    Everything about this Wendy's experience was horrible. I stopped by on my way going home after work. It's 11pm and I thought this would be a quick stop, however I lied to myself. I waited so long to even order. I repeated my order 3 times. Once I ordered, staff acted confused as if they were stalling while the order was prepared. I paid and asked for a receipt. That was another waiting period. I waited for a staff members signal for me to pull up. When I received my order, and my receipt my order was wrong, the bacon on my fries and my nuggets almost broke my teeth because it was so hard. Only thing that was correct was the sauce I requested. Next time I'll just pass go and collect $200 or eat a bowl of cereal.

    This place sucks. I tried eating there two nights in a row, go to their doors at 7:00 p.m. and they're locked. I see people sitting inside eating people going through the drive-thru but I can't get in the restaurant. What kind of establishment is that?

    Themoment I started ordering, this "Manager" was rude and gave me an attitude when I asked if they had coffee. I then ordered a burger with only lettuce, but got a cheeseburger with lettuce. When I went back to request a change, she gave me a attitude and insisted it was what asked for. She started yelling at me, I yelled back to defend myself at which point she basically called me stupid by saying it's not her fault I didn't know what I wanted to eat. She didn't help me or change my burger. She just walked away and took another customer. Another very nice and polite young lady from the line helped me and corrected my order. Then when I said the line cook should be Manager, the rude lady started clapping in sarcasm.

    You have to wait 5+ minutes just to be acknowledged at the drive-thru, then at the moment of paying the employee will make a sign making you stop before the second window to avoid the timer to actually record how LOOOOONG it took them to give you the food. They are messing with the survey so that they look good with management. I guess they are the “FASTEST” right now. This practice has to stop! Please! Food was OK.

    I've made several comments on Wendy's around my area.. this is exactly why I prefer to take a but longer drive to receive quality service & food. No matter how many times I attempt to try this place out of convenience I slap my head

    Tried going into their dinning room, and it is locked. Only have the drive through open. I am unable to use the drive through since I am having my tires replaced on my car. Tire place is located across from Wendy's. Apparently they don't want my business.

    Absolutely awful. Walked in, stood for about 10 mins and no acknowledgement. The drive thru is wrapped around the parking lot while the employees are inside eating. No one wearing gloves. Gross. You'd think after a pandemic they'd be a little more careful. Do not recommend.

    Service was slow even though there were not many people in line or at drive thru and there was no sense of agility while serving customers. My pet peeve though was that the place looked dirty. Every table and chair had smear marks on it as if they had been “cleaned” with a dirty wet rag. When I see a dirty dining room, my mind automatically wonders how dirty the kitchen might be.

    I don't want to disqualify the service of Wendys from Pembroke Pines, the food is good but the place is very abandoned. I just ate there and it's unfortunate as there is no air conditioning, it feels hot when you eat there, I can't imagine the kitchen staff. heat that they must have so that you have your order on time it is incredible how large corporations abuse their employees FIX THE AIR CONDITIONING

    Normally ordering food through drive-through you can encounter nasty and rude employees. This spot has a gentleman that served me very well... nice, helpful and ended our transaction with "drive safe please"

    I spent less time in the post office than I did waiting in the drive thru line at this Wendy's. When I got my order and said Thank You, the guy at the window didn't make eye contact, smile, or say You're Welcome. No one apologized for the ridiculous wait (easily topped 8 minutes). The chicken sandwich was good, but the fries were not. And they added something in my bag that I didn't order. Very disappointing across the board.

    They let us order a Taco Salad (it was just 11 am) & then realized the chili wasn't ready yet. But they upgraded us to the Chicken Ceasar with no problem. All was good food & the correct temperature. I had my Jr Frosty key rings & we got our free chocolate Jr Frostys too. So the made it right.

    Had a major prob, wrong sandwhich, found overcharged $7 due to the coupons not being deducted. Receipt not given cause printer was broken. MGR FATIMA took care of it and made it right! They are lucky to have someone like her who is really on top of things!

    Here's my updated review. Hadn't had Wendy's for years and decided to give it a try. The nuggets were not crispy nor warm. The "large" fry portions were laughably small. I ordered a Coke and was given Dr. Pepper. Don't come here if you're hungry.

    Came to store# 3136 I planned on taking advantage of the 2 combo meals for $10 coupon code 72 but they tried to charge $12.84 instead of $10.70. When I asked manager on duty to honor coupon I was told that she didn't care what coupon said, only what button allowed...this isn't how Dave used to run Wendy's

    Right outside the Wendy's doors was extremely disgusting and the smell was overbearing. The inside was just bearable, I've been with Wendy's for over 35 years and I've been married nearly 50. So, as u can c how loyal I am 2 those who has treats me as I would like to be treated.

    Drive-thru or not you will not be acknowledged at all for like the first 10min! Even if u are the only one in line. And the worst part is you could literally see them looking at you, walking around, talking to each other or just standing there. Sometimes they have a quick lil argument about whose going to take the order ALL WHILE U ARE STANDING THERE! And the drive thru they won’t even say give me a sec or even hello, you’ll just be staring at the speaker for 10-15mins (yes I have stayed that long because I can be patient, but every single time is a no-no)! Morning, afternoon and night it’s as if corporate forgot this Wendy’s existed!

    The food made me sick, mostly because I don't eat this type of food. The young man working the register was pleasant and polite. The manager cursed out loud. Never again. Frostys rule.

    if i was able to give this review 1/2 a star i would . i waited 37 minutes to order my food. By the time I got to order i was told that they were no longer taking drive-through orders when they close at two and it was 1:17 AM.

    This Walmart is so busy so busy but I got to give it to the people working the cash registers they get you out when you see that line with 50 people in it it doesn't take the five 10 minutes to get through it so I wouldn't say it was bad. And if you like beautiful women. Oh my God beautiful woman overload

    As usual, when you use the Drive-thru, you get what no one else wants. I need to open up the burgers be for I leave the window, and not at work. Also I don't know how they managed to put fresh hot fries on top of old cold ones. Back to Burger King.

    I go to this Wendy’s from time to time and am tired of the inconsistency of the quality of the food. When done right I think that Wendy’s offers the best tasting fast food so I’ve been a customer for a long time. I even used to work at Wendy’s some 20+ years ago. I am usually not one to complain but about 2 wks ago I got a chicken combo and the sandwich was awful. It was dry and tough and was clearly well past the hold time. In contrast, about a week before I got the same thing and it was great! Same thing with the fries. Sometimes they are fine and sometimes cold. I’ve also got chili that was too watery - had obviously been “stretched” to save $$. Two nights ago I got a 4/$4 jnr bacon meal. The fries were cold, limp and disgusting and the nuggets were old. I threw them out and ate only the jnr bacon, which was good. Like I said I’m usually not one to complain but it’s not right for me to pay my money and not get the quality I expect from Wendy’s ALL the time. I don’t pay with counterfeit money so stop giving me fake food! Please fix this issue, which I have noticed is worse at night. The employees need to be trained/held accountable for the standards. And please also tell them to stop badgering customers to pull forward then back up just so they can stop the drive-thru timer.

    I dont care how good the food may be, but if the service sucks the whole experience is no good. A young lady with braids took my order if you can call it that. This young lady had no desire to do her job, no energy no customer service skill what so ever.

    This is truly an amazing experience. The food tastes so good. Great customer service. Breakfast here is amazing as well as the lunch. Excellent customer satisfaction guaranteed. I had some extra queries and the assistant manager helped me complete my answers with great user friendly ideas.
