    Stephanie was amazing taking my order very friendly and welcoming. What I didn’t appreciate was the manager Charlotte cursing up a storm about her frustration while I’m standing in front of her as a paying customer… Ridiculous!!

    I'm a strong believer that if people serve your food with disregard for quality, your foods taste will suffer. Just throw the tomatoes on top of each other. Burnt looking chicken...no problem here. Coke that tastes disgusting. It has more fizz than actual soda. An all around hot mess.

    This location used to be better before the pandemic. I don't know how it happened but the customer service went down & the employees could care less for getting orders right & treat the customers with respect.

    So those pics are from a year ago, today I came to the same McDonald’s (I didn’t took a pic) and wow the amount of fries were ridiculous smaller in a medium fries, are you guys broke? Honestly I am not coming back.

    The employees at this restaurant acts of if they're under a lot of pressure which Negatively effects their customer service and they're in a rush that can't listen to your request so management needs to give them less pressure so they can be more effective in their customer service skills. This happens when you go inside this restaurant or drive-through.

    The water tasted like chlorine and when we informed the manager he didn’t seem interested. He didn’t even offered a new soda or at least apologize for that serious situation. He literally said “oh, you need anything else?” The service staff where nice and friendly on the other hand. Corporate should really look into this before they get in trouble.

    I've had a 75percent shortage on my orders the last four times I went through the drive thru. Today alone I bought breakfast for the family and was shorted a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle. I just arrived from getting lunch and I was shorted a big mac. It's getting to be the norm at this McDonald's. I know better to stay at the window and check my order now before I leave and to make sure I get a receipt because they always ask for one when I find I'm shorted out on my order. I don't have this problem at other McDonald's. But I've gotten used to waisting mine and their time by sitting at the window and going through my bags. Oh, I've never been given anything extra so it makes me think!

    Sunday feb5 6:15pm four time this happens to me at the drive thru ordered happy meals for kids did not get what I asked for they need to get there act time together and get it right or go work elsewhere not going back there ever again

    I am still in the drive thru.. signs are every where letting me know that they have bacon ranch chicken sandwich, but they are telling me they don't carry it anymore 😕... I also ordered spicy chicken nuggets fresh, they gave me regular nuggets, they ask me to pull to the next window 20 seconds later they are handing me a bag I ask did you just cook those that fast.. I opened it and it was so old.. look I am very clear when I place my order because for some early reason the staff at McDonald's can never get it right.. STOP HIRING BABY'S.. and maybe things will be right.

    The employees at the register needs to practice handwashing and sanitizing, I've observed too much wiping sweat from face, nose and then proceeds directly to food area. Please instruct employees to wash or sanitize their hands often.

    This McDees is always good. They are polite, the place is always clean and I've never had cold food here. If you live in this neighborhood you should support them. Come eat here, You know you want some!

    I spent 20 min in the drive thru after midnight. I'm not sure why it took so long. But, I must say that once I got to the window, I received good customer service, and the food was actually better than most McDonalds! 👌 3 stars on service was only because of the wait.

    Please always check your order on this place they always short in the order. There is a old lady that she always gets upset when you ask for ketchup or salt remember people this is your job the place it’s not yours. Welcomed people and be nice and place the correct items at the end of the day this is a franchise and you working for others. McDonald is not yours is only a place to work. Customer Service. Give training.

    The serving portion has decreased about 15-20%, and curry dishes taste too watery with less flavor than before. Compared to 2022, I am down grading it to 3 stars.

    I visited the this store today and I received great service. I was greeted by Claudia who provided excellent and fast service. The manager Fahin was very professional and also gave an awesome service. Mary Marin was doing a very good job keeping the store clean and nice for the customers along with a friendly and courteous attitude; very sweet lady. Keep up the good job .

    It's a mixed bag. I've had nice people attend the drive-thru. But, more often than not they are just mad (at life, or at the customer -for what? Who knows). Sometimes, it's because they are understaffed (and they'll tell you as much - which isn't their fault because management should always have that covered). However, there are some, particularly late night drive thru, but sometimes in person even (inside); in which they treat people like they are doing them a favor for being there. I've worked in a variety of industries, specifically many in the service industry. If you can't do entry level tasks, how is anyone going to trust you with more responsibility...? They really do talk crazy to people sometimes. Straight up service with 'bitterness'. I'll go to any McDonald's but this one (if it's late night). *Something is up with this locations management, very inconsistent. Oh well.

