Fries could’ve been cooked a little longer, the burger was good but really cold/room temp. I literally revived it warm and not hot

Very rude service. Cashier in front gave attitude and very rude and went to back to talk and decided not to serve us and said straight to our face “ I guess they’re not eating “ snd decided to clap her hands while saying so just letting you guys know if u want bad quality and bad service come to this beautiful establishment.

Man..they had low battery robots that look like half awake humans making my food. Even the cashier robot girl battery was dead😂 Never again man..smh

Located in the Pembroke Lakes Square shopping plaza, I wanted to check out Five Guys and try their burgers. A typical fast food joint with adequate table seating for customers; Five Guys offers a variety of quick bite items such as burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and fries. Prices are under $10. They also have fountain drinks. All of the various toppings are free so you can customize your burger with as much as you like. Once I was greeted by one of their employees, I placed an order for a bacon burger, regular fries and drink. NOTE: They don't sell the burger as a meal, you have to purchase everything separately. To the burger I added BBQ sauce, grilled onions and mushrooms. After the ten minute wait, I quickly dug into the bag to taste my meal. Mmmm-mmm, my compliments to the cook. The burger was made nicely with all of my choice toppings and it was juicy. The fries was fried to a golden brown and was lightly seasoned with salt. It's good to know that I have found another place that offers good tasting burgers. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area to try a burger with a different variation of toppings.

Great tasting hamburgers made to your liking with sizes to suit your appetite. Serve yourself some peanuts while you wait for your hamburger to be cooked. Did I mention the great fries? Delicious and addicting fries! Great place to take the family that is a step up from fast food burger places. Price is reasonable ambiance is happy, music is playing. Eat in or take out, there are plenty of tables. Handicap friendly.. Enjoy!!

Absolutely horrible, not one person knows what's going on. Worst service I have ever had. Will never go to a 5 guys again. The one on pines and hiatus.

I have try Five Guys from many locations and the great news is that the food doesn’t change they are made to order burgers and fries. The reason why I rated this location with only 3 stars is due to cleanliness there was literally no customers when went there and their floor needed some sweeping and mopping, I even saw a floor mat on the hallway that takes you to the bathroom making it a trip hazard. As all the Five Guys restaurants I’ve had visited they offer you free peanuts while you are waiting for your order. Little bacon cheeseburger (All the way style) Cajun fries and a cold drink and you are good to go! @Isaacpaiz

Might be biased given that I work closeby. Best Five Guys hands down! The staff is very friendly and you can tell they have great chemistry amongst them. Unmatched flavor as well!

Best fast food burger and fries. Five guys still used beef tallow in their French fries which not only makes them tastier but better for you than the vegetable or canola oil that other fast food places use.

Five Guys has great burgers, just the way you want them. My favorite is with grilled onions and ketchup. The overflowing cup of fries is always hot and tasty. Next time I have to try a milkshake.

Great burgers and excellent service. Staff are very polite and courteous. Food is fabulous. Only reason this restaurant doesn't get 5 stars is because it is very expensive compared to others - approximately 40-50% more, which simply isn't justified.

The only reason for the 4 stars is due to pricing. For three burgers and 2 regular and 1 large fries, it was over 50 dollars. No drinks included... I know the price of everything is increasing I would have been better off eating at a restaurant at that rate.

Stood there waiting for a mobile order by the pickup area for a good five minutes before anyone there even said a word, even though at least two of the staff looked directly at me. Food was good, but they definitely need to be trained in customer service.

Came in this evening to get a couple burgers and and fries , took almost 25 minutes for the food to be ready, got the fries and had to take them back they were inedible because way too much salt.. used to be you would order fries and get a nice extra helping this location doesn't seem to do that any more..

Do not waste your time !!! They accept calls when you want to order but if there is an issue you have to physically go into the restaurant. This must tell you something, I drove quite the distance to satisfy a craving and not one burger out of three was correct…the fries were even over salted.

Just left, and I have to recommend going in the afternoon. Chris the afternoon manager had some of the best customer service I've ever seen, and he was super on top of all the food and had orders going out fast. Nashly was also super kind and well spoken, she finished my order and made me a great shake. The parking is a little tight, but this place is always clean and I highly recommend you stop by here if you're hungry and have the time

We had the Grill Cheese sandwich with one beef pattie....if was good and not soggy.

