I was taken back in time with the fish and steak meal at Treelion. Growing up in a Caribbean household, their food made me feel like I was a child growing up in Miramar. The fish especially had me wondering if it was actually vegan, in a good way. I plan on ordering this for my non-vegan family when they come to South Florida to show them what is possible. Great portions, friendly customer service and one of the owners even took time to speak with me and tell me about the restaurant. Big things are happening with this place and I can’t wait to let more people know about it.

The soup of the day was super good & good for me. The Sorrel juice was amazing. ... had a nice kick to it to Jumpstart my day. Will be back to try more. 🤩

I decided to try here after seeing other reviews. I walked in and was able to order almost immediately. I let the woman working up front know that this was my first time here and asked for her recommendations. She proceeded to tell me what she did not have. I ultimately settled on a small plate. It included two proteins, and I assumed one side (no explanation given). I chose the vegetation "steak and chicken", with rice and rasta pasta. The rice was hot temperature wise, but the proteins were cold like they had been sitting. The flavor was pretty good, though. I also got a pineapple ginger juice that was homemade. I would have to say that was my favorite part of this meal. I have had a few of ital food places before, and I feel like Treelion is almost on that level, but I would have to try their other selections. The exchange I had with the woman helping me also left some things to be desired. The restaurant could also use better lighting and cleanup.

If you're looking for good Ital food and fresh made juices this is the spot! The food options are great for vegans and regular eaters alike. I enjoyed the ackee, callalloo and vegan prawn. I especially love the prawn as it is made of arrowroot not soy. There are soy options here also. I got 2 servings out of my plate and the price was good! There is the option to dine in, although not many tables were there. This is more of a takeout spot. The service was good and the food great! 😋

Everything is AMAZING. 3rd visit and counting. ❤️🚌🔥☮️ Update 4/11/19 this was my 4 visit and they had a special Spice Holiday cake. TOTALLY Vegan with NO sugar, honey, salt, egg or milk! THE BOMB!!! 🧡 update 11-17-19. Once again they never disappoint.

Finally came in here, after eying it for a while. I must say that the food here is amazing. I had their Passion Lion juice and their Pineapple/Ginger Lion juice and all of it was good. As for food I had the Rasta Pasta with veggie steak and all of it was fire 🔥. Would definitely come back

The worst part about finding this place today; I drive past it constantly. Typed in vegan into Google and wasn't expecting to find something so close and this damn good.Filling and worth every penny!!! Glad I came in, didn't have to take the drive out of the way, worth every bit and moment of your time to stop in. The path to leaving meat alone. I tired the passion Lion on my visit, this juice was made with love.

The ordered the vegan steak with rice and peas with some callaloo. I also has a spinach patty, it was bland. The steak was a little salty. But other then I have no complaints and will go back.

Good Rasta Vibes,real authentic Jamaican Ital food. The shop is small so we did take outs. The Rasta Elder filled I plate with food,😋we had a mix of everything. my youth said " this is the best food ever". The only spot we visited and he'd said that!!! Treelion definitely have upgraded in the quality of their food, they fell off for a minute and have seemed to be making a comeback. Just need to clean up the inside a bit and they on the way. Not authentically "Ital" but 100% Vegan for sure. Nevertheless I enjoyed my plate, the food satisfied.

If you want authentic, clean, home cooked kind of food then this is the place to get it. Whenever im in the mood for good ole' Caribbean food that doesn't taste fake .. West Indian massive know what i mean 😏

Crazy good vegan food. I went with a friend and we got the shrimp, fish steaks, dumplings, callaloo, and passion fruit and sorrel juices. Everything was seasoned and tasted sooo good we ended up eating in the car bc it smelled so good Everyone i’ve ever met inside or behind the counter has been super friendly and kind. overall awesome place. Must-see if you’re in the area or at Haulover beach ;)

I didn't know there was such a thing as dive restaurants. Atmosphere is very '3rd world' but food is flavorful, plentiful and extra vegetarian. Ratatouille in a Jamaican restaurant and well done too. Will definitely return.

The items on the menu were interesting, however the food that I got was not seasoned as I would like. Everything was bland except the fried wheat dumplings. Those were good.

I ordered the lunch combo, which was the steak and shrimp, with pasta and callaloo. And a wheat spinach pastry. And some of their juices. Food was pretty bland, except the beef and pasta, they had a little seasoning. The shrimp, was a no go for me, the texture was rubbery, and lacked flavor. The spinach pastry tasted a day old, but the juices were amazing!! Maybe it was an off day, I may try them again in the future.

Bad service. I thought the guy was racially profiling me because I was not black, until I witnessed him mistreat his own people. This place is a dump. I don't know how any clean juice can come out of those refrigerators. Stay away.

Food was amazing with quick service. Home made juices were even better.

Ordered on uber, they call me to tell they are closed and the items I selected are not available, I ask them to cancel the order on the app and he says I need to call uber to cancel. Why should I be responsible of managing the cancel and refund?

Was "chased" from counter and "ordered" to speak up by an elderly gentleman that was behind the counter. The food was tasty....., not so sure if another visit is worth the humilation

I enjoyed the apple cider vinegar, ginger juice as well as the green food juice! The food was pretty descent, I loved the Alkaline water and the butter beans! I will definitely return to try the split pea soup and purchase more of their juices!

For a true vegan experience " Treelion " is the place.Many types of juices from seamoss,carrot,pineapple & ginger etc...Good enjoy a snack that's a meal like the Callaloo patty or full course meal. Service comes with respect and it feels like your stopping by a family member house for something to eat, not a restaurant...
