I walked into that smelly resturant there were 5 big black women ,one was in a wheel chair scratching her weave while bagging people food the other women were in the back cussing and making burgers with no gloves on I told her you should be wearing gloves she said its NOT THE LAW. She also said my hand are cleaned with bleach who want bleach on there food This resturants need to be inspected and everyone should be fired. This is what you get when youre in the ghetto dirty hands and nasty resturants. .. stay away from hollywood, miami gardens and west park.

They need to Demonstrate greater customer service. Drink machine was also broken. Associate didn't know to differentiate Sparkling water from regular water she looked at me as if I was speaking gibberish when I requested this specific water. Homeless people using the restrooms. Not a pleasing environment. Won't be going back to this location even if I'm starving.

I've rarely gone there and gotten my order correct. They gave us the wrong drinks, no bacon on a bacon double stack, onion rings instead of fries... And the food is always lukewarm. This time the cashier was friendly but they usually have an attitude. Avoid this particular Burger King if possible.

Horrible. I ordered a 2 for $6. Quarter pound no onions. Well I just got out the hospital because of onions. The food was cold fries was stale and hard. Waste of money. This was at 3/27/2020 at 8:04 pm cashier Michelle order 501 counter right. I waited forever To be sent to the hospital thanx

No manners and no quality of customer service drive thru attendant stated we could not have our burgers fresh off the broiler because they had no cook. How is the restaurant is open without employees. Simple fact train your employees for all positions we drove off.

Service is slow! When placing a simple order, the cashier asks the customer to pull over and park and when your order is complete, they will bring it to your car. And I a lot of restaurants have some type of timing system in place, so sometimes the customer is asked to back their cars behind the drive thru window and wait until you are called to pull forward to the drive thru window again.

Absolutely professional and great service from Lewis, the assistant manager at this location. Very understanding and friendly. Listened to our concerns and took them very seriously right away. Will definitely return.

I don't go to BK to socialize, I go to eat not for the atmosphere. "Get in and get out". I order #1, sometimes I eat in and other times to go. It's comfort food. Thank God it's always the same, no surprises. No disappointment there. You can't go wrong.