Clean, cheerful well-staffed restaurant. Kind of expensive, but good burgers. Strawberry shake was fantastic.

I can't say much about the in-store atmosphere too much as I usually get the food to go. However, the food itself is awesome. Typically, I get the burgers with cajun fries, and everything is perfect.

Ordered 3 bacon cheese burger. 2 with cheese, 1 without. Also, 1 to add mushrooms. After getting home, all had cheese and 2 of three had mushrooms. Daughter is allergic to cheese so waste of a burger. Wife decided to just pick the mushrooms off the burger so as not to waste 2 of 3 burgers. This will be my last visit.

I was waiting for more than 40 minutes to pick up 2 orders from uber, waiting a long time and the hamburger orders were placed and they ran the cartridge backwards and passed the orders that were after and put them in front of my orders, they do not have an order

I strongly advise against ordering from this location for pick up or delivery. When prompted from the Five Guys website to order for delivery (advertised prompt delivery), Five Guys updated my service location from a closer store to this store for delivery. However, when I experienced several delivery person re-assignments and we were well past the advertised delivery window with no update as to why our order kept getting reassigned drivers, I tried to call the store three times and my call was disconnected all three times without ever giving me to a store representative to ask for the order to be canceled or even if I could come in the store and pick it up. I had to go through DoorDash to get the order canceled so that they wouldn't continue to shuffle my order around from driver to driver, but I have yet been able to get a hold of anyone at FiveGuys to get a refund of the food I never received because nobody in store would answer my phone call to tell me what was happening with my order. I will not come to this location, nor will I order Five Guys for delivery again. This has been a horrible experience.

Decent hamburger, great fries! They claim they are hand cut and fried in peanut oil, they are delicious. They serve generous portion of fries even the regular size seems like a large in similar food chains. Staff was nice a little loud when calling the numbers. Tables and self serve areas could be a little cleaner. You can see the grill and how they make your food, that was nice! They do not have combos, everything is separate so it ended up a little expensive for a hamburger meal in my opinion… (just bc I was not trilled by the hamburger) They seem very eco friendly, they use paper cups, aluminium wrappers and paper bags! Just plastic containers for the sauces I wish the were paper too.

Great food, always fresh & delicious. The service is good & the place is clean. My only complaint is the prices. I would love to go more often but can't afford it. I understand you get what you pay for and I understand inflation but OMG!

The bacon cheeseburger is 🔥. Nice cashier and what looked like a manager (by the black bolo and no apron) cared to have all the tables cleaned promptly. The soda machine was mostly out of soda, but could be a vendor issue.

The entire crew was nice and professional. The young lady on the register Took extra time to explain to my mother how ordering works and her options. Food was great as always. Always love this location.

Well let me start with the service...great friendly fast The food... very tasty like always and now here we go (3 people)we ordered 1 hamburger 2 cheese burger 3 regular fries 3 medium sodas and my bill was $60 I thought I didn't hear well but no it was 60 bucks this is quite expensive for fast food. I better spent a little more in a sit down restaurant than paying 60 bucks at five guys. This is for me the last time I will come here first a while. Next time I will have to take a credit line on my house to eat here when I want to invite my friends (5) for a burger. I am not cheap but for a fast food burger it is to much. That's why only 2 stars

Delicious burger & fries!!! My burger came out exactly the way I ordered, and the staff was awesome! Place was clean and comfortable. We had a great experience, and definitely coming back! Thank you! Very simply the best burger in town. Love the fries, reminds me of the boardwalk fries in Seaside Heights, NJ when I was a kid. Definitely not healthy, but, the more grease the better. Not an everyday place, but a great treat a couple times a month. If you like burgers and fries, you gotta check out 5 Guys. Delicious! Not greasy at all. I love how you can put so many different fresh veggies on your burger for free! The staff were really friendly to us. And the atmosphere inside was clean and bright. From the outside it doesn't look like much but it's nice inside. My daughter loved cracking open the free peanuts while we waited for our food.
