The
manager
is
no
good,
they
don't
clean
the
windows,
they
don't
clean
the
air
filters,
there
are
supposedly
older
people
living
there,
elderly
people
who
can't
clean
their
windows,
they
have
to
keep
the
air
clean,
people
are
getting
sick
from
all
the
dust
they
receive,
the
mops
are
dirty,
they
smell.
The
dirt
is
supposed
to
be
shower
or
chlorine
or
cleaner
they
raise
the
rent
too
much
all
the
time
they
are
checking
credits
if
people
have
more
credit
cards
if
they
have
more
accounts
that
is
not
right
because
they
are
government
buildings
for
low-income
people
the
Laundry
bathroom
never
They
open
it,
it
is
always
closed
and
it
has
to
be
open
because
the
elderly
who
go
to
wash
at
the
Laundry
have
the
right
to
have
access
to
a
quick
bathroom.
There
are
already
people
who
have
had
accidents
because
they
cannot
use
the
bathroom.
That
is
not
right.
a
more
conscious
manager,
cleaner,
more
humanitarian,
the
same
as
social
workers,
being
there
to
help
people
who
need
to
do
a
lot
of
things
and
they
can't
do
it
for
themselves,
I
don't
understand
this
place
and
how
dare
they
put
it
in
another
apartment
They
should
have
thrown
the
manager
out
or
changed
him,
not
in
the
other
San
Jones
building
that
put
him
there.
Well,
I
don't
give
good
references
about
that
manager
because
it's
not
the
place
if
it's
not
the
person
they
have
in
charge
to
take
care
of
everything
the
companies
need.
People
there
don't
have
access
to
the
Internet
either
and
they
should
have
access
to
the
Internet
because
they
are
older
people,
the
Internet
doesn't
work,
the
Internet
doesn't
fit
into
the
apartments
and
they
should
have
access
to
the
Internet,
so
I
don't
have
anything
good
to
say.