    I only go to McDonald's for breakfast because it's the only place where I don't have to wait for a long time for the food. Never had a problem getting my food. Employees are always nice and have a smile when greeting. I don't go to McDonald's that much. But if I do I only go there for breakfast.

    The drive thru line is horrible I wanted on one side to place an order, and was put on hold. Mean while the other side line to four orders and I was still on hold. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s if your on a break , and trying to grab something fast

    Don’t go here just do yourself a favor and drive down the street or go to Popeyes next door better service shorter wait and better food because this location is a nightmare in service and wait time

    General manager very nice and respectful. One of the non deserved to be manager, Claudia, gave me a horrible attitude and acted irritated when I try to help them to fix they're beverages fountain. Like I told the manager: I come here to eat not to get sad and cry. I worked in Mc Donald's when it was the best. I know better, I had been promoted and appreciated because my extra nice way to be with people, but when people like this cross my way. Then I became a chef and I worked with one of the best worldwide Italian restaurant. I just wanted to inform it. And what I get back is a disrespectful situation Let's be realistic. This 🌎 needs better people.

    Third time I go to this specific McDonalds and I order Large fries and this is what I get. A large fries box with the fries in the portion of a small or medium! This is so frustrating, give me the large fries I paid for! The second time it happened; I went back and they gave me the right portion; this time I didn’t have time to go back but hopefully corporate does something about it, like train the staff. This is ridiculous.

    The food was nice and hot. It was a language barrier between me and the person who took my order, ao I had to go to the window and order from someone else. In my opinion, since English is our language of choice in the U.S, I think that a person who speaks good English should always be at the front when taking customers orders. Other than that, I may go to the establishment again.

    Stopped by the drive through while out on vacation. We liked this location more than the location closest to us. Everything was perfect with our large, complicated order for 6. We went very late night and there was a bit of a wait but we expected that. Friendly staff greets everyone with a smile no matter how late we've driven through.

    Generally one of the best McDs in Dade/Broward. Quick, orders correct, dining room open when it's supposed to, and they even understand their own bring-to-table service, which cannot be said about most other locations around here.

    Rude rude rude the guy taking our order 12/8/21 at 4:22p was super rude when we got there he had an attitude that honestly was the worst I've seen at this location. He also refused to sell us a large meal on the excuse of no tops for the large cups, but low and behold in the drink area there was tops I later also realized this location is selling the kid cups as small, small cups as medium and the medium as a large which as I said they had tops for and he refused to give us. When I pointed out they had tops he said "that's not my job" shoved our food tray at us and told us "to go sit down" like me and my husband were children. Oh and one of their soda machines are completely down. Terrible experience at what used to be a great McDonald's.

    simply a absolutely garbage place. I never write reviews because fast food worker are usually annoyed from the low wage and annoying customers but don't lash out on people who avoid contact by using mobile orders but this McDonald manager was something else. Firing him would be to kind best if he stays working there.

    Worst McDonald’s. Be careful if your order and pre pay thru the app. They’ll tell you you still owe money at the window and then double charge your credit card. They don’t know how to work their system and don’t understand how coupons work. I’ll happily drive out of my way to another McDonald’s to avoid this one

    On the night of 11/28/2021 my best friends and I ordered by the mobile app to get the deal that McDonald gives you for using the app, everything goes fine we pay online and we go to pick it up by drive-thru. We get there and they say that we had to pay. I said no we don't we already payed, they called the manager to help us out. manager gets there and I'm over here thinking "oh he is probably going to give us the food already because we payed" but no the manager was passive aggressive saying that we either pay again or we don't get our food. (Keep in mind I already payed for my meal) the manager had no common sense and had zero sympathy for their customer he should have offered us other answers instead of just giving us an aggressive ultimatum of paying again or not getting our food that we already payed for. Overall bad experience thanks the manager on duty the night of 11/28/2021

    A young rude guy took our order on 11/27 1:05 pm we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and were given a crispy chicken sandwich at the pickup window where we were told there was no longer a grilled chicken sandwich available. The super rude guy taking the order said nothing and just decided to order us a crispy chicken sandwich instead . Also got our kids happy meal order wrong too. Definitely need to work on customer service at this location , has gone downhill.
