Do not recommend. Long wait. Booked an appointment at 2pm and waited 14min for someone to appear in the front desk to fill out the new client paperwork. I waited till 2:45 pm and I still wasn’t helped so I walked out.

First of all, that clinic is the worst, don't even think about going there, because there is no professionalism to begin with, they don't have the necessary tools and the worst thing is that the doctor who is the representative has no humanism. Fatal is the worst of the worst in my life and I will never go to that clinic, don't even think about going there, it's the biggest sadness I ever had. That place is disgusting.

Outstanding costumer service! I am a difficult patient because I panic, but they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were fast, yet very professional. Very peaceful environment. No never-ending wait time. Totally worth it! The doctor is an angel. She will tell you straightforward what the issue is and how to solve it. She is not trying for you to have unnecessary procedures done. She will recommend what's best for you and she is very sweet as well as the rest of the staff. I totally recommend them!

The staff is very pleasant and I knew what to expect throughout the whole visit. I went in for an exam and cleaning and was done in about an hour and a half. I don't have insurance and the prices were very affordable. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you!

I arrived recommended by my boss to this clinic. She treated me with what I needed to treat and I really liked Dr. Montoya. Then came the case of my mother where she had to do many things, the first consultation was not with the doctor, it was with someone else who at the time worked there. When the treatment was going to start he said that he could no longer care for her and the truth is we were amazed and had many questions. The super attentive manager Esperanza tried to do the impossible to help my mom, Dr. Montoya took the case in her hands and I had not met a person as sweet and with hands as soft as her. My mom never felt pain and she always called asking how I was doing. I took Saturdays where she either didn't work or the office was closed because I couldn't do it another day. until he could do everything. We could not have been more satisfied. Honest and friendly dental office! I was referred by a friend who has been a long term patient and I was very impressed. Everyone in this office is very professional. The front desk team is friendly, fast, and accurate with their processes. The dentist and hygienists are very detailed in their work and explanations. I got one of the best dental cleanings ever! Their prices are great! My dental cleaning without insurance was way less than my prior dentist and they included digital x-rays, and a general evaluation with the dentists. They don’t come up with conditions that don’t exist just to charge more like a lot offices I know. Thankful for your honesty and excellent service!

Ana and Adi have gone above and beyond coordinating my benefits with the insurance and working to ensure that I get the best discount. Idalmis is beyond sweet and caring and Dr. D'Empaire is caring and knowledgeable. They are all super friendly :-) In this place they are actually looking out for patients. They were all celebrating because they managed for my insurance to cover a lot and because Dr. Empaire managed to bring my costs even lower. The happy energy was so contagious that I left the office with a heart full of joy and a smile from ear to ear. People like them make the world a better place.

4 years ago I arrived at the R & M Dental Clinic office and met Dr. Montoya who, with her knowledge, professionalism and, above all, her human quality and patience, has helped me recover from a problem caused by a bad procedure. R & M Dental Clinic has a very professional and friendly team that makes us feel that we are in the best hands for any procedure. The Reception provides excellent service whether by phone or in person. I have never had difficulty getting an appointment. For people who speak Spanish, unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the clinic and Dr Montoya since she did not have even a gesture of humility to not accept her mistake in not catching 2 infected root canals as a result of a cleaning that the same clinic gave me. I was in constant pain that cost me $2000 for the treatment and now they wanted to charge me an additional 500. Terrible service and inhumane Dr. never again not recommended.
