    Let me start by saying I don't leave reviews, whether good or bad. But this needed to be said. Similar to previous reviews, It seems that this location has just been abandoned by corporate altogether. INSANE! The amount of time, me and 4 other guests were just waiting at the service bar. I wish I was exaggerating when I say 45 minutes, maybe longer. The guy behind me in line stated how Chipotle was his first job, and what we were all witnessing was unacceptable and absurd! 5 or 6 bowls were half put together waiting on the counter to be finished while the manager finally walks in sees them, looks at everyone in line, and decides instead to fix up a bowl, not for himself, but for his significant other sitting in the dining room!! He walked up and gave her the bowl free of charge. All of us in line looked as shocked as you can imagine! (Pictures are attached to show you how everyone working just abandoned the counter and were doing who-knows-what in the back). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

    This picture sums up this location. They are always out of food, very slow, pickup orders are always wrong. I can't believe they haven't completely cleaned house with management at this point. I don't think you can manage a restaurant much worse than this location.

    I love Chipotle, I have eaten at Chipotle thousands of times like all of us, but the administration is terrible, the attitude of the employees is terrible, bad service, extremely slow, the place is dirty and with flies, the employees without masks talking over the food ... in this country we don't have hygiene standards? We are not asking for anything for free, we are paying and we deserve a minimally friendly service that respects basic hygiene standards.

    This Chipotle needs serious attention. The counter was covered with food droppings, each time the server took the toppings for the food, she never wipe the counter off and place each customer's food on the messy counter. The foil was so sticky with sauce when I took it from the bag. The last server didn't care if the line went through the parking lot she moved reluctantantly and slow like a snail. That's the reason customers have to wait so long. Management seems to be missing from this location, pay attention before this messy situation causes bigger issues.

    Beware this chipotle takes 45 min just to put the food on the bowl. The workers are horribly slow and go to lunch or are simply not there for rush hour which is insane. You could be standing there in like for 45 min easily and the line not moving.

    Usually don’t review this fast food places but I had to share my experience yesterday at this place. I was there with my daughter and we wanted to buy two bowls. They only have one person fixing the bowls. The one lady that was getting the bowl started was very rude and was not helpful at all. The poor guy that was fixing the bowls was alone. She wouldn’t offer help. Nobody offered help to him. He had to go and get the replenishments to the back of the store all by himself meanwhile there’s a line almost out the door and the lady that was getting the bowls started just left and started walking around waiting for him to do what he was doing. This lady was just helping herself with the meat and then she went to get a drink and then she was just talking with the cash register lady and with the rest of the employees that were just walking around except for the guy that was cutting the meat in the back, meanwhile the poor guy fixing the bowls was there working all alone and stressed out. She could’ve easily help the guy with finishing preparing the bowls. People on the line was getting frustrated and nobody was helping him. We questioned her about why she wouldn’t offer him a hand and she got very defensive to the point that I guess the manager had to intervene and asked her to walk away. There was a line all the way out the door but she wouldn’t care to speed up the service. I didn’t have this experience before at this place. But yesterday was just so unfair. It was Total disregard for the customers that were waiting. Yesterday’s customer service at this place was horrible.

    This chipotle been slipping hard.. always sold out of stuff. On the other hand the staff is super nice malik was awesome. When I went and food was as expected except they had no chicken, guac or black beans haha. They were sold out of chips as I left too admitly it was closer to 830 so take that for what you want. All in all mediocre service speeds and missing ingredients are consistent here, takeout is also a mess haha. The other one on pines out west is a bit better but thats for another time. Id recommend the one in davie or dania point. Both have been good to me haha timing is everything Id still come to this one but just know what to expect!

