feel -- which I love. Leasing agent, Vanessa, was amazing: very kind, responsive, helpful, transparent, and thorough. I had a smooth move-in. My main concern is that the gate to the community is always open, which is a security problem. I was told it's due to people running into them/breaking them, but a permanent solution needs to be found. In recent days, I have noticed that the gates were closed (at random times), but not consistently. I hope to get in touch with management about this; hopefully they find a solution soon. Otherwise, it's been a great place to live thus far. Will update.

I have been living here for a year, and I recently decided to renew my contract for 8 months more. The location is the best. Everything I want is near my area. Great community facilities including clean pool, coworking place, which is my favorite, and gym. There is frequent gate barricade issue, but the company always fixes that. The only thing annoys me is that the laundry machine and dryer are old. There are too many dust after running them. And I need to run the dryer at least 4 times to fully dry my clothes and towels. But, overall, this apartment is pretty good for me. (+) Plus, the road next to the parking lot always floods during thunderstorm seasons.

Had a leak in our closet, Jorge Luis showed up 10 minutes after I placed the work order. Very professional, very organized and just a really nice guy! We were dry in less than an hour

Don't believe everything that you see on the reviews, we decided to give this place a chance because of what we saw when we came to the main office and tour the community, Peggy was very helpful and cordial to us throughout the whole process, application and acceptance was very easy and quick. Now that we are moved in we can say that the property is very nice, lots of green, great amenities, its very quiet and clean. There is an issue with the gate always being broken but it is mainly due to people, their lack of respect, common sense and their inability to follow rules.

Yoscarly maintenance was at the Apt and checked my air conditioning, cleaned the drain and checked the water heater, and the closet water main, very professional at work and excellent service on their part.
