The burgers were delicious. We had the burgers that had the wagyu and brisket in them. It was nice that any burger could be had in a junior version. The menu items don't all state that, but the lovely cashier today did mention it as I was ordering and I really appreciated it. It is unusual to find a fast food burger place that offers draft beer, so that made have a very happy. He did not care for the monkey funky or whatever beer it was called lol, but that's not the fault of the restaurant. The cashier was very sweet and helpful. You can leave a tip at this restaurant. I also liked that you take a number to your table and the food is delivered once it is ready. I much prefer that to standing around waiting for a number to be called. You will spend more here than at McDonald's, but you will taste the difference, no doubt. This location had a lot of outdoor seating, which is nice.

Went there tonight 12/18/21. Made order at 6:23 received it at 7:04. The two orders of fries were over cooked, I VERY politely asked if I could have fresh ones. The fries that they gave me back were literally the same with some fresh ones thrown on top. The picture below is of the two fries we received. We were also missing an item that wasn’t ready for another 10 minutes. Both my wife and I have worked in the service industry so I never make a fuss, I understand that sometimes the line gets backed up. But there is no excuse to disrespect someone who asks nicely to have a problem fixed. This visit left me honestly disappointed.

First time here and it did not disappoint! The Jr Ultimate Cheeseburger was fantastic-just the right size. The fries were a generous portion enough to share! We will be back!

The prices for the size of the food is not worth returning. One hamburger the size of your hand almost $8. Everything you see in the picture equated to almost $50. Service was great!!

We came for lunch. Tiffani the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. She told us all about the new melts and my BF decided to order one and it was delicious I am more of a chicken sandwich type of gal and I always get the same classic sandwich which is always delicious. 100% recommend.

I thought it would just be another chain burger joint with mediocre food, but I was really surprised - the food was REALLY good! The burger really had a great taste, it was fresh, and was cooked very well. The fries were cooked to perfection (the toppings were great too). Staff was friendly and quick. Location is very nice with generous indoor and outdoor seating.

Very god chicken sandwich. I customized it to my liking. Friendly staff. Good environment. Was on a trip from nyc. Pretty good. Would def try again. Love the packaging and stamp on burger bun, very unique.

I am giving only 3 stars because service and attitude, the burgers are always on point, the manager is rude, there is no organization, and there was a kid eating and cursing at the kitchen while working next to his manager, I order two shakes 15 minutes prior get there at 7, no one knows about the shakes, they check my order 3 times, 7:10 they come out with other shakes I ask about my shake nothing, the girl intended to do my shake and the manager says looking at my eyes forget about the shakes worried about the order and take it to the table that's when I say really loud to The cashier I didn't order a shake online to wait here 15 minutes extra!!! This is the reason you order ahead. they were some good kids working the front house a little lost needed they needed to be trained better, they had the intention to help and the kid who was cursing demotivated them by screaming at them not to go inside the kitchen, while you have 12 customers wondering about their order.

Had a great experience. Food was delicious, hot, fresh and came very fast. Tiffany and Dylan were very attentive and provided awesome service. I would recommend coming to this location 5/5

How disappointing! What a waste of $56.00, probably the worst burgers I've ever had! The only good thing was the server Tiffani! Tiffani was fast, polite, and very helpful.

I came in with my family tonight we had a huge very specific order and the two girls up front were so patient and helpful! The girl was training but was doing a very good job and the girl training her was doing awesome as well. They kept the place very clean and attended each customer with a nice warm smile. We had a wonderful experience I would highly recommend. Thank you again girls, you rock!!

Wow, what a great experience at this location! We were greeted by the manager who was so sweet to our little one and had such a great attitude! There was also a great atmosphere in the restaurant with such a friendly feel between customers and the cooks. Everyone was happy and looked like they enjoyed their job which is important. I also noticed that as how well the Urban fries were prepared. Usually when I get them in other locations they only put the toppings on the top of the fries but here we had the ingredients layered in! They took pride in making those fries! I will drive farther just to go to this location in the future! Keep it up guys and special recognition to Jasmine, Vanessa, Kristina and Jeremiah!