    Online orders are ridiculous. Every single time I order online, I ask for double chicken and double rice, resulting in a $14 bowl, only to receive some baby portion. Pembroke Pines chipotle needs to step up their standards

    Such a poorly run restaurant. I came in with 4 customers ahead of me and waited almost 40 minutes to get my food. They are extremely slow- I feel as though the girl placing the toppings was moving slow intentionally. My burrito had been sitting so long, that it was cold by the time I checked out. Also, the burrito was literally made for a child… half my chicken fell onto the counter in transition and the same slow motion girl put 2 drops of every ingredient I asked for like it was coming out of her paycheck. I checked out and the cashier left so when the girl eventually finished wrapping my burrito, she just left it sitting there out of my reach until the guy came back to give it to me and the cook behind was laughing about it. I will certainly be writing corporate to get my money back. For years they have placed the poorest quality managers there… I can’t believe this place has stuck around with consistent poor service for so long.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Same thing as all the other reviews but this is months later and clearly nothing has been done to fix these problems! Over staffed but still took me 30 minutes to get my meal? I walked into a short line which usually at chipotle would take 5-10 mins. Bowls had been prepped and ready to check out but the ladies at the cash register were for some reason taking forever to check out. Customers were just looking at each other trying to figure out what was going on. The hot sauce was extra hot for some reason, way hotter than usual. Everything in my bowl looked fine but I’m now home with food poisoning. I’ve had issues with this location before but because it’s close by I always go back. I can assure you last night was definitely my last time here. I will drive the extra 15 minutes for better food and service at another location

    More than half my order was missing and what did get delivered was completely wrong. It took me over an hour to resolve anything and get my money back. Costumer service is a literal robot and it’s almost impossible to reach a human. It seems as if Chipotle just wants to steal your hard earned money and make it difficult for you to contact them.

    Literally the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. None of the tables were clean, the food area was extremely dirty, and the drink area was a complete joke. Service was painfully slow. This was just bad all around. Save your money and go elsewhere! Yikes.

    food taste good flavorful , but worst run store.... one girl running the line and cashier (she's not happy). customer a head of me had to go in the back to ask the 2-3 persons if someone could help the long line and server. attitude he got and they seemed not to care about the job

    Do NOT go to this Chipotle location. Rest assured they will get your order wrong every SINGLE time. Don’t order online from here. Don’t do a pickup order. Nothing. The system is “always down” according to them. I’ve ordered online for pickup and once I arrive there is no order that has come through. Not only do you not have your order but on top of it the employees are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. They don’t help you out and you practically have to beg for the food that you already PAID for. I love chipotle but I will NEVER go to this location again. It’s been multiple occasions where everything is wrong.

    Your chances of getting your order right are about 25% here. I’ve ordered from this store 6 times and 4 of those times there was an issue with my order. I usually don’t mind and just request a refund but this last time (I was in a pinch and needed to eat there since it was the closest) I ordered ahead online to avoid the wait only to get there and be told that my order was given to someone else, I was asked to write down my entire 4 entrees order on a piece of paper for them to remake it. After I gave them the paper and waited an extra 25 minutes to get my order, I drive home and open the plates to realize that 3 of the 4 DID NOT HAVE ANY MEAT IN IT. No chicken, no steak, nothing just rice, guacamole, tomato salsa, and cheese. This is absolutely bizarre considering that it was clearly written on a piece of paper BESIDES the already placed online order.

    I NEVER leave bad reviews but I truly had such a horrible experience at this location. We waited about 45 minutes in line and there was only one worker who was really doing his job while the others on the line were extremely slow and even pulled their phone out and was showing their other coworkers something on there phone while there was a line out the door. They took such a long time putting the toppings on our bowls that our bowls were cold by the time we got home. Mind you, we live close to this chipotle. Don’t waste your time or money here at this location.

    Extremely understaffed. Long lines. Online order not ready. Took extra 13 min than pick up time. Food was half cold. Gave me steak instead of chicken. And I didn’t receive my extra portion of protein. Just bad all around.

    This chipotle is awful and it’s gross on the inside. The trash cans are overflown and the drink area is filled with trash and empty hot sauce bottles. If your going to go to a chipotle go to the one on south university drive. Everything tastes amazing there. And clean areas. And apparently this is what a quesadilla looks like. The Barbacoa doesn’t even look or taste like it’s supposed to. I’m extremely unsatisfied. The only reason I went here is because my usual chipotle is closed.

    Really similar to other reviews here, staff has a care-free attitude. 0 sense of urgency making food, if you order online expect it to be ready 20 minutes after the time and most likely incorrect. If you’re getting in line get ready for 30-45 minutes of standing and just watching minimal effort get put into making it go any faster, kitchen jobs aren’t for everyone and honestly no one at this chipotle should be working in this industry. Have some respect and work ethic.

