I don’t ever leave reviews but this place was disgusting, the service sucked they weren’t helpful about anything, one of the girls had an attitude and was talking to me like I was stupid and can’t read, and the guac was all frozen chunks of avocado so when I asked for a refund for the guac even though I didn’t eat any of the other food and didn’t ask for a refund for the other stuff, she refunded me half the price for some reason. And the meat was gross and gamey and weird. NEVER AGAIN

We decided to stop by to grab dinner Togo and we’re pleasantly surprised with the 2 for $20 Saturday deal. The gentleman at the register was friendly and helpful with helping me decide on what to pick. The hot sauce bar is awesome with lots of varieties of flavors to choose from. The wait wasn’t long and the food was tasty. We will definitely be back!

Second time visiting this location. Food is good but not as good as first time. Great service though. Love their pickled onions 😋 sad they removed the shrimp quesadolla option from menu, it was mu favorite

My wife ordered rice & black beans; I ordered all Flats. Neither one was done. The vegetable bowl was like half the size as opposed to the deep one with large portion of salad. She tried to check before leaving, however, the bag was staple/tied tight so she bother to open. I will check completely IF we go back. Mind you, we were there two weeks before and the order was PERFECT.

I used to go to this spot every week for a few months without fail, but they always serve way less than I would expect. I resorted to paying extra for megajuana(double meat and cheese)but they still disappoint. I want to be clear the people here are very nice and friendly and whenever I have a problem with my food the manager will replace it. The issue is I don't want to have to come complain about my food to have it done properly every time especially sometimes they look skeptical of my claims. The photos below show what I got when I paid for the Mega tacos. Good people and good food just whoever works in the kitchen has a problem with portion control.

Tacos only half filled! I was literally the first order for lunch at the place today. Wasted my entire lunch break. Had to get a refund. No lunch today!

We enjoyed the food but wouldn't say we love it. Took my grandma since she was craving tacos and let's just say she a harder critic than I am. Ha ha. She didn't love her tacos. My fiancé ate her second one. And the wings were yummy! Odd wings and a taco place but they were yummy! The margaritas were ok!

If you love tacos you can't go wrong with this place! Love their taco Tues deal! They're usually very quick and the staff is always friendly so its always one of our "go to" spots.

Every time I go, I leave with a belly ache. The food always smells and taste like they had it for three days waiting to get served. Never taste fresh. Will stop coming here. I tried a couple of times in hopes it would be different, that maybe today wasn't a good day. But when will it be good? Workers are very nice though!

I had not been to this place for a least 2 years. I went for lunch today to try something new and was not impressed. Let's get the good out of the way. Fine service and cool decor. Now the bad. I ordered a burrito and a coke. It was over $18. What!!! For starters, I made the mistake of asking for sauce and cheese on the top of the burrito. They charged me $3.00 for the sauce (very little sauce) and another $3.00 for some cheap yellow cheese. Highway robbery. The burrito was also warm on one end and cold on the other. Very strange. Would I go back? Not on your jalapeño life would I ever go back. Next time I'll go to my regular place Chipotle. Adios!

My favorite location, friendly staff, love the chicken bowl, one thing I like about Tijuana is the different sauces they have to try, great portions, clean atmosphere, love the environment, colorful !

This location is so clean, and comfortable. I came here Saturday night with my family and we were taken care of by Dylan. Dylan was super nice and friendly. The customer service was great, and quick. Our food came out immediately, and was super fresh. This was the best meal I've had at a Tijuana Flats location ever. Dylan was very attentive and made sure that we had a wonderful experience! I love this location.

Colorful restaurant with a relaxed vibe. Fast, friendly service. The food we had was flavorful and not too oily. I would go again.

Friendly faces when you arrive, super positive vibes from the people working there almost every time we go. The food is great, the tacos on tuesday are the jam, and a solid price and you get a drink. The tea is the best there, and the sauce bar is extensive. I like the smack my @$# and the jasons mom as i am a lightweight with spice. The entire menu from start to finish is good, youll find something you like and something you want to try for next time.

Horrible. The chicken quesidilla was cold, watery, and only a small amount of chicken in each piece. Absolutely the worst quesidilla I have ever had.

Lets be honest, service is great, the staff can't complain but.... We order chicken nachos and the chicken was not there I have 3 small pieces of chicken and my wife 4 we asked for more and they gave us a small piece.for both, but I will.go back I'm sure it will be better next time

My husband and I eat here often. The food is always delicious, and staff are always friendly. We use the app for rewards points, which add up to a free entrees or tacos, and aren't location specific. I love their pico de gallo. Tijuana Flats, across locations, is consistent in customer service and good quality.

Clean place, fast service, friendly staff. Food is always good and the hot bar sauces will fire up your experience. Prices are average. Interesting decorations and wall paintings are incredible.

Fuzzy is an okay Taco Shop, not bad, but nothing that will blow you socks. You can acquire points via there apps to obtain freebies. So, all and all an option if you demand a little more from a drive through franchise chain.

I order from here almost every day or at least 20 times per month and after being a regular customer .. today is my last time. Waited 45 minutes for one tijuana trio, I asked for it and I got it, I guess that if I don’t ask they never prepare it.. if I choose pickup is because I wanna get there, pick it up and leave quick.. thanks anyways
