Horrible
customer
service.
Went
there
a
couple
of
times
and
each
time
was
unpleasant.
First
time
I
went
a
stood
for
about
15
min
before
even
acknowledge,
then
a
person
just
coming
in
to
work
walked
out
saw
me
and
went
to
help
someone
else.
Then
a
continued
to
wait
even
longer
and
someone
finally
asked
me
if
I
needed
help,
then
I
waited
another
10
min
for
her
to
come
and
help.
The
store
was
not
even
busy
and
I
was
literally
the
only
person
standing
and
waiting.
The
second
time
I
went
I
gave
them
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
and
went
to
purchase
a
couple
of
charms.
The
store
manager
asked
me
if
I
need
help
and
I
told
her
I
wanted
to
purchase
some
chars
and
she
handed
me
a
book.
I
told
her
I
want
to
see
a
couple
in
person
which
is
the
point
of
going
to
a
store
and
not
shop
online.
She
finally
then
brought
out
a
tray
of
charms
and
put
it
under
the
glass
which
was
so
annoying
like
if
I
were
going
to
steal
something.
She
would
walk
away
and
talk
to
others
and
at
one
point
I
even
had
to
talk
over
her
to
get
her
attention.
Considering
the
amount
of
money
being
spent
you
would
think
they
would
be
nice
and
more
willing
to
help
you
find
what
you
need.
If
you
are
in
the
Pembroke
Pines
area
I
would
recommend
the
pandora
in
the
mall,
service
is
way
batter
I
will
never
go
to
the
outlet
again,
I
spend
almost
$300
and
it
was
so
unpleasant
dealing
with
the
people
there
.