    I ordered online to pick up at 10:00. When I got there the order was not ready. Then after waiting for 30 minutes for my order and receiving a horrible attitude from the employees when I asked for my order, I get home and my order did not have, guacamole which I paid for it extra, did not have cheese and sour cream. They are super rude and could not care less. I understand they are busy but they should prepare the orders correctly and be respectful of customers. They talk to you like if you owe them money or your asking for something free. Horrible experience every time!

    I frequent this location and recently disappointed by how the serving portion keep decreasing. My children love Chipotle and I purchase the kids meal often. Today, my adult bowl consist of a protein portion for a child. When I requested more, the woman (presumably the supervisor) told me I'd have to pay for a double. Listen, we visit other locations near by where protein portion sizes remain reasonable...at this point, I have no time to argue, I'll take my business elsewhere.

    We just tried the Chipotle at Pembroke Pines which is close to our neighborhood. Both of the servers were difficult to communicate with- hard to understand and weren’t able to answer our questions about what the sauces had in them. After serving the person in front of us, they disappeared so we had to wait with no explanation. If we hadn’t been to Moe’s we wouldn’t have had any idea how the menu worked. We were going to dine in but changed our mind after being served. Same prices as Moe’s, no sauces given and no chips- have to pay extra for them. We’ll be going back to Moe’s in the future where the staff is friendly, and sauces and chips are included in the price! Review is asking me for what dishes I recommend and giving a list- menu didn’t list any of these dishes- just bowl, burrito, salad in one column, protein in another, etc.

    I love eating chipotle but this store just messes it up for all. Some days the rice is raw depending on the staff that is working, they nag about the portions the customers are asking and claim chipotle policy changed (I’ve asked for more at other locations and I get no rebuttal) I decided to give them another chance today and of course the same staff that doesn’t know how to make rice is working, my food was cold, the rice was uncooked and on top of that I found a piece of plastic in my food, I showed the cashier and she did nothing. I myself work for the customer service industry and this location clearly doesn’t know what that is. Horrible experience I won’t be spending my money here.

    My first time coming to this location cause I was in the area and needless to the say the cashier Paola was RUDE as hell. I was patient enough to wait 10 minutes for the family in front of me to pay and get there order sorted but for you to let your frustration or anger on me is not ok. I worked 10 years in fast food 5 of them in managemnt, I have a clear perspective on what customer satisfaction should be like and this wasn't it. And all over a cheese size you have got to be kidding me. I'm a paying customer at the end of the day what's the problem!!!!!!!

    Worth place to order never on time.. I work around the area… sometimes I order online for pick up and never is ready on time always something is missing from I order never enough like meet, fajita sour cram.. the quality of food used to be better now is like the staff they don’t care if some is missing they say no more available… umm what the heke is like am asking and not paying. I’m the customer what’s going on….??? The quality the service now on these days is really bad that’s why I don’t come to this place like I used to.. sorry I rather next time on my lunch going to some where else.

    This location is hit or miss. The staff isn't really nice. They are fast though. They could definitely slow down a bit so that the service isn't rushed and the food is done right. But I'll still return when I need a quick meal and I'm in the area.

    Ehhh at best. Corporate was there at the location. Never had such a lackluster bowl. It look like corporate was breathing down everyone’s necks, even I was uncomfortable. Went to this location with three of my colleagues, all disappointed. I would like to wait long to get good food instead of speedy service .

    The people in my area have all discussed at how disgusting this location is, very dirty. The staff is rude and act like they are doing you a favor, the food is not as good or fresh as it should be. Management is to blame.

    The older hispanics workers are extremely stingy with the food proportions. I asked for a burrito and they barely gave on full scoop of rice. I had to ask three times to get more rice and they looked at each other like I’m crazy. Everything I asked for the gave me grains of everything and when I asked for more they only covered a quarter or the spoon and shook off food before adding to my tortilla. This isn’t the first time the workers have acted this way towards me and I have had enough. Might I add, I only get rice, beans, and chicken in the burritos so it’s like I’m overfilling my tortilla. If I am paying $12 for a burrito the least they could do is give a decent.
