Great service by Martin. My favorite dish is the sweet corn tamales, we tried Thai chicken wrap and the fried cheese all very good.

Ok first of all I LOVE Cheesecake Factory I don’t know anyone who doesn’t, however this is the second time I’ve been to this location and just wasn’t my favorite experience. Its a lot smaller than your regular cheesecake but no matter what time you come it’s always a super long wait at least an hour. I also went to the bathroom both times and each time the bathrooms were a mess and the girls bathroom only had two stalls which is insane to me. And lastly we tried an appetizer that wasn’t at all like the discription in the menu (I think they were called buffalo blasts) they weren’t horrible but I would definitely not get them again. But overall I still love going to Cheesecake Factory, the waiter was nice but could’ve explained more and we still love the cheesecake! I’ll continue to go to my cheesecake locations closer to me!

We walked in on a Friday night, and it was busy, but they have self-seating high tops that are first come first serve, which is a great idea! As for the food. Because we’re Vegan, our options are typically limited, but they have a handful of items that we can choose from. As far as the taste of the food… oh my goodness! My hats off to the chefs. This was the BEST made Impossible Burger I’ve ever had! It was cooked perfectly. It had Vegan Cheese! It also had this Vegan White Creamy Sauce, which is kind of like Vegan Mayo, but I guess it’s a secret sauce since it seemed like a mix of things, and that was the perfect touch. You don’t even need ketchup or mustard as the sauce gives it the perfect taste! 👏🏽 I’m definitely looking forward to trying some of the other Vegan items on the menu.

This restaurant is incredibly popular. It's got something for everyone. The menu is very large and has a little bit of everything. This is sure to make all the picky people in your group happy. That's why this place is perfect for parties. I've eaten here many times and it's always a consistently great dining experience. This is the place to go for breakfast, brunch, dinner, or just for drinks and dessert. I love the quality and freshness of the food here. You can tell all the dishes are made in house and not just premade items ordered from restaurant suppliers. This makes a huge difference in the flavor, variety, and caliber of dishes served here. There are so many types of appetizers that you can easily make an entire meal of just that. Whatever you eat, just make sure to save room for dessert. The cheesecake is clearly not to be missed.

Obviously best cheesecake options in variety and quality. Very convenient to have lunch or dinner. Waiting time can be bad, an hour or more if its a weekend. As you know their startup bread is also well known for it softness and great taste. Their menu is long.... On the healthier side go ahead and try their salmon, Mignon or any of their chicken options. You won't go wrong on any of them, keep an eye on the calories, haha. Piece of cheesecake at the end, can't miss it.

This proved the perfect venue for our year- end girl-gang meet-up The outdoor seating area muted the music from the main restaurant, allowing for easy conversation. I was surprised to learn of the all-day breakfast option and a weekend brunch I was very happy with my menu option, choosing a breakfast omelet with the option for a gluten-free bun. The prosecco was good as well. After our group disbanded, I moved to a smaller table to catch up on my social media with coffee and a gluten-free chocolate mouse cake. I especially love this location with all the shops for browsing and shopping. Our server was amazing though, sadly, I don't recall his name. Our party was over 10 persons, and he went on to serve me after I transitioned to a solo diner. I'm so sad that I can't give him a personal recommendation as I don't remember his name. The food quality and service steadily declines at this location. Look at the men’s bathroom and you can just imagine the conditions behind the scenes. Calamari tasted like rubber tires, the bread was cold and hard, incredibly slow service and chicken had joints and tendons everywhere. Overall disgusting experience and our final nail in the coffin to Cheesecake Factory. Never ever again!

Had an amazing time celebrating a coworker’s birthday. Food, drinks and service was amazing. I had the red velvet cheesecake and the hibachi steak :)

I’ve always had good food and a good experience at this Cheesecake. The avocado eggs roll appetizer is delicious and comes with some yummy sauces to dip. I had the Jamaican black pepper shrimp and it tasted very flavorful. The portions were big and came very hot temperature wise. I really enjoyed this meal and the service was good as well.

Arrived mid-afternoon so we were seated immediately. Being the name of this restaurant I went for the Caramel Pecan Turtle cheesecake, with black tea. This was a great combo as the tea diluted the sugar! Highly recommend, great place and very friendly waitstaff

Always very nice to be there. We enjoyed a lot! Hard to pick cheesecake from m their menu. All of them is delicious!

