Yummy.. loves it! Not the cheapest but it’s good 🤷🏽‍♀️ I get the teriyaki, sweet potato noodles, tofu, herb potatoes, and the broccoli with jasmine rice. I Recommend.

I’ve been going to Bolay for 3 years now but this was my first visit to this location and I was impressed. The food was amazing and I got what I wanted without hesitation. The combinations of my ingredients blended really well and I wont be changing it anytime soon.

Even when it’s busy here, they do a great job at getting all the customer’s in & out of the restaurant very quickly. From waiting in line, to placing your order and paying for it, it’s super quick and the service is good. The staff is kind and my food is always fresh and delicious.

I looked for a healthier option in the area and I think I found it. This is a "Chipotle-style" eatery. You get to make your own or order a signature bowl with a mixture of veggies, protein and sauces. The food was really tasty and the place has plenty of tables both indoor and outdoors. It is well priced and even the smallest size, regular should be plenty.

Bolay is a Wellington based franchise founded by Chris and his father Tim Gannon. Tim cofounded Outback Steakhouse and is the South Florida franchisee for PDQ. The concept for Bolay was pitched to his father by Chris who noticed his friends wanted healthier quick food options. The first store opened in February of 2016. Now they have 13 locations in Florida, including Pembroke Pines, Boca Raton, Miami Lakes, and West Palm Beach. Bolay is a build your own bowl concept restaurant. You build a superfood bowl by layering a base, vegetables, protein, topping and sauce. A small bowl is around $10. First choose a base from items including gluten-free cilantro noodles, jasmine rice, Asian sweet potato noodles, and marinated kale. Vegetables selections feature ginger broccoli, roasted brussels sprouts, balsamic mushrooms, while proteins include chicken, pork, seafood and steak. Don't forget to sprinkle on some freshly chopped cilantro or parmesan cheese. Finally sauce it up with spicy Thai, creamy garlic & herb, cilantro pesto, and sriracha sauce. They also have tea, fresh pressed juice, cookies, and strawberry chia seed pudding. This Bolay is located in the Cobblestone Plaza in West Pembroke Pines near I-75.I stopped in to grab takeout for my lunch the next day. I wanted the rice but it wasn't ready. Instead I tried the sweet potato noodles for the first time and I really liked them. To the noodles I added roasted potatoes, broccoli, and lemon chicken. I love their sweet message on top of the bowl. For lunch today I had a healthy complete meal that powered me through my day. There are a lot of bowl concept restaurants but Bolay is my favorite. No matter how you make it, you are guaranteed a healthy and delicious meal.

The servers are nice and give an appropriate sized serving. I order a large bowl. It's all very tasty especially the potatoes, tofu, pickled onion and cilantro noodles. Definitely a bit more on the expensive side but the quality of the food is very good.

New to bolay but WOW! I cannot stop going. The owner, Claude, is the sweetest man. Whenever I dine-in or takeout he is always so personal and you don’t get that feeling of comfort from just any place.

I was hesitant about trying this place for a while but I’m so happy I finally did! I always order online & my food is super fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is welcoming, staff is great, and they always write something so nice on the bowl! I love this spot.

I visited this place for the first time. It was pretty good. There are lots of bases to choose from. I opted for spinach, black rice, roasted broccoli and the teriyaki chicken. The staff was friendly and my portion was just enough food for lunch.

3 not 5 because food is extremely salty, and oily too. I had veggies and potatoes. That's very sad because I thought I finally found healthy restaurant in this area but nope. It's okay people like that, because they don't know how unhealthy it is. My family will not be coming back. We also asked for extra veggies instead of some items we couldn't eat and received very small portion in the end. They didn't tell us guac is extra so we paid $14 something for 1 small portion of food. But other than that, staff was nice and fast, and the place very clean.

Love the customer service, we placed two orders but one by mistake we put it on the wrong address. But the staff member went beyond and called the other location and made the order for us, that to me was the best. Food is so delicious, love it, so fresh, lots of choices, I recommend you try it.

First time going and was impressed. The staff was very friendly, the manager walked to our table to make sure everything was good, cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of the food/portion was spot on.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed every employee smiling. Everyone was soooo nice and the food is great. Who could ask for anything more from a restaurant. The food is fresh and healthy, and you get service with many smiles. We just moved to Pembroke Pines and this will certainly be my go to spot to eat. I have a 30 minute lunch, I ordered online, walked in got my food and was out in 2 minutes. Lemon chicken, corn and the noodles was fire 🔥. The chicken was seasoned and the creamy garlic sauce was amazing together. Much better than other places starting with a C 😂😂. Blessings to whom read this!

On 07/12/20 at around 2:30 PM I walked in to purchase some food and immediately walked out. The manager/chef on duty was seen sitting 2 feet across from an employee, neither of whom were wearing masks. They were not eating, they were having some sort of meeting. Just know if you are eating here that they are not following the Emergency Order for Broward County. The employee that answered the phone shortly after was extremely professional and notified them promptly and apologized.

Hands down my current favorite lunch spot in the universe. I’ve probably had bolay 6 times in the past two weeks. It’s delicious, healthy, and inexpensive. I recommend trying out different combinations but my current favorite is sweet potato noodles, black coconut rice, teriyaki chicken, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cilantro, the green cilantro sauce, and the white one. Try it out today if you haven’t yet!

I had the best experience I had the Pembroke Pines Bolay restaurant. One of the employees David H., gave an excellent suggestion. Instead of counting the shrimp in the Thai shrimp meal, they should weigh the shrimp. This way everyone would get the same amount of shrimp! Also, this restaurant is always very clean and the service is always excellent. Highly highly recommended without reservation! John

Always tasty, fresh food. Usually do delivery but stopped by today to pick up. Really quick service and the staff who was doing the pick up section was very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

I love Bolay and this location! The only reason for not rating 5 stars is because I miss the lemon chicken. Please bring it back! The citrus chicken is extremely dry, and the flavor is not nearly as good. I used to come here 1-2x per week and order a large bowl with double lemon chicken. Sad to say I have cut way back because of this.

The manager Clyde is the best, the food is amazing but the employees need some work with their attitude and slacking off. They messed up my order but Clyde made sure that they made up for it and more.

The staff is very friendly and the portion sizes are excellent. The food is fresh, delicious and healthy. Chicken teriyaki and steak are the best. My husband and I decided to go there once a week, I highly recommended.

Great place for vegan’s! Food is delicious not so fresh as they advertise because is not cook right away, it’s prepare before hand and ready to serve. For this, the service is fast and convenient. The restaurant is beautiful making it very enjoyable to eat in! Price is fair for a meal like this with no drink was $8.88 i think is good for a healthy option with quality ingredients and nice location. I will become a regular customer at Bolay!

I visited the Bolay in Gainesville and loved it so much I was eager to go to this one in Pembroke Pines while visiting there for the holidays. It's like a healthy version of Chipotle. You walk up and order your bowl by selecting many delicious and healthy options. They'll let you try anything to make sure you like it before ordering. It's all good! If I had one closer to where I live I'd be a frequent flyer for sure.

Someone told me about Bolay. So during this pandemic I figured i would try out Bolay. All I have to say is WOW!! I have tried a few dishes and the food was beyond good! I recommend Bolay for the american vegan and other choice foods on the menu. Soooo good!!!
