What an amazing place...there is more than gas. It could even be considered a 5 Star Restaurant... well at least for those like my self who are always on the run this place is heaven. The staff greets me everyday like family. The food is great from the coffee to a coke, a donut to sandwich never disappointed. Always open and ready to serve and refuel!

Moving forward I’ll just continue making my orders off the app. I go to the register to purchase and the cashier said “go to the self checkout because it’s the same thing ova here.” Don’t get me wrong I understand that Wawa is a gas station in reality but if you’re going to have people like that in customer service roles might as well add the ability to do cash transactions at the self checkout. You’ll overall enhance the customer experience!

Another excellent Wawa location. Took forever to build, but it's finally here. Friendly service, cold drinks in a modern and clean environment. To boot... It also has the most reasonable gas prices in the area. Sourdough melts are tasty! :) Good selection of cigarettes for the nicotine lovers out there!

I don’t like to write complaints, but I was admittedly very disappointed by my visit to this Wawa location today. I ordered an Italian sub to share with my mother and requested tomatoes and lettuce with my meal. After picking up my order, I saw it was missing lettuce and the meat was different than what I asked for, and my mother went to the food prep staff to ask that they replace the sandwich. However, Ashley, the attendant my mum spoke with, talked really disrespectfully and with intense anger literally threw the sandwich in the trash with all her might. I had never seen someone act so rudely or nasty to any customers in my life and I don’t think it’s right to stay silent when I should warn others about how rude the staff can potentially be at this location. If you’re going to order from here, be careful and hope that the staff won’t take out their bad day on you and make it seem like your fault they get an order incorrect. My mother and you all definitely don’t deserve that kind of maltreatment. I’m not going to visit any Wawas for a long while. :(

Stopped in today for a specific product. I asked employee Dylan if he could help me locate more of the product because I needed to purchase a couple cases but Mr. Dylan stated he was to busy and needed to catch up before he could help me. Sadly, another customer heard the conversation. Dylan stated he wouldn’t help her as well.

Love wawa but takes entirely too long to get food. 15 minutes for a small sandwich with literally no one else waiting for food is too long of a wait. I love coming here for my lunch break but I can't. Please do better if love to start coming here again.

I went in for the first time for a quick dinner. The staff was very unapproachable and unpleasant when I tried to understand how ordering works. It wasn’t busy the time I went so idk why it was so difficult to explain how it works without being so unpleasant. I left without ordering. I don’t want my food being made by someone who is clearly not in the mood.

Very happy they've opened this gas station/convenient store in the area. It is a very popular choice for gasoline and food purchases. They offer multiple food options from postings I see at the pump and the icee machine is always in service.

I've been a fan for years, but this location seems to hire and keep some really good people, Jada makes some really great hoagies and the crew making the drinks is excellent, too. Keep up the good work and great food!

I work overnight so I’m tired and just want to eat however the main cook today apparently didn’t like me because she called everyone else’s number except mine. She honestly needs to be reprehended. Horrible service.

I must, WAWA has very VAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This location workers are very very rude. The deli workers are very rude,it's like they want you to eat the food however they want to make it. They are just very unpleasant. The cashier, esp rge slim dark skin girl who works nights, she always has an attitude. Come on WAWA, YALL NEED TO DO BETTER!

I typically enjoy the hogies / sub sandwiches here, which like many specialty drinks are prepared using specific instructions that must be pre paid before being handed your order. My reason for the 1 star for atmosphere is for the outdoor seating in the front and on one side. Like tonight, it's typically really filthy (floor, table tops and attached chairs) which staff and Mgmt must spend more time keeping clean. Yes many customers are slobs and pigs, but when it gets windy here, stuff gets blown around and customers rarely pick up stuff off the floor. Tonight was disgusting outside that takes away from the overall dining experience unless you are taking your order to go. Staff tonight were all very friendly, respectful, and helpful, huge improvement from the past If you have never been to a WaWa before, join their rewards program which is free, download the app and enjoy their food which for mainly a gas station convince store is pretty good. Wawa runs specials and promos year long.