First time visiting the cheesecake factory and we loved it so much that we went twice😋 The first night we only went for the strawberry cheesecake and a drink. The cheesecake was incredibly delicious, super creamy and soft, we ordered the strawberry one because it is a classic. The second night we went for dinner, the portions are large, they serve you hot bread with butter while you wait for your food. Everything was delicious, the cheesecake we ordered was the salted caramel, which is one of the most requested and popular. We ordered it to go because we couldn't eat anymore 😆 I tell you that this flavor is heaven, WOW, it surpassed the strawberry one, if you go, please don't stop ordering it. The place was always full both times we went, we didn't make a reservation and yet they seated us quickly. Please be patient to find where to park your car, as this is a very busy area. I will definitely come back, because they have many cheesecake flavors to try🤤👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Everything was great!! The wait wasn't too bad on a Sunday afternoon. I had the shrimp pasta. It was delicious!!! Our server was nice and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience.

It is amazing how this establishment is such a well run machine compared to other CF locations. Mac, Mgr., does an excellent job in providing the service and support for her staff! I truly think this is a fine example of dining experience in a hectic environment and volume! Love coming here a treated like a frequent guest who feels the preferential treatment experience every time! Andrew the server is also someone to recognize for his outstanding performance! 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friday I had written a 5 star review based on Ashley M (server) service and the Friday Chefs (avocado tacos), Bartender (Whisky & Ginger cocktail). Friday team was amazing!!!! But now I need to update my review down to 1 star for not having consistency with your service. I went back Saturday and it was the complete opposite. The server (Claudia S) never showed up to clean the table until the end payment and not even having water or drinks by the time the greasy appetizer arrived and we had finished the bread. I dropped my knife and had to share my mom’s knife all throughout the meal because the server was out of site. I was also disappointed by the same ginger cocktail all watered down. Gosh what a disappointment.

Went to this location for Valentine's day. We came early enough and were sat immediately! I forgot the name of our server but she was great. The other staff was also very kind and this one employee had the cutest festive makeup look that I loved. Despite the place getting packed everyone was attentive. The servings were large and the food tasted delicious. My boyfriend and I shared the egg-roll sampler and I had the chicken alfredo. I think the price was fair for everything. The only bad thing is that the bathrooms were really dirty with overflowing trash bins and no toilet paper.

I had the worst experience of my life, the service was very good, but the food was really below the quality of what is normally used. I ordered a fish and chips, and the fish had no flavor at all, I ordered an alfredo pasta, and the chicken was pink, I think raw. and the worst thing was on my birthday. Thank God the best cheesecake in the world ! And almost forget about the coconut mojito :( horrible

Aside of the long wait to be seated, the service was amazing. The waiter was very professional and attentive. The food was amazing and was served fairly quickly. Recommend this location 💯%.

Have visited this location many time with work colleagues, probably our favorite place to visit for food and an occasional drink after work. As mentioned we have visited many times and every time we promise to come back because of the great customer service and amazing flavor on their food. The restaurant can be busy though, be ready to call ahead specially if you visit during lunch on dinner hours. Yet the wait is worth it I must add. I always try something different from the menu when I visit, this time I tried the Louisiana Chicken Pasta. Nice flavor, spicey but not overpowering, just perfect. For sure will be back in the nearby future.

We had a reservation so the wait was short, but the line of people waiting was long and wait time was about 45 minutes around 6pm. The service was not too bad, food did take a little while to come out. I had a ceaser salad with shrimp and I've had better. Not enough dressing on salad and shrimp had no flavor. Also, no sweet tea options. Mask optional

I celebrated my son's birthday and we had a great time, the food was of good quantity and quality. A bit slow, actually the restaurant was very busy. Excellent service.

Great atmosphere, great place & cleanliness!!!! My family & i arrived there for lunch, place was very busy but the staff is efficient & great hospitality, let alone the food came out great, hot, & ready for us!! I recommend this Cheesecake Factory to anyone!!

