Who would’ve thought this place had terrific brunch food! Our server Madalyn was very pleasant and attentive! Very beautiful decor and the food was very delicious with great portions! Gotta get the berries and French toast with the Tuscan sausage scrambler! Good prices also. February 2023 update: So I went back for dinner and the food was amazing! Added pictures of what I ordered! Great vibe when you sit outside for dinner!

Dog-friendly dining on the patio last weekend. Friendly service that was efficient. Great meal with salad, chicken marsala and some bread pudding which was the seasonal dessert.

There is a shortage of restaurant staff... Everywhere. We went there with 3 adults 2 kids. The host told us at least 40 minutes wait without reservation. Kids were already hungry and the restaurant was not looking full at all. We checked online and reservation was available in the next 8 minutes... So we booked and sit in 8 minutes - at 8:45 PM. At 10:00 pm the main courses were still not served and not ready. So we called them off. The appetizers and all food we served were great! But the service was not. Our waitress was kind and nice.

The food was out of this world. I had usually gone to an Italian restaurant within walking distance to my house but my wife and I wanted to try something new and came across Brio. I am so glad I came here because I went from thinking Italian food is like the frozen food chain restaurants to realizing when true effort is put into cooking. Terrific place, great atmosphere, and most importantly, delicious food! Call for a reservation for weekend evenings as I didn't expect such a large restaurant to fill up.

I love this place, amazing food ,I recommend the Scallop and shrimp Risotto, it was really good, this one of our favorite restaurant, and Boris the server he was the best, excellent costumer service, professionalism and very nice person!!

I had a wonderful dinner at Brio yesterday with my family, and it was truly a memorable experience. Boris, our waiter, was fantastic. He provided impeccable service, making sure our every need was met throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere created a perfect setting for a family gathering. It was an evening filled with great food, service, and quality time spent with my loved ones. Highly recommended!

What an amazing and beautiful experience at Brio for my baby shower today. It exceeded all of my expectations in each and every way! Eric is spectacular. His name became famous with our party. So attentive, kind, fun, energetic and thoughtful throughout the entire event. He made sure we had everything we needed from start to end. He truly is one of a kind and I will host any event at this location with him! The food was delicious, the drinks, the service, the ambiance, everything! Beautiful restaurant and team! Came to this place for Father’s Day and the hostess was great. Got seated, ordered our food no problem. 30 minutes later we get our mediocre bruschetta and bread n butter (when has an Italian place given you read butter with no oil !?) anyway so we order our food. An hour and a half later a new server comes to tell us our previous server left and she was taking over. In all my years dining out, when there’s a shift switch the waiter comes and lets you know their shift has ended and introduces the new waiter, not at this dining establishment apparently. So after 20 minutes of our new waiter ignoring us and chit chatting by the extremely cold food she was serving other tables which had been out the kitchen and waiting to be given to customers for over 40 minutes (lucky us we were sitting facing their open kitchen), we decided to ask her what was going on with our food as we had been there for over an hour waiting. To make a long story short, the only meal ready was mine which had been sitting there stale for about 40 minutes, our previous server never even entered the orders of the rest of my family!! To top things off when I asked for the check as it was 9:30 pm and we had arrived at 7pm the “manager” if you could even call him that brushed us off and didn’t even bother to come to our table. Simply gave us a 5 dollar discount on our appetizer and drinks. Lastly when has a double been charged as two separate drinks? Would I ever bring anyone else to this establishment or go myself DEFINITELY NOT. Every time I’ve been here the service has been horrific, the food wasn’t so bad which is why I continued to come but for this to happen on Father’s Day and the blatant disregard for the situation by the staff and manager is enough for me to never visit this franchise again. Don’t bother to go to this place just do what we did and go to brimstone next door they actually know what customer service is.

Over the years I’ve probably visited this establishment 40 times or more. Generally, it’s enjoyable, however, have experienced a few really bad dining experiences here (read: inadvertent shellfish contamination/consumption for allergic party… untrained waitstaff, an Easter family experience last year I’m trying to forget, and other dissatisfactions). Last visit was just “ok.” Consistency is an issue, however, I would still recommend for lunch or their “a la carte” brunch on Sundays. On the upside the restaurant is always very clean & the staff is friendly and accommodating overall. Additionally, if you’ve booked a reservation your table is ready shortly thereafter most visits.

4/5 The decor is nice, and there weren’t many people when I went. However, you would think that my table wouldn’t have to wait 10-20 minutes to be attended, but we did. So I did not like that. Aside from that, the food was very tasty. I really enjoyed the calamari despite it being a tiny bit salty and the salmon pasta was delicious. I also enjoyed the sangrias. Since I enjoyed the food, I’m willing to give it another try.

This place never disappoints me. No matter if your sitting inside or out, the ambience is beautiful and the food is great. The staff are friendly and overall a great time. This is a place that knows how to handle big groups. Shrimp & Lobster Fettuccine was amazing i had to order an extra one to go!

We had a great time with friends! We were 15 and Jena and Telly our servers made us feel just like at home! We sat in the private area and the food looked amazing but tasted even better! Will be back for sure! Service was great and ambiance too!

We were sitting outside and there were only two people to serve, I had to call 3 times for a beer. I ordered spaghetti for my 8 year old son and a rissotto for my wife which came super spicy and they brought it and forgot the utensils, once again I had to call them.

