I went to R&N Jewelers on 10/07/2022 just to check our the store and check out the jewelry that they had. Once I entered the store Barbara greeted me and also talked to me about the business and showed me the jewelry they had in the store and also said that if they did not have what I wanted they could order it. I was not planning on purchasing anything that day, but because of the nice welcome I received from Barbara when I entered the store I purchased two items, pair of earrings and a glass nail file. Friendly Alexandra. I only recommend not trying to sell more items than what the customer came in for on the first visit. Also not taking out jewelry before asking if the parent requests for one to do so or asking the parent first (different sales associate). While I appreciate the kindness, I was a bit uncomfortable with these other experiences as it was my first time in the store. Thank you for fixing my anklet. I'm hoping although the letters generally are flexible, that the "NN" now bonded together will not have any issues. Thank you for polishing my anklet, I've had 3 compliments already and it's on my ankle which means it is shining!!! As next month is when my brother went to Heaven I was anxious to get it back, your expeditious repair was much appreciated!! God Bless
