I called other Jewelers who told me it would take 3 days to fix my Son's gold necklace who is going to School out of Town, then I had the good fortune of calling Falls Jewelers when Sam answered, he said it can be done the same day. It is on Saturday!! Sam is truly a Gem who I am very lucky to find! The work done is at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend that you go to Falls Jewelers for all of your Jewelry needs. The salesman was completely unprofessional, and the selection to chose from was very small. I came in looking for an engagement ring, I showed the guy a picture of the style I was looking for and he told me it was ugly repetitively to the point I just had to walk out. They don't seem to need the business. Would not recommend. Terrible service.

What makes this place special? Sam the owner. In this world of corporations and franchises it is nice to find a place where the owner greets you and works with you on your ideas. He remembers you when you walk in months later without a receipt and tells your piece has been ready and waiting. I took Sam an old ashtray I'd found hidden at home. I realized it was an old silver coin. I wanted to remember my mom , with no use for an ashtray I removed the coin and went to Sam to make me a pendant for that old coin. Using some old gold scrap bracelet I took both pieces to Sam. I gave him my idea. A week later I got a work of art. This man is an artist , a master jeweler, and most importantly you know he loves what he does and takes pride in the craft of jewelry making. I have attached two photos as reference of Sam's magic!

Hands down the best jeweler in South Florida. Sam and Lauren really know their stuff, and their technician is top notch. They were so patient with me when I was being very picky, and they welcomed me in like family even on my third visit for the same thing.