Food came out good and on time. Staff was very friendly! Jasmine H was outgoing and took care of me and my son. She answered all my questions with a smile. Kristina, Vanessa, Jasmine were helpful bringing our order and when I requested things. Overall, everything was great

I was craving a hot dog and this place satisfied that craving. Absolutely delicious. Such nice staff as well. The urban fries are to die for😫

This location is clean and spacious. The workers are very efficient. The freestyle machine is awesome. I really like the fi lime fusion drink. The fries here are always made to order. The burger was delicious. They also have hot dogs, which are split in half and grilled. The custards, concretes, and shakes are the bonus to any meal.

Great place to grab a quick lunch. They keep the place very clean. However very slow customer service. We were the first customer and we waited 20 mins to have our food ready. Decent burger and we really like their shakes and chicken tender.

I arrived to Burgefir at 9:38pm people there were just rushing us to eat l. our food got to us at 9:54pm and the employee there said we had to put it to go because we close at 10pm. So I grabbed the bag and I asked but we can eat it here right? And she had an attitude but had no choice but let us eat it . After that she said for us no to throw our garbage in the garbage can to Throw it in the plastic bag that was on the ground by the register.She asked her co workers to turn off the music. I felt rushed out of the restaurant literally ate my food within 5 minutes as you can tell the time in my watch. And the fries were just cold and over cooked and too much salt. Hire better people with better customer service. This was on 10/15/23. 36 down the drain

Great place for burgers. Nice and clean, not too busy. The staff was super pleasant, and the food was delicious. Tiffani took our order, and she was so nice and even gave us a coupon for our next visit.

I always enjoy the burgers but the FRIES impressed me too. Usually fries are just a sidekick to the sandwich, but at BurgerFi they are a statement in themselves; a little box of rough cut pieces topped with parmesan, parsley and truffle sauce, or just regular fries if you want it. But just recently the staff informed me that they changed the servings of their fries. Now I pay $4.80, (almost five bucks) for a little half bag of fries that you can get for $2 at Wendy's. They look just like how I got them in the pictures. When I asked them top it up, at least fill the bag, they just gave me another sad-looking half bag of fries that also didn't taste too great. BurgerFi used to fill their fry boxes to the brim until they were overflowing with some classy presentation. It's obviously not the staff's fault, but whoever made this decision in the company, please reconsider. Cutting corners, dropping quality and overcharging is bad for business. I like BurgerFi a LOT, and I don't mind paying a little extra for a good quality meat patties so please address this matter because I want to come back. Don't underestimate the quality of your fries and toppings because they are star players.

Amazing burger every single time! You can taste the freshness of the ingredients I love it! Can’t beat having the burger with a cold beer! We love the food. Expensive, but fresh and delicious. I always order the veggie BurgerFi and substitute the bun for green lettuce. Love ❤️ it! My hubby orders the double burger with cheese. Today, there was no sweetener in the soda machine so the coke and lemonade was not good. We switched to water instead. Please check the machines. Otherwise, great!

I Had a Great experience here. The cashier/Server by the name of Matthew is amazing! Not only did he help me with suggestions on what to get, he was such a great person with a positive attitude and awesome customer service! He deserves a raise! And oh yea , The burger and fries was on point! I’ll definitely be back😃

I've been to this location a half dozen times at least, and half that time have had good food, but each time have met with employees and even a manager once who really do need a little extra training in customer service. They often seem annoyed at having to do their job, and I've never once seen anyone there smile or seem even the least bit friendly. You can do better, Burgerfi.

Burgers goood... Fries: taste like left overs from Wendy's with burgerfi price. Taste old stale not fresh. Paid $56.71.

Quality of food is great and while prices seem a little high at first, you pay about the same as at one of the big chains (MacDonalds, Burger King) for a burger not even close to what you get at BurgerFi. And the fries are better as well so what's not to like? Service is a little slow but not enough to subtract any stars.

My personal favorite burger chain. The burgers are well priced and very tasty with a lot of different toppings. The fries also have a lot of variations and even plain taste great. The best part is that the chicken sandwich is also tasty so you can even come here if you don't eat meat. If you want a good burger chain look no further.

First and last time eating at this burger place. I don't mind paying for quality food but $8.57 for a jr bacon cheese burger and $3.97 for fries is not worth it. McD's, Wendy's or BK have better burgers and fries. The fries seem like they were fried in old oil and were dark and soggy. The wife ordered a chocolate caramel fudge sundae which she did not eat and for her not eat something sweet its gotta be bad. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
