I have had several watches in my time, the battery dies and I put it in a drawer. Clearly the need for telling time by a watch is obsolete. After my mom died I decided to wear her old watch, which needed a new battery. Googled some places... went to Benny's. So glad I did, excellent service. With a 1 year warranty on the battery. It's really mom and pop, his wife runs the counter and he services the watch. I would highly recommend them. Ps, went back and now have 6 functioning watches.

I purchased a beautiful Bulova watch online from a different company, but when it arrived it was a bit too large. Luckily, 'Watch & Jewelry Repair By Benny' was able to resize the watch for me in less than five minutes after I walked into their store (true story). They are very nice and super affordable. Too bad they don't accept tip$ :-)

Lovely People, the Mrs is exceptional, her customer service is an example of what customer service should be. You can ask a million questions about your repair and she will answer with respect every time. She is never rude in her response. The pricing is very fair. I do all my repairs at this shop. I recommend it to everyone

I have known and deal with these people since before they started there own business here, I could have walked in and get something small done .... I went today and they straight up told me they are very busy with plenty of business and can't take care of me. I have to leave my stuff .... Anyhow I think they forgot where they came from... I will take my business elsewhere now

My father passed away on Mother's Day of this year. Upon sorting through his possessions, I came across numerous dress watches. I decided I wanted to fix them up - change the battery, get them cleaned, make some repairs, and purchase some gift boxes for them. But I couldn't find a watch repair shop near me in Hialeah, so I searched Google for somewhere relatively close that had good reviews. That was how I found Watch & Jewelry Repair by Benny. I met Patricia when I first entered the store and was immediately impressed by her prompt and friendly greeting. She remained kind, friendly, patient, and helpful for the duration of my visit and I was immediately impressed with her customer service. Although my watches were ready by the next business day, I was unable to pick them up for a week. That didn't stop Patricia and Rosy from smiling when I walked into the shop and rushing to get my order. I was impressed to find that they had already put the watches into the gift boxes, found that the boxes hadn't fit, and had already found different boxes for me that worked better. Not only that, but they provided me with plenty of ribbon and offered to tie the boxes closed for me. I wasn't able to speak to Benny, who labored meticulously at the rear of the store, but it was plain to see by looking at my watches that he is a truly skilled craftsman. Seeing the watches that my father wore and loved brought back to life brought tears to my eyes. Truly exceptional customer service seems to be a thing of the past. But, in a world where many businesses focus on profit, efficiency, and the bottom line, it was truly refreshing to see that customer service is a tradition that Jewelry and Watch Repair by Benny is keeping alive.

I came to get my rings polished as i’d been wearing them for over two years and never gotten them cleaned. Looking online, i saw this place and gave it a shot. Went in, and dropped off my rings and they had it ready in a few hours! When i got my rings back… it was like they were BRAND NEW. Its almost like they were shinier than when i first git them! I could see my reflection on every. single. one. 10/10 i would recommend this place to anyone! I had only gone in once and they remembered my face and name when i went in to pick them up! What a great find Benny’s watch repair was. I had read multiple positive reviews, and they were all spot on! In regards to service/ pricing, they are without question the best in SoFla. I own many watches & replace batteries in them on a regular basis. Benny’s prices & quality of product are the best in the business, not to mention the best customer service you can find, from the owners to the staff everyone is courteous & helpful. I had taken my wife’s Michele watch to another jeweler shop in west pines, and they wanted 150.-450. to replace the movement, I took it to Benny’s & they repaired for 125. I highly recommend Benny’s for any watch / jewelry service or repair.

Googled this place when I was looking to get my links removed so I can wear my watch and replace battery. So glad I did, they were professional, quick and very sweet. I went back a second time to get more links removed for another watch and I experienced the same professionalism and quick service as I did the first time. They are really helpful and they also have nice jewelry whether it’s for you and someone else. I definitely will be going back to this place.

Brought in a necklace to be fixed and a ring to be resized and the prices were reasonable and they did a great job! My jewelry was almost unrecognizable with how clean and shiny they were! I am very happy. Great customer service and they did the job in a timely manner. I will definitely come back again :)

Work was ok for years up until the point you double check to confirm a piece is yours and right to take home and the repairer catches attitude and begins to talk about how long they’ve been there and other people who’ve come telling me the piece isn't mine and and the person who wears it should come pick it up as if they were there for purchase . Super Unprofessional much respect loss wont be going back here plenty of jewelry repair shops thru broward and dade county take