Absolutely loved the food and service. It seemed crowded but the wait was not long. The pasta and chicken was so good with spicy flavors. The chicken was well cooked and moist and the pasta was creamy with just enough sauce. You could taste the ingredients in the pasta like the scallions and mushrooms. The salmon was also cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed the night out here. Topped it off of course with chocolate mousse cheesecake and coconut cream cheesecake. So rich and flavorful. Mouth watering. I forgot to mention the warm basket of bread and butter in the beginning. Tried not to eat all of it. But the bread was so warm and soft.

The food is always good but I wouldn’t order the Honey Truffle Chicken again. I thought from the description that I was getting the photo w the chicken breast. Instead, I was served chicken strips that were dry. With that being said; never again for me on this dish. Also, my party was seated outside under a tan that was inoperable😐🙆🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

This is the 1st time I go into eat at The Cheesecake Factory. I had bought food in the past and took it home. We had an excellent experience with my server Iliana. She was very friendly and had a wonderful attitude at all times. She deserves a raise! I would love to go to this restaurant again.

We love The Cheesecake Factory, and this one made the difference for us. It was the best that we've visited. The food was so good, and the Cheesecake so delicious too. The restaurant is very clean and smells good. I recommend it for all.

They were able to seat us quickly since we chose to sit outside, and luckily they had cover for rain. Great service provided by our server Cassandra despite how busy it was during dinner service! Frequent check in to see how we are and got our orders correct even there were small modifications. Definitely recommend this place to anyone that’s wanting to try Cheesecake Factory! If you have room for dessert, definitely try their cheesecakes!

Nice place to eat. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Waited a little long for my food to come out but was worth it.

Our waiter Max was great, attentive, and professional. Food was on point. The only thing that needs improvement is the way they clean the tables and the way they manage the utensils the set on the table. Tables are turned quickly. Someone wipes the table with a towel. i didn't see any cleaner or Desinfectant, and then the next table...Food from tables falls on the floor, so you see all the droppings. Our utensils and the next table utensils were dirty. The tuxedo cheesecake was amazing

This location is very nice and the atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable. The food was tasteful and amazing. I decided to do something different and get dessert which it was so good. I’m not a fan of cheesecake but this one was very tasty and just enough sweet. I do also recommend the caramel cheesecake, very sweet, smooth and creamy. Overall I recommend this spot for lunch and dinner. Don’t forget to try a dessert!

I visited Cheesecake Factory for lunch this afternoon with some family members to celebrate my Birthday, it was probably the best meal I’ve ever had at this location. 😊 Over the years I’m guessing we’ve probably dined here at least 50 times as it’s one of my kids’ favorite places. Most meals have been good but we’ve definitely experienced some less than stellar offerings (and the kitchen is a little notorious for over-salting.) That said, the Steak Medallions; Mojito; Avocado Egg Rolls; Cafecito & Key Lime Cheesecake today were all delectable! Whoever was on the cold line today definitely had the best “hand” with plating the whipped cream I’ve seen here! (All three slices were perfection…) Also, we find the location easily accessible for our relative in a wheelchair which makes their experience more enjoyable. All in all today excellent, my rating is for overall, historical experience (recent dinner everyone else received their meals and mine was “dragging” so I ended up eating last & alone - management was unresponsive). Additionally, I’m sure we’ll be back in store soon but probably won’t order to-go again as too many past errors with larger, family orders.

The food here was okay. My meal was good but my husbands chicken & rice was not. He said the rice was hard and chicken not so good. Our waiter was a very nice young man. BUT unfortunately our menus were dirty, with what looked like smeared greasy fingerprints and some bits of salad or lettuce/food particles on them. And our drink cups also had some greasy looking fingerprints on the outside. That was a turnoff.

Arrived without reservation and put our name down for waitlist of 40 minutes but got in within 20 minutes which was great considering how busy they were. Ordered appetizers that were great but took a minute to get to us. Then we were waiting for another 30 minutes for our entrees and the manager even came out to apologize for the delay and the food came about 10 minutes after. Bit aggravating to have that happen as all the other tables that arrived after us got their appetizers and entrees very fast and we just had to sit and watch. When the food arrived my partners came without the sauce leaving the noodles dry and we asked for the sauce which didn’t come until we asked again a few minutes later. Other than that, cheesecakes were delicious as per usual and food was good. Talked to the manager afterwards and dessert was comped for poor service.