Hosted my daughter's baptism luncheon there and Lisa was FABULOUS and so was the food. Highly recommened this for your next intimate private event. Thank you so much to Lisa and the manager Matt for being warm, courteous and professional throughout the process. 1st time my wife and me go to Brio Italian Grille. Excellent service by our server Melanie. She was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely will go there again. Thank you for the great service and the wonderful food.

Our waiter Mr. Boris was amazing. His attention to listening to each and every one of our orders without writing anything down caught the attention of my 87 year old mother. She complimented him on his ability to remember all of our orders and his very high service standards. Boris also checked in with us in mid meals to make sure everything was good. Thank you for having a staff member like Boris that takes great pride in what he does.

Service was great. Happy hour selection was good. Drinks were great. We ordered beef carpaccio, pepperoni, sausage flatbread, and calamari. Enjoyed it. Would definitely come back for the happy hour.

Food is excellent without a doubt. I felt in oír last visit (Feb 2022) the time was way too long to get the food for the number of people in the place though.

So this was our first time coming to this restaurant, but won't be the last for sure. The food was great and you could also tell that this restaurant is run by amazing management. We actually saw the manager roll up his sleeves and jumped right in there to help. With that being said, what topped off the whole. experience was our server Jena . She was very efficient. Such a happy person and we waited for nothing. She anticipated our every need and was right there with a smile on her face . It was really a great experience and we will be back and hopefully Jena will be working again. We will definitely ask for her by name. Thank you again for such an amazing experience..

It was such a pleasure eating at Brio for Fathers Day. i was able to make a reservation and our table was ready on time for brunch. The waiter was great and the food was excellent! There was 9 of us and everyone enjoyed the Brunch and you could order off of the regular menu also which was perfect because my 2 granddaughter are Vegetarians. We all had a great time!

Nice place, the food tasted great and good portions, the prices are good in relation quality-portion, you should definitely try the carpaccio, good atmosphere, the service was a bit slow and the drinks were ok, it's better to drink at the bar

Very disappointing...Ordered 2 pasta entrees for delivery. Added instructions for "extra sauce please". Instead, it seems I got no sauce. Both the spaghetti bolognese & Pasta Brio were dry (no sauce to be seen or tasted), and lacking both seasoning & meat. The Pasta Brio had 2 mushrooms & about 6 pieces (not strips) of chicken...The $7 side Cesar salad add-on had 4 croutons & was missing cheese. We received 1 piece of bread that ee had to cut to share....I haven't eaten at Brio in years, & this experience definitely didn't want to make me restart. Poor excuse for Italian. Skip Brio & support & support Broccolini instead....I did receive the sun-dried tomatoes I requested be added to the Pasta Brio. For that, & the fact that the food was edible - after I added seasoning to it - I'm giving 2 stars. P.S. The delivery arrived more than 30 minutes past the original estimate & was in 'picking up order' status for a while, so apparently there was a hold-up at the restaurant/no fault of the Lyft driver. We also didn't get the utensils & napkins we requested.

Incredible place to spend with friend and have great time! Usually if you want to be seated in a table you will need a reservation or wait between 30/50 minutes, This time we decided to skip the line and went straight to the outdoor bar, We started with Margaritas (they were very good) and got the Bruschettas and Lomito Carpaccio that was pretty fresh and delicious. Later on we got Filet mignon with roasted potatoes and the Shrimp-Mushrooms Risotto that was particularly tasty and well prepared. Environment was excellent outside, servers and staff really friendly and kind. About the parking this open mall has plenty spaces to park so the parking is not a problem at all. Really love to share in this place today, I will highly recommend this place for a Saturday chill and out night.

2 dead flys/nats in the salad. Chicken Milanese tasted like a frozen meal you get at a grocery store. Pasta had a weird taste. However, the service was amazing. The server did an amazing job serving like 40 people at a time for a special event!

OMG when I tell you I had a blast and the food was awesome. Chef Crissy went above and beyond her job to make my dinner a success. The love and passion she has for her job is amazing. Every time I would look up she was moving around with her hands on something. Chef Crissy I want to personally thank you and let you know your hardwork and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Im very sad that I have to leave this review, but the public should know. I had to take my plate and my daughters plate back twice. Long story short, I had ordered the Salmon pasta and the Salmon smelled and looked old. However the drinks were good there. I just wouldn’t go back to dine in, the hostess were very impatient with accommodating us as well.

My pictures don't do Brio Italian Grille any justice. It's so romantic looking and the food was delicious. Our server José a very remarkable person even if we did get our appetizer last. The food time was surprisingly quick. Don't take my word for it, go check it out for yourselves. I don't think you'll be disappointed!!! Bon a Petit! P. S. Excuse my spell. My wife and I ate here on Friday January 12, 2024. Our server was Jena and she was amazing! She made the experience worth going out on a Friday night. My wife and I were craving pasta and Jena suggested the pasta Brio, and it was a 10/10. Will be returning for the excellent service and great atmosphere. Definitely our favorite new Friday night spot!

Today Jose Hernandez the manager gave us an amazing customer service he was fast and efficient very charismatic and thanks to his customer service my family and I will be coming back! We definitely want him to attend us from now on!
