We came for some Coffees and Donuts for a group of 10 people Sunday May 14 2017, 7:30 pm just 30 min before the store should be closing and the person in front said the store is already closed (30 minutes before) She said: "I'm by myself closing the shop and I have not time to do any coffee, I don't care". That was a total bad attitude from that Lady, and we'll never going to go back to that terrible DUNKIN' DONUTS. My Stars are not 1 (*) actually my grade for it is minus *****

Located inside BJ's, thus a limited selection. The phrase you'll encounter the most is "Sorry, we're out.". This used to be a nice location. There was an employee named Katia who was awesome. But since she left, it's been a revolving door of people with bad attitudes and poor customer service skills.

They need a better intercom, had to basically yell into it to order a drink. Fast service after that.

They've reduced the menu. Taken away most of what I liked. Used to go 5 - 6 times a week. Now I'm down to about once. Maybe they'll bring back onion bagels. Always been curious why they kept the name dunkin donuts when they stopped making THE dunkin donut.
