Affordable white cloth restaurant with great food and service! This is the best option to eat out with the whole family. It’s a beautiful, clean sit down restaurant with all formalities that seniors like, fast service for the impatient ones, amazing food for the picky ones, and fun games at the table for the little ones and teens. Their unlimited soup, salad and bread at a great price is extraordinary! Dishes are big that can be shared, food quality is superb, the best feature is that you can pay at the table and don’t have to wait for the waiter. Overall they make an extraordinary dining experience at a comparable cost of a self service restaurant!

Came here last night extremely disappointed with the restaurant. The one in Hialeah is way better. It was dirty the waiting couch had a big spill on it and it looked like no one bothered to clean it. My table wasn’t wiped down when I got there. The section where you enter the restaurant it’s like a little room, actually smelled like a public bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting. And nonetheless best for last I found a HAIR in my pasta and they really had to ask if I wanted another one???? It was dug in it. We ended up paying 55 dollars for I don’t even know what. Don’t even bother coming here. I added pictures of what smelled like a public bathroom, I didn’t manage to take a picture of the hair in my plate because I was so stunned definitely not returning here. Everyone complains about the smell in these reviews and no one has obviously done anything about it……. It smells like sewage. 4 stars???? Did you guys buy your stars or something

OMG let me start off by saying I brought this on myself and paid for it. I used to work for them back in the 90's and wanted something quick and a bit of nostalgia. But last night $60 was wasted and left feeling like I need to have my stomach pumped. We ordered 2 orders of Chicken Parmigiana and couldn't decide which plate had the hardest chicken patties, then which had the least gravy/sauce. The soup was thick and very salty. This establishment really needs to follow Circuit City out. No tomatoes or flavor were harmed in the making of this dish.

The restaurant has good service. The employees are friendly and anticipate customer needs. The manager at this facility is happier to accommodate requests. I didn’t like where the hostess sat us— and before I can say anything the manager read my face like a book and moved us to another table. The food is consistent with Olive Garden restaurant quality. No complaints there. The only constructive criticism I think I can give to the owner of this location is to rip up the rugs and put tile or hardwood floors. The restaurant does have a musty odor. I think fixing this will bring customers back home to your restaurant!

From the beginning to the end the service was excellent, Carlos our server was one of the best waiters that I've ever had. The staff was super nice during our visit and it was my wife's 30th birthday and they were nice enough to take out the gift that I brought her when they sang Happy Birthday to her. My family and I had an excellent time, for sure we will come back.

As usual I ate too much salad and bread sticks so I only have my lunch. Which is OK because I had the other half of the lunch the next day. Not a bad deal that's what you would expect from an Olive Garden pretty good location.

His impeccable attention to detail, warm and friendly demeanor, and thorough knowledge of the menu truly elevated our meal. Frank's recommendations were spot-on, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. His professionalism and genuine care for our enjoyment made our visit truly memorable. I can't thank Frank enough for making our time at Olive Garden absolutely delightful. Five stars all the way!

Loved it. Olive Garden has been my favorite restaurant for years now. They always outdo themselves when it comes to their service and food. I feel extremely comfortable in their neat and clean atmosphere. Their service is beyond amazing and honestly couldn't be better. The food just keeps going downhill. I have never been so disappointed with any meal in my life before. Everything including the breadsticks looks, feels and tastes like it’s been sitting down for hours. My meal arrived with the cheese looking like plastic and the red sauce having a hard skin over it. The service was good and attentive, however after I complained nothing was done.

We haven't been in years. And we went recently for eggplant parm pick up. By the time we got it home it was still crispy! So good! It was absolutely perfect. It was a huge portion. Their breads are a hit or miss. Some are on the dry burnt side or some are perfection!

So again I say it was a good time especially since it was only my second time eating at Olive Garden.

The ac was on FULL blast abd the restaurant was soooo cold. But the food compensated for that. I got the new added item on the menue which was the chicken marsala fettucine and it was delicious. The picture does it no justice, but it was AMAZING!!!

You guys are very professional, clean and efficient. I've never been a real big fan of olive garden. Went there for my aunts funeral dinner. It does seem like the waitress could have used a little bit more help on at our tables. It felt like a lengthy time just to get drinks. Good was ok.

Not a great experience at Olive Garden, Pembroke pines. I love going to Olive Garden and go mostly to Plantation location. I ordered Salmon with Salad. Food was good. I never check my bill and not sure why I checked this time after coming back home. Found that they had placed Salad as additional item and charged me for the same. Called & spoke to the Manager and who advised that this is because it was shared with someone else on the table. My daughter took a small bite to taste it. This has never happened and not going back again to this location. Will also advise you all to watch out.

Salad and main course were good, but the breadsticks could've used more seasoning. Dessert was very good, the black tie mousse cake.

For spending $50 on 2 meals I expect my food to taste pretty decent. I don't expect for my food to be below mediocre. It's like they're cutting back on seasonings and sauce to save money. I only order one dish from this place and that's the chicken scampi, for the price to have gone up on it I thought maybe it'll be still be a good dish if not better. And forget about the shrimp scampi that was worse, nobody in the kitchen made sure the food had some flavor to it. I had more taste from food when I had corona. This is not a "just this location" this is a corporate issue and if they expect more money for the food then its expected for more flavor form the food.
