Love working out here. Owner you have the best staff ever !!!!! I wish I knew the names of all the cool ones, they are always so nice and smiley , just good people working there ! Place is always clean 👌 sanitizers are always restocked, machines are always working . Love it !!

This was a great experience I was pleasently Greated by Lindsay. I could not find my key tag. Lindsay knew how to handle the situation very professionally. I lost my keys so I needed a lock and Angel was there for me. A high percentage of the time I find people at the front desk high on what they think it's power. You know the type., This team is not about that By the way the guy cleaning in the picture is Jessy, and Angel is behind the desk.

I come here often to train with Billy. He is very precise with his workouts, gives you a lot of information on what to do and expect outside the gym which I think is crucial to achieving your goal, and is always available to you when ever you have a question to ask. Don’t miss out on a huge part of this location and talk to Billy to achieve your dream body.

I don't usually do reviews but I had to come on here and give these people their props. I visited there once and they were just so welcoming! Especially the assistant manager Tesia she was so informative and knowledgeable about the gym. And because of her I signed up just in time for the no commitment period. Keep up the good work guys👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 GIVE THE WHOLE STAFF A RAISE!!! definitely have to visit there again when I get the chance!

This is one of the worst places to have a membership. Horrible experience with the staff. They are liars and thieves. I asked to cancel my membership before. Nothing happened and I was charged $159.00 for cancellation and year fees. I have never gone in or used the gym. Anyone that reads this Don't Go to this location they are just thieves. Just horrible I will make sure my family goes somewhere else !!!!!

Been a member of this gym for about 8 years now and would not consider going anywhere else. This gym is my home. They are super clean, spacious and they have a very friendly staff and other respectful gym members that make the overall working out experience a very pleasant one. Overall, I give this health club a perfect 5 of 5. Keep u the good work guys!

Went as a guest with my husband. The lady at the front desk wished me a belated birthday, and I loved that. Everything was clean. The place has alot of treadmills!!! The 30 min workout room was awesome They offer their customers tanning beds and massage beds. Love the huge fans and all the televisions offer different channels to watch.

Very clean and professional. Billy was kind, patient and gave me many tips and tricks to help me around the gym. Its nice to know someone is around to help no matter the fitness level you're at. Thanks Billy! :)

The best planet fitness in all of south florida! I came in and spoke to Bill and he was AMAZING helped me with everything i needed and was extremely knowledgable. 10/10 would recommend everyone to go here. This will become my second home!!!

Staff is extremely friendly & welcoming! The gym is very clean. There’s always staff members walking around cleaning equipment. Very positive experience at this gym!

I'm not kidding; this location is lovely, spotless, and has excellent staff. At first, I was discouraged about exercising in front of other people, but one employee named Tesia made me feel safe and at ease. She also assisted me when I had problems using the app. This Planet Fitness offers outstanding customer service, so visit it if you're seeking for one. Once more, many thanks to the worker!

love this gym i drive an extra 15 mins just to come here rather than the one closer to home. not so much traffic so getting on a machine is easy, keeps the pump going & the staff are so welcoming and kind! i always leave here feeling better than when i arrive. not to brag but they got new machines last week doesn’t get better than this 🤗

Great gym the kiddos at the front desk are awesome, the young man who always wears his planet fitness hat is always working and cleaning, you can tell he loves his job, the young ladies are very warm and welcoming I always see them cleaning and maintaining the gym to, I really like this gym, my only suggestions are to re arrange 2 machines in the 30 min workout room which is the rowing machine and the shoulder machine it’s positioned in a way that makes you feel awkward because if someone is on the row machine at the same time someone is at the shoulder machine you are forced to awkwardly be facing each other in close proximity while working out, (the reason I know people feel awkward is because as soon as you sit on the row machine the person on the shoulder machine will suddenly be finished with their shoulder workout, this happens 9/10 times which tells me all I need to know.. ) 2nd suggestion is to get the hammer strength back machine that most of the other planet fitness have, last suggestion would be to crank up the AC just a tad bit, other than that this gym is fantastic and you get 5 stars from me

I've been coming here for a good minute using the high school summer pass and so far i've loved it and have found it drastically better compared to my previous gym. i'm considering getting a permanent membership based on my positive experiences so far.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a very long time. I’ve tried other gyms but I always end up coming back to planet fitness. The staff are very nice in particular Katherine. They always do their best to make sure that the gym is clean and safe. All in all, the environment at planet fitness in Pines is very friendly.

Absolutely wonderful staff!! They are always super helpful and always welcome us and say goodbye!! They are all very kind and helpful if I have ever had any questions! I have been coming here for about 2 1/2-3 years now. Daniel, Hassan, Celine, and Tessa are amazing! Tessa always checks me in before I even walk in the door!! ❤️

Alyssa and Celine were very helpful when i had questions about the app. Grade A service. Alex is also helpful with whatever i have questions about anything. great staff.

I love this gym so much associates are very kind and always welcoming, especially Tesia she is wonderful and always kind. Always greeting me with kindness and never has an attitude. I am so thankful to have a workout experience in this welcoming and non judgmental environment.

Love this location. Celine and Alyssa are fantastic staff. Celine showed me around for the first time, sat with me answered all my annoying questions. She’s the best! Always smiling and she remembers her guests. Great spot!

This is by FAR the best Planet Fitness I've ever been to. Not only is the staff courteous and welcoming, they actually clean and take care of the facility every day (which I have not seen so thoroughly in the other gyms I've gone to). I love the atmosphere and feel grateful to have that staff there.

I honestly think this gym is great and it’s not too overwhelming. Ranier is a great go-to for any assistance all throughout the gym. He’s always welcoming and guiding members throughout their workouts! Definitely recommend coming if you’re looking for a gym to start with.

