The community is new and the finishes are top quality the apartments are spacious and modern. I love the kitchen! The leasing team is very professional, I was assisted by Carolina Hurtado and she was very kind and efficient, she helped me to make my apartment available for the move in the date I needed.

DO NOT RENT HERE! This apartment company is hands down the most unprofessional and untrustworthy place I have ever lived. I have been trying to get back the money they owe me for over 9 months. Yes, NINE!! Alberto Amado (the community manager) is constantly making up excuses along with Mellissa Perez. I had a move out date set in March of 2023, and my lease at the new apartment started in February of 2023..So about a 1 month overlap. I was very slowly moving into my other unit while I currently rented both apartments. One day I come back to pack up some more things, and my united was COMPLETELY empty! They stole all of my stuff and threw it away. They even cleaned the entire unit and painted the walls. I was absolutely confused because I was still the legal tenant for another month. When I questioned Melissa Perez and the front office girl about it, they said nobody ever entered my unit. I told her that everything was gone and that who ever was in there last, even locked the door. I told them thieves don’t steal, deep clean the place, and lock the door on their way out. They still played dumb and acted like they had no idea what happened. They then refused to talk to me for about 3 days because they got scared that I would call my attorney and make this a legal case. (Which I will do if they don’t pay me). Then finally got a check to me after 5 months, but it was a random amount and less than what was on the itemized list of stuff they stole out of my apartment. Alberto Amado and Melissa Perez do not respond to my email or phone calls. Still to this day, they owe me money for stealing all my stuff and unlawfully entering my unit. So again, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. The company and staff are garbage.

My receiving agent is Norbelis, excellent treatment, very diligent, I loved the complex since it was under construction, because I lived in the one right next door, even though the price is a bit high, I decided to move, a super experience easy thanks to her, my lovely one-bedroom apartment, with some entry details that I reported immediately and which were resolved promptly. What I would ask them to be able to resolve soon, the pool and gym hours, at least until 11pm on weekends, be a little more severe with tenants who leave garbage outside the containers and around them, that's why there are cameras. Oh and congratulate them for the initiative of those activities such as vinadas, that are repeated and being able to share to get to know each other among users. Keep doing your job excellently and accepting suggestions as much as possible to be even more comfortable as a community. Success guys! Johanna Rojas!

I decide to stop by Pines Garden this morning for a tour . I totally love this place. I was totally impressed just by the entry gate. I was greeted by a young man named Vector. He instantly asked me how are you doing? And what brings you today?. Vector carries himself with great professionalism, yet he is also incredibly compassionate and empathetic. Vector gave me a great tour of 3/2 unit. We also stop by the gym area which over looks the pool, fresh of breath air. I love everything about the Pines Garden. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Me and my husband had a tour with Nicolas and we were blown away by how great he was!! We cannot thank him enough!! We flew in from PA just to view apartments in the area and our experience was the best with him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, he even educated us on a bit more about Florida ,10/10 experience !!! Thank you so much and we are very happy we had you as our tour guide!!

Nicolas was amazing. I walked in during my lunch break and signed a lease before 3pm. I needed to move in right away— he snapped his fingers and made it happen. We are so grateful and happy w/ our new place. Great, convenient location. Great atmosphere. No complaints.

Renting a new apartment was easy and painless with the help of Victor from the leasing office. He made the process so simple and was very kind throughout the application. I am very excited to live in a community that is both beautiful and a wonderful experience.

Today I had the pleasure with speaking with Viktor. He was very helpful and made my visit at Pines Garden Center more pleasant. He answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Overall, he is the best!

With the new management, this apartment complex has improved drastically. The apartments are great and the property is well maintained. I’ve lived here for 3 years and I’m grateful for its safety and high value qualities.