It came to a surprise to me that they serve pizza now starting at 4 p.m. I definitely should remember the next time I ever tried to do a night run from this place. And the cream cheese stuffed pretzel they had was a lot sweeter than I thought. And I don't think I have tried their bowtie donuts yet.

If it weren’t for Rosa, this place has the worst service. Let’s get it right, it has a slow motion service, Rosa makes you forget how mad you are. Amazing energy!!! 20 min waiting for an online order, only one sandwich to make, the Wawa worker started making like 30 sandwiches. Will never come back here. It’s the Managers responsibility for employees to perform at bare minimum, which is not waiting “restaurant time” for a basic 124 sandwich. Managers should definitely be audited for letting these employees just do what they please. Most reviews show the lack of consistency and mediocre work ethics.

What’s not to like about Wawa? A great selection snacks and beverages with above-average prepared foods for a convenience store. The coffee is fresh and flavorful with a few options from which to choose. Plenty of gas pumps available and no-charge air for your tires…when the compressor works, that is.

I stop by before work around 4:30am several times throughout the week. Whenever I go to the register to pay, the cashier always tells me to use self checkout so he can continue stocking shelves. This past week, I stopped in for something quick to eat. I believe his name is Jayson. He told me in an annoyed and angry voice to use the self checkout kiosk because I was bothering him . I told him, that I'd prefer the being physically checked out. He said that it was annoying to stop and come to the counter to ring people up. I guess, I will go somewhere else. He needs to either be reprimanded or terminated.

Wawa is a gas station however it should be a mini convenience store. You can get made to order subs and milkshakes, lattes, frappes, etc They also have fresh baked cookies, donuts and brownies. They also have monthly specials and their Fountain drinks are 99 cent no matter the size. But the best part about the Wawa is you can get free air for your tires.

Placed my order.... had 3 ppl get there milkshakes b4 me... an the my ordered way after me... an then the milkshakes were done!!!!! Ohhh as in still in line for my sandwiches... as number 155. There calling 158 an above!!! They don't work in no order!!!! Worst wawa everrrrr

Horrible attitude towards customers. My order was not ready on time. And that’s ok I can understand that I’m not the only customer. But after it not being ready 10 minutes after the app said it was going to be, they hand it to me unpacked. Not a big deal, I said nothing and simply went to grab a paper bag because that’s the first one I see and this person yells at me out of nowhere “Not those bags, use the plastic ones” with a really condescending tone. Confused as of why you would tell a customer specially after it should’ve already been packed in the first place?

I went today to get a vanilla ice cream latte and the lady at the beverage station has yet to learn how to make it because it tasted like a reg latte without sugar. This is the second time the same lady messes up this latte so I went to Kayla for help and despite being very busy, she went out of her way to prepare my latte and it was delicious. Kayla is surely an asset to Wawa. Thank you Kayla!

At night time this store is not very well put together for delivery drivers. I walked up to the deli pickup and rudely was told that I have to go wait by the door where there was a rack for to go orders. Then find out that they don't put any of the orders on the rack somebody at the registers actually handling them very confusing for somebody who's never been there or work in the area but also just not really professional. I would recommend a little more patience having a little more structure and having the food ready when the driver arrives. Overall the store was clean and it was very busy

Really needed a gas station that offer something more . Clean new and always full products in stock . I live in the area and the cashiers are normally quick and attentive, love the beer room even if it should be open or accessible to adults with out have to call and wait for someone to unlock it . Overall good gas prices and big spaces for rigs to maneuver safely and comfortably.

Came here so excited to try all the frozen drinks I saw on the web site but when I tried to order one on their touch screen all that would show after touching the drinks and dessert section where cookies. I asked the guy behind the counter If the computers where working because the only thing coming up on the drinks section where cookies and he replied we don't make drinks at this time, like it was an odd request but he was right cause not even the machines where working. Nothing like I had heard. Luckly there was a 7eleven across the street.