This gym has been a Godsend. I always get warmly greeted when I come in and get checked in quickly. I have to give a special shout-out to Jennifer at PF. She's usually there when I go during random times, but she is always happy to help me out and gives me ideas for workouts since I'm so new to working out.

Summer was a hot mess, the kids program. I'm all for it, but they needed a cut-off time. Not fair to the paying goers & staff to clean more mess & not to mention have limited access because of this daycare program! Also, like every other gym break-ins in the parking lots are inevitable, so beware! If you have to go as far as opening your backseat and show their is nothing in your truck, do that so criminals don't get tempted. Other then that staff is always pleasant & welcoming. Treat them better please!

I have been coming to this specific planet fitness since the pandemic and I have visited others but I stayed here because of the staff. They are great always great to talk to. From Jennifer to Reiner to Tes they have always been great and they continue to give you great playful attitude when you don’t have it to continue to come and lift..wonderful place and always good to get a quick workout in because it’s not as crowded as other gyms.

I love this location because the employees are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. This was especially true where the other night, when I lost or misplaced my Apple air pod case. I was saddened when The did not find them and after I learned that no one turned them in. But Chris, who was working the front desk assisted me in trying g to find them. Unfortunately, nothing turned up, but the next day when I returned, Chris remembered me and let me know that he found them, which made my day.

Super clean gym. I had an amazing sign up with Celine. She took her time to explain all the benefits of each membership and was more than happy to help me with Shay questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend!!

I've had good workouts and felt super content with the great workout sessions that I've had. The app check in is super convenient also with the extra black card zone. Catherine and company is very nice and helpful.

Great place and great staff. Number one person that helps me out or gives me tips on workouts is Alex. Treat me like family and will continue coming here. Always great gym and great to work out and awesome music that you can also request. I come as a guest but soon will be signing up. Realizing this is a great place.

Amazing sign up experience! The front desk staff Liza was so friendly and welcoming. She did an amazing job explaining the difference between the memberships and I got the black card. She is also always cleaning and maintaining the place to ensure sanitization, this has been one of the cleanliest gyms in all of SFL, highly recommend!

Rosa and Catherine are always extremely friendly in the morning. They provide great customer service as well. The gym is always clean and they help me use some machines when I have questions. Super friendly environment

This gym is great. I’ve been a member for a little over a year now and honestly the staff here is always super nice and friendly and they even know me by name. There are 2 particular staff Liza and Tesia who are great at what they do. Always smiling helping out however they see fit.

tesia made it a such a great and welcoming experience when they gave me a tour of the gym. they were very informative of the different perks that planet fitness has to offer, made sure i was reassured in any doubts i had in joining this location (i was between this one and davie) and just an overall friendly vibe that convinced me to join. a few weeks pass by and i give an update on my weight loss and they had such a genuine expression of joy that it made me even more motivated to continue. such a great person and employee overall.

The past couple of weeks has been very stressful and it’s been causing me to lose sleep at night. On this particular night, I decided to go get a workout in since I’m not going to sleep anyways. Upon my entry, I was greeted by Tyson, which was a great breath of fresh air. I returned the greeting and carried on as I normally do. I then noticed a flyer for an energy drink that was on a BOGO sale, I brought the flyer up to Tyson, who explained the sale was still indeed active and even recommended his favorite flavor energy drink, which I might add was quite delicious! After a three hour workout, the higher powers above knew I desperately needed a break from life to hone my strength, Tyson introduced me to one of the many massage chairs stationed at the gym and my word! Best back massage I had in ages! I didn’t even know chairs could massage your calves! Anyways, my time at the gym was splendid and I have Tyson to thank for that. :)

Best gym I have ever been too, very clean, I feel comfortable every time I come here. The staff is so welcoming as well. Rosa is a very sweet manager she makes sure experience is always one you won’t forget.10/10

Great place to workout. Friendly staff, always clean and equipment works properly. I DO NOT like the check in process: not everyone has a smart phone and i feel obligated to bring in my phone. Staff should just ask for the phone number and verify. Please change this system.

Great gym, clean, machines are in good shape, repairs are quick whenever one breaks down, and the employees are friendly, just wish they had a barbell squat rack in addition to the smith machine. BUT, the reason I gave 3 stars is because the employee who is supposed to open the gym at 5 a.m. on Mondays has been late on SEVERAL occasions. Please speak with your employees about opening the gym on time as many of us are on tight schedules! It is extremely frustrating to arrive at the gym at 5 a.m. on a Monday morning only to wait outside in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Thank you.

This is by far my favorite gym that ive joined so far! The gym is very clean and well kept which is very important. The few times that ive gone it has not been very crowded. The gym is not the biggest but it is perfect for its size. Ive personally done some personal training sessions with George and he is the best! He provides great advice and answers on any questions you may have on workouts and fitness in general. He always make sure that i am comfortable while doing my workouts but making sure i push myself. Ive been wanting to get some personal advice and tips on my workouts and George was the perfect guy to help me with this. I am excited to work with George as he continues to guide me to accomplish my personal goals!

The representative name Natalie, was very professional and friendly. She gave important details on how to utilize the facility and it’s many different programs that it offers. Natalie’s customer server skills made it easy to sign up and her expertise was greatly appreciated.

I got my membership about a couple months ago and i really like it. The price is so affordable and way worth what you pay for. The women's bathroom is nice and clean, which is a huge thing for me. I pulled a muscle in my neck and in alot of pain. The girls at the desk were so nice, and set up the hydro massage bed for me about 3 to 4 times in a row, since no one was waiting for it. Did the same thing the next day and the girls were just as nice. Worth it!!!

The installation is good as is the equipment. The work staff with whom I coincide in my schedule are pleasant. I give it 4 stars because I would like there to be a coach to whom one could ask any questions.
