I bought a watch and I needed to resize it, I went with my husband who also wanted to clean his ring and wanted to drop it off for resizing. I politely asked the older blonde lady maybe in her 50s or so she was very rude looked like she didn’t even wanna work, I asked if there is someone who can do it she just flat out said NO and didn’t even tell me when he would be available. I asked her when he will be back and she said she doesn’t know he’s in break? Great answer, I honestly got my husbands ring cleaned and just left. I won’t be going here any longer I’ll have to look for a ZALES with at least decent customer service.

Today I had decided to get engaged and my sister told me that this Zales have the best customer service and great ring selections. It was and honor meeting and being taken car by Tayanis, she was amazing. From the moment my daughter and I walked in she made sure we felt right at home. What a coincidence that we met Charles twelve years ago when he worked in CR Jewelers where we first bought rings. Now we finally bought our wedding bands from him for our coming wedding. He has been so patient and helpful during the whole process. Wonderful sales agent and would not have had a better experience anywhere else.

They are always so amazing at this location. Everytime i bring my jewelry for the inspection, they are thorough and quick. When I want to buy something to compliment my jewelry, they match it and make it look amazing.

I was amazed on the level of service Charles provided today 5/30/23. I can in for my Bond check and was not able to find the receipt, which I left at home. Not only did Charles check every system Zales had, he went as far as checking the repairs database and what did we find???? My ring set information:) I was able to have my rings check and cleaned. Gabriel! This is the second time I came to the store at Pembroke Mall to service my rings and Gabriel provided beyond EXCEPTIONAL service. The first attendant was having trouble pulling up my warranty # and she got annoyed. Gabriel passed by, asked if everything was okay and the first attendant was happy to walk away. Gabriel stayed with me for about an hour if not more trying everything possible to get the information needed to service my rings. She never gave up! This is the SECOND time I’ve been here and she did her thing! She is super determined and she stands out among all the other employees. Even while helping me, I noticed other shoppers walked in and she never missed a beat. She greeted them ‘welcome’ from behind the computer where she was helping me while other attendants were not assisting anyone at the time and didn’t even greet the persons who walked in. Man! Gabriel is a breath of fresh air where customer service is concerned. I hope she is being compensated handsomely because she’s the prime example of a pleasant and hard worker. You can see that this isn’t just a job for her. She’s quite the helper!!!

Zales has excellent quality pieces. And, I highly recommend Arlene as the jewelry consultant at the Zales at Pembroke Lakes Mall. She is a true professional and has been with Zales for over 20 years. Wow, I wouldn't see anyone else for my jewelry purchase at Zales.

By far the worst customer service ever. They were rude no one wanted to help me find my warranty. I do not recommend this place. Because I wasn't purchasing anything they did not want to help me.

Awful product👎🏿I purchased a expensive set of pearls from the adventura mall in fl. About 3yrs ago as a Christmas gift, my wife wore it twice and the string broke, luckily for me three of the pearls along with the 14k lock didn't get lost. I took it back to get repaired and they wanted to charge me almost the same price as what I had paid for it. Cause it wasn't under warranty anymore SMH, I will never purchase jewelry from this company again and wouldn't recommend them to nobody either. I ended up getting it repaired from another jewelry store inside a different mall with an extra strong string. Thank you Elite jewelry.

I bought my wife's rings here, my ring, and just bought a watch. This store is my new go too for jewelry. The manager of this store is really great. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else.

Highly recommend this location. Giovanni was absolutely amazing! He took his time showing us different bands. Giovanni made us feel comfortable during our current Covid outbreak. I lost count how many times he disinfected each piece of jewelry. Both of us are in the auto sales and service industry. We both agree that Giovanni is a gem to the Zales family.

It's a nice Jewelry store. A little narrow given it's in the mall but easy to walk around and very clean. Inventory is cool even if there was nothing I really wanted or liked. Customer service was attentive speedy and polite. Great jewelry store of I had to say so.

Giovani provided exceptional quality service. He was extremely helpful, honest and patient with us. We previously had a bad experience at this store with a different employee, which caused us to avoid this store for a while. After a few years we decided to try and shop here again for a new wedding band. Once he learned of our previous bad experience he quickly provided a simple resolution. He not only made up for the previous bad experience but made shopping for my new wedding band so easy and enjoyable. We left feeling so happy and appreciative of his service. Will definitely return.
